You and I spoke in June of 2023 after my initial enquiry. When we spoke, I shared some of my situation with you that I was experiencing at the time and shared some of my personal knowledge and awareness of some of the fraud I was subjected to and discovered occurring in the courts. In part of your thoughtful response to me, you had suggested I order and read a certain book, and recommended other books to assist in organizing the information in my mind. I was referred by a family member because I was battling a wrongful foreclosure. I knew what the backs were doing wasnt right. After speaking to two of the paralegals I felt more confident about giving my hard earned money to them. They made me study, and study, I couldnt and didnt understand why until the time came that I had to face the banks attorneys in a conference, thank God they prepared me, I wont my suit and I can now stand and tell whoever wants to listen, its well worth the fight and pay.

I was referred to this paralegals firm and was leery at first because of all the scammers that are out there, but e Mitchel and associates settled my skepticism and saved my property from foreclosure. Dont get me wrong it is and was a hellacious fight with the opposing attorneys, but its well worth the fight. If youre not ready to fight and study the documents they prepare my advice is not to consider hiring these people. Because youre going to go to school.

In my wildest dream, I never thought I would be in the situation of losing my house. After my divorce, I was able to get a bankruptcy agreement. I tried bankruptcy to save my house but it went into foreclosure without my knowledge. My contact with Mr. Mitchel has turned out to be a God send. He was able to stop the process of me and my 4 kids being evicted from the only home my kids have known. This has been a terrifying and traumatic process for me and my kids. As a divorced woman who has never gone through anything in life like this, from our very first conversation Mr. Mitchel and his team have been totally professional, thorough, and very helpful in relieving my fear of losing my only home, that I have worked so hard and made so many sacrifice to obtain.I first became aware of Mr. Mitchel by seeing his posts on Tik Tok, the clarity of his explanation regarding some of the illegal activities that occur in the mortgage and foreclosure industry has been highly enlighten and helpful. Much of his information on Tik Tok is informational, but once you engage him, you will have to do a lot of leg work, but he does all the paper work. He knows the law and all the forms that have to be filed to prevent losing your home. It is a process and he spells it all out very clearly as he explains the time frame and process of what you have to do to regain and keep your home. I am blessed I found him just in the nick of time. My recommendation on to you is if you are having trouble with your home being foreclosed, or problems with your mortgage company, you cannot ask for a better person to help you than Mr. Eric Mitchel and Associates.
