Unprofessional and very disappointed with service. Made an appointment for July at the beginning of the year for a physical which was canceled a day before the appointment. The NP suddenly went on maternity leave, and the office couldnt give patients proper notice for rescheduling appointments. To reschedule would have been in another 4 months. For work/insurance purposes, I needed the physical done by a specific date so I cant wait to reschedule for November. Time to find a new primary doctor.

I went in for a recheck on meds and saw the doctor for a whole 60 seconds and then they drew 1 tube of blood to check my thyroid. Since I have insurance with a high deductible they made me pay $100 to cover the bill. I asked what the charge would be with no insurance and it would have been $80.00. They billed my insurance $544.00!! My insurance didn t pay and now they are billing me for even more money. With no insurance I would pay $80.00. Beware!!! If you have insurance you will come out better paying the cash price and turning in to your insurance. This is why our insurance premiums are so high and insurance is basically worthless is shyster doctors ripping off the system. By the way, the insurance company does NOT dictate what the doctor charges for services. That is a lie!!!

I would not suggest this office. If you go here be prepared to pay a fortune, have her send you out to different places for test that are not necessary, be rushed through your appointment, not have any of your questions answered, not have your prescription sent to the pharmacy, and good luck on calling back to get your prescription. Poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Unless its a simple cough, please look elsewhere for healthcare...office has become very superficial, dismissive, and much like a running through a process to collect copays rather than really treat you. This once good practice is not good anymore. Sorry to share but their inability to actually treat my symptoms led to emergency surgery and extended recovery.

Do not go here! Ive been trying to pay a bill for months!!!!! Mind you I had insurance, paid my copay, and they said it was covered.... Nope got a bill for $100!!! Everytime I call no answer. I wont drive hours to pay them in person and even then the staff was rude and the doctor basically wanted me out of there quick as possible. Horrible clinic

I ve been coming here for over a year now and I have seen two different doctors & over all good experience with them. However, I have noticed that as of lately the front office has been dropping the ball quite often with scheduling or no call backs for labs until I call myself. Even if you do get a call back by someone to give you your results, someone else will call again. Seems to me that they are not updating their system like they should to keep other staff members informed. My husband has had issues with requesting refills, being told about needing to schedule in order to get more refills. Which he did and he was getting calls days later about needing to schedule when he had already been seen by the doctor and got more refills. Again, does each staff member update their system like they should be doing? I have gone to both locations Mansfield & Midlothian and for some reason the front office ladies at Midlothian are much more pleasant and kind then the Mansfield front office. I don t know what s going on with the staff but they need to get it together for the office to run much more smoothly and show more professionalism.

How is it that one day they just need verbal consent for a grandma to take a child to the doctor and the next day they need a written note with a copy of the insurance card they really need to get on the same page... And then when I politely tell them he last week my child went and they just called me and asked for a verbal consent Theo answer was well that s what my manager said instead of saying you know what let me check with my manager and figure out why last week it was one thing in this week at something else... policies change on a day by day basis ?

The receptionist by the name of Jackie was so rude, condescending, unprofessional, and not helpful. I had to schedule a physical and needed to know what my payment would be, I called on Monday and left a message for billing -who did not call me back. I call the day before again with no call back. I then called the front desk and had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Jackie who spoke to me like I didnt understand how copays and deductibles work. I personally work in an Urgent Care Office and have worked with verifying benefits for 10 years, each clinic is different with their schedule fees. This is why I wanted to know what I would need to pay out-of-pocket, as I did not want to be blind-sided. I just hope this woman finds a position more suited for her attitude, because customer service is not her forte. It would have been nice to have someone in the billing department to call me back. I was so offput by this experience that I refuse to go get my physical done.

Wow I hope no one else will has to speak with Jackie like I did. I found a specific doctor on the Blue Cross/Blue Shield website that I wanted to schedule an appointment with. That doctor is no longer there anymore which is ok and is no problem. I still wanted to see someone and develop a good relationship with a doctor. The online reviews were pretty good about this practice so I had high hopes. Jackie was extremely rude in trying to get me to see someone else. Horrible attitude, very short and snippy with me, and just overall unfriendly. Didn t seem to care one single bit. I ended up saying no thanks due to her poor attitude. I can only imagine how terrible the everything else is ran here when the first impression was this bad. Very unfortunate.

