Negligent. Dominos has a website where customers create accounts, put in personal information and place orders, however, there is no technical support in place for things that go wrong or do not work properly. Their customer support is operating at a level far below the competition in that there is only a BOT in place, not a real person to help in times of need. Just order pizza from a competitor. It will taste better and be less of a hassle. Heck, just compare the website ordering processes. Dominos takes a long time and it should be able to place orders within seconds. Catch up Dominos!! It is 2024, not 1974!!! It is pure negligence that you do not have both customer service support AND technical support. The manager at this store working 7/20/24 4:30-5 pm should be fired. He/she refused to talk to me and help me and hid behind a regular employee named Emanuel. This demonstrates that Dominos Pizza does not have a proper manger training program in place and must have just picked someone off the street lacking skills.

Never got the food..never got an explanation on why my card wouldn t go through..I payed online already and it coasted up to $30, it said my order was ready then I go in and they say they didn t have my order..i had it at that exact location but they said they didn t have it I waited 45 minutes and when I remade the same exact order online.. but in person it ended up to $80 at the end and the lady who fixed my order left when I came in but like she was on the way out the door and she heard me telling people that I had a order and she just stared at me when she was the one who fixed it and she wouldn t tell people that I did make a new order and made me look stupid

Most ridiculous Dominoes pizza Ive ever went to!! If I can give ZERO stars I would. Walked in a establishment ran by full of teens without any good leadership. At the counter temporarily and the young bot didnt even want to acknowledge me, insisted on being on his phone. Manager was helpless, asked for paper plates non available. I then asked for Napkins none available. The store manager needs to get a grips of thus establishment, Im surprised its still functioning. Ill never return again...

Took 2 hours to receive our delivery pizzas today (if you can call them that). I called an hour+ into waiting and they claimed the pizzas are already out for delivery. When the pizzas finally got here they were severely burnt but COLD & completely inedible. This dominos used to be our favorite for a quick, affordable meal. What on earth has happened here??? I had to throw the entire order away today & now am having to deal with emailing customer support and trying to just get a refund and not a coupon for half off. *sigh*

I ordered a large ham and pineapple for pickup. Once the order tracker showed it was ready for pickup, I left my house to head to the store. When I arrived I was informed that my order was not ready and they just mark them as ready so corporate would think they were doing a good job. After 25 minutes waiting in the store, they finally gave us our order. We got home and this is the pizza we received. I called the store to have them remake it for an exchange. I was informed by Julius that he can t remake my pizza right now and to call back at 8:30pm and ask for him and to remind him at that time he said he would make me another pizza. It s currently 6:30pm. Am I seriously expected to wait for 2 hours for them to remake a single pizza they burnt to a crisp? I won t be ordering from this location again any time soon.

Took over an hour to receive order, the tracker was on quality check for over 45 minutes (so pretty much out of the oven, just sitting there) pizza was missing cheese, sauce, buffalo wings had wrong dressing on them. I took my order back to Dominos, and got to see the store conditions and who works there; they can t be serving healthy food! Will never eat Dominos again.

Worst pizza i have ever had (including grocery store brand frozen pizza). No sauce, light cheese chokingly dry. Had enough pepperoni but very little black olives. The 14 is now 20% more expensive than they were before runaway inflation, but now getting a very poorly made pizza. The worst part is I have to drive past a Pizza Hut to get there and if I went the same distance in the opposite direction I could get Little Ceasars. They are back of my list. The counter person was friendly but the person making the pizzas looked like he really didnt care. How about some pride in what you are doing. Very sad.

I ordered carry-out online for this store. Again, it is my fault for giving this store another chance since they are the closest to my house. I got there, and the girl at the counter asked me for the orders name like three times. She returned and told me it was not ready yet, no problem; I got there too fast, I guess. Then I noticed that the girl was wearing earphones. She started making pizzas and forgot about me until another employee tried calling her attention, but she couldnt hear anything. Then she acted like the order was just out of the oven. When I got home, I noticed the same issue I always have with this store: They cut the pies with wooden knives, or they need to sharpen the ones they have. Every single slice of my pie was coming off in chunks and pieces also, lots of bubbles and places in the middle with no cheese or pepperoni. Time to leave Dominos again and go back to the other competitors.

