The waitress was extremely diligent in making sure our drinks were full. Our food was properly cooked and absolutely delicious. The bathrooms were immaculate, and that is usually a reflection on their kitchen. I would definitely recommend eating here. Kid-friendliness: Great for the family.

How is it that you come to my food and you pay for the food and then they charge you for the plate or should I call it plastic plate just one small to go food and they charge you for the plates and tell me that if I don t want to be charged for it and that I should eat it here wow I was going to work and I needed food so that I can take my medicine and eat something but I only had a enough money for the food I didn t know or expect to pay for my to go plate I will never come back to Waffle House again very bad service

I gave this destination 2 stars due to the poor service from the employee that goes by the name of Shawna. On July 20th at 11pm My Mother and I entered the establishment and Jo was very Welcoming we seated ourselves and we were approached by Shawna who did NOT greet us. My mother took in to consideration that Shawna most likely felt overwhelmed due to the amount of people that walked in. So my mother ignored the attitude Shawna was giving us. But Shawna s carried on with her Nasty Attitude. My mother said to Shawna that there is a better way to speak to customers, which resulted into Shawna Storming off and Making smart remarks. We were given a new server who happened to be one of the cooks, the African American cook (sorry I didn t get his names he was great). Jo helped and Dianna also assisted other family members who were on different tickets. The other staff were great, very down to earth and friendly apologizing for Shawna s behavior. One of my cousins came in sitting at the other end of the counter, Shawna s was asked to take his order by one of the staff she says, I m not serving that group. My cousin was not on my ticket or sitting next to us. The other staff apologized for her behavior again. Shawna is very aggressive and disrespectful. I found it extremely disgusting and Unprofessional that she mistreated a paying customer because she was mad at Someone else.

This shows as 24hours open, we went today 23rd June around 7.45pm to Waffle House near to Grapevine mills malls and they mentioned the shop is closed while there were at least 3-4 families still taking the food. 3 staffs were there as well. To check the 24hour thing we went to another branch around 10.30pm tonight and we have got the food.

Stop here if you can, you will not be disappointed. The food is tasty, the mood is relaxed, and the people are so kind. I always have my grits with cheese and bacon! My family also enjoyed the eggs, waffles, toast (they have all the jelly flavors, unlike some other places . Like Cracker Barrel), sausage, hashbrowns, and sweet tea. Walking in you feel welcomed and they greet you with a smile. My coffee was perfect temperature (not too hot, but just right). Our server Victoria was the best! She checked on us and gave us time to review the menu, no rush, just pure kindness. Don t miss this great place! We appreciated the welcoming environment and delicious food! Sorry we didn t get any photos, by the time I thought about it, our plates were clean.

I rated a 4 because I went inside, ordered to go order and it was wrong. It was my girlfriends birthday and her favorite is grit bowl with sausage and cheese no eggs. I goy hashbrown bowl. A few weeks ago service wasnt good I was ignored for over 5 minutes while waiting at the register to pick up my online order, employees just kept walking by and ignoring me BUT TODAY SERVICE was excellent and whoever the cook was today, Jan 14th, they did an excellent job! All food was cooked to perfection and employees were attentive. Edit: Came here today (4/27) the older white lady was extremely rude. I asked for jam and she rummaged through my bag saying its in there. It wasnt in there. She looks again and then finally gives me jam. No need to have an attitude just give the customer what they request.

I was never a big fan of Waffle House but my wife wanted to go this morning. I was so glad we went. The folks that work there are just wonderful and had such a good experience because of them. We went before 8am so it wasn t as busy. The food has a very home cooked taste. Nothing fancy, but filling and delicious. Our server Victoria was so sweet and took great care of us. They all work very hard and it shows so we left a very large tip as a thank you for a great Easter Sunday breakfast.