Tell me why i make my daughter an appointment and confirm they accept her insurance and as soon as i get there the next day they tell me they dont accept her insurance after she turns 1.... like seriously and when i ask why they didnt call they say they didnt have a good number for me.. Its called caller ID people.. I confirmed her insurance and everything... Maybe if they took more time to thoroughly go over everything instead of rushing me off the phone this wouldnt have happened.

This is the worst office I ve ever worked with. They take forever to answer & it often takes me 3-4 calls to schedule. Their billing department makes false charges at every visit & refuses to address. I have spoken to billing on multiple occasions & get different answers each time. Front desk also canceled my annual physical appointment because they had already billed my insurance for one in the last 12 months, but it had been 13-14 months since I had last been in for a physical. They were also extremely rude when I called in to change prescription to Express Scripts.

I wish I could give zero star. Had terrible experiences at this office. 1st time my husband had a flu. The doctor sent prescription to CVS, but there was no Pre. received. I called the office and they asked me to call another number. And no one answered the phone. There was no connection between staffs and doctor at all. Must came back to get paper pres. 2nd time, I called the office to schedule for the day I wanted because I had high fever and cough. When I came to the office, and the front staff said that I had been scheduled on next 3 days. I would be happy to leave if the front staff said, I feel so sorry. She very saved her words and never smiled. Never comeback. I rather find another family doctor or go to urgent care.

First time came to this office . During appointment visit its ok but when I received my billing they claim to many things I dont received it I dont got any immuzition and flu shot , or prevented care but still got the bill for that, I were paid $20 for copays at doctor office right on the day my appointment after that I got the bill told I still own them for the copays . Its mine first also last to this office . Be careful with your bills when dont get any services but stil have to pay for that.

I loved this place. I showed up a little late too my appointment but was still attended immediately.!! The doctor is so nice even when the place is really busy.! Professionals constantly come into your room and make sure your doing ok and resume too ask questions about how you feel (etc). Dr. Nangha is a very thorough doctor and I would recommend her if you need thorough care. She has been very helpful in helping me find out what is wrong with my body by referring me to specialty doctors as needed. The only suggestion I would give is to see if the referral process could go just a bit faster.

I was a patient of this clinic for about two years. I rate this clinic just ok. Not good or great but not the worst I ve been to. At first I had Dr. Nhanga, she was ok but clearly didn t understand my condition (I m sorry but I chose not to share my condition publicly.) I got the impression that she wanted to pass me along to her new doctor (Dr. Henderson) because my doctor switched without me being informed. I just showed up one day and boom, this is you new doctor. Good news, I really liked Dr. Henderson. She is seeet caring and genuinely seems to care. Unfortunately these attributes are not guaranteed in today s medical world. So I accepted her no questions asked because I liked her and felt she was trustworthy. As time went on, Dr. Henderson was still very nice but I got the impression that she was being micromanaged on so many things. I don t really know by whom so ok that is speculation on my part. Several times I called up to the clinic to get a message to my doctor or get a refil or something and several times I had to call back, only to be told that no one got my message. The front staff have never been rude to me but someone drops the ball there and apparently does it regularly. My time there ended when I was unserimoniosly dumped by mail, citing they no longer take my secondary insurance. Frankly, the medical system is broken and this Mansfield office is a perfect example of that. Would I recommend it? only if you need your doctor for not much more than regular wellness checkups and a flu shot. I also don t recommend that you get too attached or comfortable there because, well you could easily be tossed out on your ear at any moment.