I purchased a pizza and wings under the promotion of $6.99 each and was charged $8.99 instead. I was told by the staff Its nothing that can be done once you place an order on the app, so I sent a complaint to corporate, and the manager called me the next day and stated the policy for these items are in small print and thats the correct charge. I have attempted to contact this location for approximately an hour. I have been hung up on prior to speaking to anyone and now they do not answer. My pizza was dropped and returned to the store for them to add more cheese to cover it up. I will be disputing the charge and they can take that up with my bank. The tracker showed Robert near my home only to pass the street and head straight to the store. Then returned to my area to give me the pizzas I ordered with a messy box and uncooked cheese. I mean, they continue to not answer the phone. I wouldnt be so upset if they owned up to it and made good on their mistakes. The pizza wasnt cut all the way either. I placed an order online at 11:17a and received a confirmation email stating that the delivery would take between 20-30 minutes. After not receiving the order wishing 1.5 hours I called the store and was told by Michelle that she was the only person in store and didn t she a driver all morning and said that she called all customers to let them know and cancel orders yet I never received a call. I tracked my order and saw that Jahari left the store to deliver at 12:52 and as he was pulling up via the tracker, I was on the phone with Michelle at the store and she was yelling at me, blaming me and saying she would cancel the order. We went to pick up our order and when we arrived there was a black woman sitting down in the lobby with airpods in who treated us terribly the entire time we were there. HORRIBLE!!!! I waited in my car almost 10 minutes for curbside before going in. The music was blaring and the manager on duty literally screamed at the team members turn the d@mn music down! We cant get these pizzas out because your music As I waited foe the manager and watched, the team members making the pizzas are not wearing gloves or hats/hair nets and they were touching their phones, thw speakers, adjusting their hair. GROSS!!! She finally came to the counter and told me my order was working. It was sitting on the counter in the back. Its cold and when I asked about remaking it, I was told I would have to wait until the other orders were done. Absolutely NO guest relations or even a thank you for putting up with our terrible service!

Great place if you want to get your pizza an hour after they say it s gonna be there. Ordered at 618 told 28-38 minutes for delivery. It s now 733 pizza tracker says just put in oven. Also have been on the phone for 20 minutes but still no answer. Nice way to run a business. Last time ordering from this place.

How does this place have less than 4 stars? Since moving to the area, comparing them to Pizza Hut in particular, food is done on time or early...and never cold or stale! Staff is super polite, and they know how to run a pizza operation properly: pickup or delivery. I particularly like their thin crust and $7.99 deals.

If I could give a negative zero, I would, I think it is ridiculous that we pay for service that is this bad. The pizza workers USE to be respectful and treated you like you mattered, but now its just horrible, on 3/5/22 I ordered Pizza for my family, I live literally 8 min away from the store, but it took them an hour to get to us, then the Pizza was cold and wet, I called the store and the rude girl that answered the phone stated she would comp my account which she did not, I called today because it has been a week thinking I could get it resolved only to have the manager to hang up on me while I was explaining, the service there has gone down, I dont know if it is a new crew, but I will never buy anything from them again, this is horrible, and if this is the quality that dominos offers, I will eat at home, even on a busy night and I dont have time to cook, I they will not get my business

My daughter got a gift card for Christmas, today she used it to order her a pizza, she used the automatic location feature on her phone when ordering, which thanks to Apple is not accurate as it gave the wrong address for delivery. Gift card went through, order was made and said to be delivered. It wasn t till I reviewed the order that the address was wrong. Tried calling the store numerous times but no one answered. Keep in mind I m doing this from work. The pizza tracker didn t work, said the order was made and sent out but the driver couldn t be tracked, the 2 minutes away notification never came either. No one called to verify they were delivering to the correct address. At the end of the day, I m left with a $25 gift card that went to waste, a hungry teenager and a distaste for this location. I ll probably never order from this location again. At the least I would ve like to have spoken to someone about it, maybe gotten something worked out.

I dont care for the taste of dominos pizza. Its a bit like eating palatable sawdust!! The sauce is way to thin, and the cheese is not real. I guess that is what keeps their prices low, but you might as well forget the pizza, go buy yourself a loaf of good french bread and spread some butter on it, and chew on a tasty salami role! It will probably taste better!

