Facility is old but clean, family member was there for rehab to get strength back and walk with a walker. Physical therapy was worthless. No P T on weekends. They just sucked in Medicare dollars.

A facility is only as good as the hearts of the staff caring for our loved ones. That heart starts at the top with the Administrator. Kissy is an amazing Administrator. She cares about her residents and staff. She is an exemplary leader. She is a true care giver to each resident and is attentive to the resident needs and guides the staff to do the same.

My aunt was in this facility 3 months ago. I was hesitant to help place her there because of the past reviews. However, the leadership team are all new. We had a great experience. The staff was great from nurses to the managers. My aunt was able to discharge home and is doing well.

Staff is extremely unprofessional to both other providers as well as family members. They curse and scream and tell the receptionist to tell people they re out as to avoid dealing with them. Licenses need to be pulled and staff need to be removed asap

Avoid this place. I m sure staff are doing the best they can with what they have but the facility is very old, very loud, very chaotic and took my dad site unseen in an emergency type situation but were in way over their heads to care for him. It seems overcrowded and understaffed. We moved him immediately to another facility. It reminded me of American horror story: asylum. Staff seem kind and want to care for residents but this should be a very last resort kind of place and even then

This place is old and awful. A couple of people are nice but most are full of excuses. Its dirty.. there were towles in the hallway floor that stayed there until I left at 45 min later. the front door bell works half the time and someone has to let you out. And of course no one is posted at the door to watch for visitor. I pray I can get my mom out before anything happens. It has only been 3 days.

I know from personal experience that this is not a good place to be. Most of the GOOD reviews are from Employees-- not Residents. I am a resident. I have removed my last post Id like to say better things but the truth is. They are extremely short handed. Due to this, everyone suffers. You do not get the care that you deserve. I suppose its no ones fault- thats what they say. They cant do it all. And while thats True- who is hurt in the long run. So if you have someone who can get up in a wheelchair, go and ask for their meds and are pretty self sufficient.. Its a Good Place; if not- Find another place- if there are any. The other GREAT REVIEWS are Employees.. Lol

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I tried to volunteer at this place and the last I was at this place, one of the nurses or staff was very disrespectful. One of the females ask was I leaving and she tells me than god. I have already called Human Resources on them, they even agreed that it was unprofessional. I hope that its all ready been dealt with. I would not advice anyone to come this company this issue going to happen again.

Worst place to take your loved ones. The facility smelled like urine and when my grandpa asked to go to the bathroom, they told him to hold it until morning because he couldnt use the restroom on his own! I would give 0 stars if possible.

My mother was in there recently and it was terrible walking through the front door the place stunk so bad the staff was neglectful and un carrying I believe they were way understaffed . There wasn t any communication between nurses therefore she wasn t getting her meds properly. Her overall care was just terrible I would not recommend anyone putting there loved ones in this place . We had to just take her out and care for her at home

It has nothing to do with rehab! When I was there I was mistreated and once thrown into the bathroom and landed on floor. My wheelchair was in the closet amd I had to crawl to get it! I believe that this facility should be shut down tlfor falsely saying anything about being a rehab facility! I am thinking about suing this nursing home and the nurse for throwing me in to the bathroom and being made to stay in my room!