I would give negative stars for the horrible experience I had today. 2 weeks ago I got a call from this doctors office reminding me about my annual checkup so later I call back and schedule an appointment with Dr. Henderson and also schedule an eye exam. (Dr. Henderson is really nice and sweet, I have been going to this location for the past few years. ) Today when I arrive there I am told that they dont have my appointment and dont accept my insurance which I shouldve been notified when I called for my appointment but thats alright totally understandable. About my appointment though how come they dont have it? I called to schedule it, I get conformation and reminder via email and text. When I finally get there after 30 min commute I am told I dont have that appointment and the girl at the reception just sat there looking dumb and has no idea how did that happen. Let me tell you this, I dont know is not a good answer, How about trying to find out what happened because I wouldnt get the reminder email and text if I wasnt scheduled. When I got upset that girl started to shake her body and yelling that its not her fault and she doesnt know what happened! You work there you better know what happened or if youre that stupid get someone who knows how to handle the situation. She told me that she can schedule my appointment but not today! So she expects me to schedule another appointment and come back again next week? How convenient! and when I turned around to leave I hear giggles from inside the reception, how professional! This place used to be nicer but now just a nonsense with rude and incompetent staff! Will never return!

This Drs office is very unprofessional. Let me say this they were nice when they first opened a few yrs ago but now the patients that made them who they are can easily be tossed aside. First they take 3 wks to get my childrens asthma medication refilled. 2nd their answer to curing everything is to prescribe zpac. And now with out warning they decide to no longer except my childrens insurance. They claim that they have been contacting patients and leaving messages for the past 30 days. I never received such message. What I did receive however were emails to remind me that my children were due for their yearly check up. They definitely do not care for their patients. Now I need to scramble to find a new Dr for my children so they will be able to get their asthma medication. Real nice of them to just drop children like they mean nothing.

I pray none of your doctors are haunted like I am. My sister committed suicide in January and along with her two kids and two dogs I inherited a mountain of stress and a new reality of not having a big sister I ve had my whole life. To add to that stress I can t sleep, I cry at least 30 times a day, an my stress level has gone thru the roof. I went to this dr( not once, but twice)to just help with sleep and stress. They basically treated me like a drug addict when I said what they offered wasn t working. They then offered Trazodone which makes me vomit for hours( you should try it if you want to lose weight). The only two options they offered were one that doesn t work or the one I will not only stay up all night on, but I ll stay up puking. As the daughter of a nurse still working in the industry, I seriously hope you re not what we have to look forward to, or my sister had the right idea. In conclusion if your foot is shot off and you need medical attention go to a vet.

I have been taking my son here since he was born (4 years ago). I called recently to schedule an appointment but was told that they no longer accept my sons insurance. They could have sent out an email or called or even offered a list of pediatricians in the area that do still accept his Medicaid. What kind of pediatrician stops taking Medicaid and forces their Medicaid covered patients to have to find another doctor without even a warning? Apparently they dont care about their little patients. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Poor communication and education practices, lack of accountability. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and even then they have no clue how to effectively resolve basic scheduling or prescription issues. The office has no comprehension of what a call back is. There s almost never a Dr on location, mostly nurse practitioners. In 2 years I ve only seen my Primary Care Dr TWICE. It s a merry go round of nonsense, please avoid the headache if at all possible. On the bright side they re polite when you check in.

Everytime I have brought my children here I do not feel overly confident that the doctors have addressed the issue at hand, rather just prescribe some meds and send us off. I feel that they take on too many patients and only have profits in mind. The last couple months when I have called their office at 8am upon finding that I suddenly have a sick child, the tell me that they cant see my child at all for the day and that you have to make an appointment. What good is having pediatric care when they do not see walk-ins!!!! Terrible operation, definitely dont have their patients best care in mind.

I called several doctors offices in the Mansfield area looking for a doctor who could issue me a handicap tag due to my disability and the fact that my orthopedic surgeon only gives temporary ones and not permanent ones. Mansfield Primary Care told me that all of their doctors could do this and it would not be a problem. I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival I was made to wait at the front desk while the intake lady just sat there behind her little glass door. After about 3-4 minutes, I was the only person in the office or in line, she finally acknowledged me but I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Then when I finally went back with the nurse and explained why I was there I was told they do not issue handicap tags. I told her I specifically called and asked this question before booking the apt and was told that all the Dr there did this. The nurse said she would have to check with the Dr, but the only Dr there does not do this. After consulting with the Dr on at least 4 occasions the nurse finally said she was sorry the Dr would not sign the handicap paperwork. I immediately left, collected all my paperwork, and refused to pay for no services administered. There seems to be a huge disconnect between their schedulers and Drs and I would NOT recommend this office based on the shear incompetency displayed by so called professionals.