If you order from Dominos on Holland. Make sure you order carry out so you can check your order before you leave. In my experience over the years the quality on delivery is poor or the order is just wrong. Once again asked for no green peppers since I m allergic. What do I receive. I swear EXTRA green peppers. So frustrated. 10/29/21 update. Made the mistake of ordering delivery again. My order was wrong. No meat was put on my pizza. Tried calling to get this fixed of course no answer after 20 minutes on hold again. I stayed on hold as I drove up there let everyone in the lobby listen to my call to dominos on speaker. This is the third time I ve had to drive up the store because they won t answer the phone. Each time I m told their phones broken. If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and when I received it, Nick (the delivery driver) dropped it off half opened. When I opened it up completely a bug flew out and the pizza wasn t cooked well. The pizza had clearly been thrown together and not cut properly as well. Absolutely worst experience. I ordered pizza for my children for dinner. An hour later got notification that pizza was delivered but there was no pizza at my doorstop. Then I call the store to complain and they promised to deliver another one right away. Two hours later, still no pizza. My 2 toddlers are irritated at this point. It s 9.49pm. If I made my own pizza it would ve been done and we would ve gone to bed in the amount of time I had to wait for these people to deliver 1 14 pizza to me. I will never order from this store again. After telling them to remake it and I would pick it up I had to wait another 15 minutes to pick it up. Very slow store and poor customer service. Worst experience ever with this Dominoes!! I ordered my pizza on-line and I accidentally sent the order to a store farther away (this store on Holland Rd) and not the store near me. After 45 minutes, I called the store and the person said the order came in but they sent it to the correct store (HWY 287) when they received it. I called the correct store to inquire how long it would be and the person informed me they did not have an order for me. I called the other store back and they hung up on me. A few moments later, a person from the correct store called me and said the other store had just sent over my order to them. So, the person I spoke to earlier lied to me about sending my order over when they first received it 45 minutes earlier. I then called the other store back (Holland Rd) and asked to speak to the manager. The person on the floor told me they were too busy to speak with me. Are you serious?! The worst customer service I have ever seen.

I called 4 times and 2 of the times someone answered and then disconnected the line. Each time I was on hold for over 25 minutes! When I finally got a hold of someone they took my order and I figured they had my apartment number since they didn t ask me. I wait for an hour and I finally get my pizza. The delivery driver leaves a rude message and then ask for my apartment number but is magically in front of my building which is 1 of 13 buildings already. He gets his tip and doesn t even say thank you and then leaves. My pizza is cold, so I call and the person who took my order initially states oh yea, there was no apartment number on the order so no one wanted to take it and it sat there nonchalantly who says this to a customer?!! The only reason this is getting one star and not 0 is because management was responsive to the situation. However, my delivery driver, Nick, was nothing but rude when he delivered my order to the wrong place. After talking with him on the phone before and explaining my address, he still left my pizzas at the wrong place. I understand mistakes are possible but when I let him know that my order wasn t delivered to the correct place - he continued to tell me you can call the store because I already dropped it off no matter what I asked. He for sure gets a 0/10 on all accounts. Management did say they would remake my order and deliver it correctly. I love dominos but will never order from this location again.

I m sure that dominos don t care one way or another about this review, but they ve lost about 5 customers tonight. And if I can help it, it ll be even more soon.. I placed an online order tonight.. after the 40 mins it takes to prepare the order and deliver, I received a text saying that my delivery driver, Jennifer, was entering my neighborhood. (I m not complaining about the time it took to prepare my order) So, I receive the text saying the delivery person has entered my neighborhood. I m not sure why it took about 35 more mins, for her to finally knock on my door.. after I received the text saying that she arrived in my neighborhood, once 15 passed and my food hadn t been delivered, I called the store to see what s going on. (The person who answered told me to give it about 15 MORE mins) I was frustrated because this was dinner for my toddler, who by the way, was getting very frustrated and impatient because he was hungry and looking forward to eating his pizza. But of course when I received my order, there was noticeable hair strands on the pizza, (have pictures) the pizza was also cold, there was no safety seal on any of the boxes and on top of that, the order was wrong! I Literally trashed the entire order! This location definitely messed it up for all locations.. and I will continue to discourage my family and friends from ordering from them by showing them the hair in my fool, that I m sure was put there intentionally!!

Yknow, this store used to be on their game, but I guess they changed management recently cause this store is quickly circling the drain. From an overcooked pizza to TWO orders that didnt include all the requested/paid for items, to empty promises of fixing the problems, were on the verge of just moving our default delivery pizza to the local Papa Johns. Theres no reason at all to tolerate such poor customer service in todays option-rich business environment, so if this store doesnt get the next order 100% right, theyre done getting our business.