I have visited this location a few times and enjoyed everything. However, yesterdays quality was just decent. I always begin with a cup of coffee, which is normally tasteful. Mind you we pull up and then sleep with they heads on the table.. The over night staff act like they hate they job,.. especially the waitress. Rude and act like we a bother. Gave us some nasty old burnt coffee. It was a problem for her to make a fresh pot. Then comes the lady with braids . We walked in. I had a baby in a car seat with me, and it was very busy around 9:30 AM. I noticed it was the cleanest Waffle House Ive stepped in and immediately I was waved over by Victoria saying that she had a booth as we were both looking around for one. We sat down and she immediately got our order and checked on us 3 times. She was very friendly and I was impressed by her ability to wave us over as fast as she did with the busy atmosphere. Very professional waitress! Food was great, not overly buttery like other Waffle House locations. Got the All Star breakfast, better than I wouldve made at home... if only I knew about the chocolate chip waffles! Thats next time! Overall, GREAT service, great atmosphere, food was perfect. EDIT: The coffee actually smells like real coffee! Kid-friendliness: I had a baby in a car seat with me. We were able to sit down at a booth.

Just a Waffle House, all of them are pretty much the same. I think they are way underrated. The food is always freshly prepared for you. As long as you get a decent cook, you will not be disappointed. Covered, chunked, and peppered for me, ha.

The location has some of then nicest people we have ever come across. The store was very clean and the food was fresh and hot. If you make it in, and are lucky enough to be served by Kay Kay you will have one of the best. She is so kind and attentive. ALL of the staff makes you feel more like you have come into your family kitchen for breakfast. Everyone one had a smile on their face and a kind word to say. In food service this is a hard thing to come across. The place is small but worth the wait. The waffles are phenomenal, the pecans are fresh and so tasty. My other favorite (suggested by Kay Kay) Blueberry with Peanut Butter Chips...can you say YUM! No, syrup needed. If you are in town and are thinking, should you try this place. I say for sure, YES, you will not be disappointed. Parking: Ample parking, handicapable parking in the lot is right near the entrance and there is a ramp. Wheelchair accessibility: There are counter seats that would be great for any handicapable individuals, as well room on the ends of the booths were a person could be place to sit with family or friends

Updated Review: The chef in the kitchen this morning Sept. 10th, at around 3am needs desperate training or he needs to find somewhere else. Was nodding his head no throughout the whole time I was there as he got overwhelmed multiple times on orders, got lost, confused, and had to ask the waitresses multiple times about things. It s okay to be overwhelmed sometimes, but it s not okay to let that take a toll on your food handling/safety, attitude, and the overall quality you re putting out. I saw some of the ways he was handling food and even for a Waffle House, disgusted me out. I had an eagle eye on how my food was prepared and only ate what I saw safe to eat on my plate. He seemed to need at least 2 others helping him out and it was an absolute chaos ride watching from the counter, even having one of the waitresses call out wishing someone else was on 3rd shift as they re a better chef. Which yes it was a brutal statement to make, but this guy was beyond folded, it was clearly too much for him to handle. The service here has always been a top par when it comes to Waffle House, and one of those who is definitely carrying this place during 3rd shift is Dianna. The realest one here, and even she looked overwhelmed at having to be an un-appointed trainer to this guy. I didn t have her as my waitress, instead someone else. Unfortunately, I saw my waitress was also overwhelmed by the chef s performance, so I let her spotty service off the hook for tonight, leaving me with no refills, the offer of one, or really being friendly whatsoever as she didn t engage once with me at all besides my order. Complete silence, but still managed to hit in a negative, unwelcoming attitude leaving me feeling like I was just another bother walking through the door. Usually, this Waffle House specifically is my go-to, but if I m feeling like coming back, I will be driving through the parking lot to see who s working, as tonight overall isn t a reflection of how I know this place to perform, nor would I come back if this is how it is now on 3rd shift. For now, I m going to steer clear of Waffle Houses and I may or may not return in the future, as just what I witnessed from watching my food get prepared was bothering enough to turn me away. I won t even get into having a cigarette on his ear while cooking food, the time it took for my food, etc as I think I ve said more than enough. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Original Review: This Waffle House is by far the best in the area. Im a definite Waffle House regular and I live in Denton. The one up there is probably the worst one Ive ever been at. This one is so worth the 30-minute drive for me. The service has always been outstanding, and the food is as good as it gets for a Waffle House. If youre wanting Waffle House, this is the one you should pick. Dont bother with Roanoke or Denton if those are your other options. I cannot speak for other locations nearby. If you want my recommendation, go with the All-Star. Go scrambled on the eggs, hash browns, make the toast raisin bread, and go with bacon. I always add blueberry nougat to my waffle along with that. Its my go-to and it never fails to hit the spot.