The check-in desk are not organized. They messed up my appointments on several occasions. Good thing I make them write down my appointment on the facility card because they would of thought I was lying or waste my time. I Have 2 infants, and Im not going back.

10-19-17...Staff was very professional and courteous..checked in and out in a timely manner. Today was my first visit. had lots of questions to ask and Dr R. Henderson and the assistant was very kind and patient with me because I myself went there with a pleasant attitude! :)

Not a good experience. I booked an appointment on line on Wednesday for a Friday 3:30 appointment. I was sent a message that it was sent for approval. I didnt here back so I called the office on Thursday morning and was told they dont take Medicare and that that appointment was not available. So I thought that was the end. I then received a notice that I had an appointment booked on Monday October 9 at 3:30 so I called again and was told that I didnt ... please please fix your site! A frustrated unseen Medicare patient....

I have been to this office three times now, each time bizarre, but yesterdays visit was downright irresponsible. Yesterday, after sitting in the waiting room with a man in handcuffs and his two guards, I was rushed into her observation room. I was in with an ear infection and a desire to change my anti-depressant. She ran in, stabbed her scope into my ear so hard that it burst something in my ear canal and drained fluid on me, and prescribed me a medication I had never heard of without talking to me or checking my chart, much less asking me about what was wrong with my current anti-depressant. She said goodbye with her back turned to me, and left, the whole situation lasting less than a minute. After waiting an hour at the Walmart pharmacy, the doctor office didnt call in either of my prescriptions and they had to be requested, I was given an antibiotic and a medicine for acid-reflux, which I do not have. Dr. Nangha was so busy and so distracted that she gave me the wrong prescription.This mistake could have been lethal if she had sent in another medication and I had taken it without asking, assuming that she was right because she is a doctor. Do not waste your time with this office. Go somewhere else with professionals who care enough to actually check your charts and ask you why youre there, not just taking your co-pay and leaving.

My husband and I like Dr. Nangha very much. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We have been going to her office for many years, and whether it be for a yearly physical or just sick, the office has always tried to work us in even when we call at the last minute. One of the young receptionist in the front, Vanessa, took special attention with a referral we needed since we were having a miscommunication problem with another doctors office, but she resolved it very much to our satisfaction. My husband and I just can not say enough about Dr. Nangha, a very special person most concerned about her patients welfare.

First of all allow me to say that my doctor, Dr. H is an excellent doctor. The staff will call you in advance to let you know when you have an upcoming appointment. The reason Im giving only a 2-star due to the fact approximate 2 to 3 weeks ago the staff faxed over a referral so I can get my knee looked at. The first week I kept calling the orthopedic office to see if they receive the referral, on four occasions they said they have not received the referral. I called back the staff at Mansfield Primary Care and stated the orthopedic office said they have not received a fax for my referral. The issues from my primary care office, the office was faxing the wrong number. Finally the orthopedic office staff took command and called my primary doctor to see what number they actually was faxing and finally gave them the right number. They faxed over the order to the orthopedic office and i was advised later, that they dont not take Tricare which is a insurance normally used by the military because Im a retiree and a veteran. Now the staff at Primary Care said that they are faxing over a different referral to a different orthopedic office which was on last week. I have not heard from them and its going on my third week and my knee is having considerable pain. I wish they would do a follow-up after the fact like they do a follow-up previous when they call their patient to advise them of an appointment.

I have had a few problems with this office staff. Why do I have to call you 3 times to get a refill called into my pharmacy? The pharmacy sent you a request and it still was not filled. I guess getting my prescriptions are not important to you. I go to see an endocrinologist and instead of you sending over my lab results and medication list, you send them xrays that have nothing to do with my visit. This shows inefficiency and staff not paying attention to what they are doing. I will be looking for a new doctor very soon!

My 3 year old got misdiagnosed by dr. Chavda with SEXUAL ABUSE. I took my 3 year old in on the 27 of June because my little one was having discharge from private area. Dr Chavda examined private area and asked me who I had left LO with and I said dad was the only person Other than me that LO been around. He immediately told me LO was being sexually abused, called cps on me and sent me to cooks Childrens. Dr. Chavda failed to do a urine analysis on my child or any other exams knowing that my 3 year old had hydronophrosis (problems with her kidneys) and is prone to more UTIs. Hes been the pediatrician since birth and I asked repeatly if it could be something else he said no. When I arrived to cooks Childrens I was so broken and thought how could the own father be able to do this to our LO. The pediatrician there told me that she didnt know why dr. Chavda would say that to me due to there were more causes for the discharge. It turned out that it was false there was no signs of Sexual abuse and that it was actually a UTI. I was extremely upset I went in the next day and he still thought that LO was being sexually abused and sent his wife who isnt even the pediatrician to swab my LO. She actually hurt my child and I saw when she went in further than what she was supposed to because my child jumped and cried afterwards. Till this day my child tells me how the dr hurt My child down there. He still called cps and said he still had suspicion and that he was going to swab for std. It came back negative so then he apologized and called cps to report th negative test. That will forever stay in my childs record and I want to share my story so everyone can be careful and speak up for our little ones since they cant. Dr. Chavda then said he shouldve done things better but the damage he did to my family will forever be there. And now I cant trust anyone with my little one! It took me a while to post this because Im still emotionally not well.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Office staff and doctors are all very professional. Doctors explain everything to the patients in a very detailed manner and are very patient. My entire family goes here and I would recommend this clinic/facility to anyone looking for a great team of doctors. The facility is always very clean and they are always on schedule. I rated this review with two stars, only because they called me back in a timely manner and the young lady who was the tech/ Nurse Assistant was very nice. However, I Got back there only to find out my appt was scheduled incorrectly. My appointment was for an annual. The African American (female) Dr. Is who helped me. I complained about some issues that I had just noticed, but I told her my appt was for an annual.. She stated that it was a sick appointment scheduled online.. I corrected her and told her that the appointment was made by someone at the front .Then she goes on to talk about what the staff wouldnt have done.. Such as schedule a wellness with a annual check up. I explained to her several times that it was only for an annual, the issues I was having didnt start until after I had made the appointment . She started talking about billing and just acted very unconcerned she was too busy trying to get to lunch. I am a stylist and I lost out on a large amount of money due to their error.. Through it was it was not her fault she could have had a little compassion, since it is patients that keep her employeed. Instead of arguing with me on how an appt was made especially when she did not know what she was talking about.. When I went to the front, I was given the name of the young lady who made the appointnent.. Mistakes happen, so I was less angry at her and more furious at the Dr. for how she handled the situation.. So would I refer the clinic YES.. But the African American female Dr.. NO. Choose one of the other Drs. Who have empathy for their clients and who are appreciative that their patients chose that clinic...

I have been to the office twice for me and my daughter, but I dont think we will continue seeking medical care here. The front office/billing is disorganized and they have screwed up our charges because theylo keep filing it under someone elses insurance. Its been over two months and its still not resolved. Ive even gone out of my way to take them another copy of our insurance and they filed it incorrectly again! The doctor spent about five minutes with me. I came in with a list of concerns and she addressed one thing, referred me to a specialist, then told me come back just for sick visits. If you need a quick visit for the common cold, this is your place.

I had a ear infection & respiratory infection & couldnt get an appointment So, I had to go to the minor emergency. Every time I go for a physical...last year hormone check was ignored, so had to find a specialist that would hear me. Then, I had another physical yesterday & discussed my numb fingers getting worse! She said do exercises & wear splints. I cant even feel 6 of my fingers! So, I will go to another specialist! Very frustrating & she is reluctant to address concerns. The staff is excellent but if you have any Issues dont waste your time! I wont be back...

I recently had to visit family in Mansfield and all of sudden got major back pain. I needed some place that was quick and able to analyze what was wrong. This was just the place! I was in and out in no time, The Doctor was so patient and kind, she listened to my concerns and had mentioned I was from out of town so she was able to diagnose my back muscle spasm and treat it in which I didnt even have to worry about it once I got back home and I could enjoy the rest of my trip!

This was the first time i visited this clinic and i had a very comforting experience, I broke my ankle and the staff that was working there were completely nice. Ive been going here for a little over 2 years now. The doctors are great and Im usually able to get an appointment the same day or the day after. Theyre really quick when it comes to refilling my prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends & family.
