My husband and I had the privilege of being represented by attorney Aaron Wallace who was assisted by paralegal, Janette Gama, in our 2.5 year long custody battle. Aaron was phenomenal in educating us on the Texas Family Laws and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Aaron s expertise helped guide us on decision-making and court processes. Janette worked diligently to keep all exhibits organized and communicated any updates regarding the case in a timely manner. We were truly blessed to have had such an amazing team who were devoted to upholding justice and fair/equal parenting rights. Most importantly, Aaron persistently presented the children s best interest to the judge and successfully achieved favor in granting my husband equal parenting time that not only he deserved, but that the children deserved as well. Our family is beyond happy with the outcome of this matter and we are forever grateful for the time and effort that Aaron poured into helping us get to this point. They made very little changes to my prenup that I requested and asked for over $1k for those changes on top of what I had already paid. If they had told me from the beginning that they were going to charge that much I wouldve never agreed to it.

These people are amazing. They are helping my family through the worst event of our lives and I really couldnt ask for a higher degree of professionalism and care. They are razor sharp and completely transparent about cost as much as possible. They are not cheap and there are no guarantees but I believe they are absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for.

I had a very complicated custody case and Brian McNamara and his paralegal Janette did a outstanding job and worked very hard on the case, I was able to get full custody of all three of my children, with their mother having supervised visitation, Brain McNamara also allowed me to make a payment plan that I could afford. I would highly recommend McNamara Law Office to anyone needing a family law attorney.

The entire team at McNamara was excellent to work with. There were a lot of special circumstances during my divorce with multiple properties, retirement accounts, cars, company separation, etc. Terri Kizer and Renee Bazan were always there to ask the right questions and guide me through the correct paperwork and process, which was made even more complicated due to changing Covid rules and policies. Brian McNamara was immediately available and answered additional complex issues when needed. I would and have recommended them to others. I used their flat fee divorce service, specialty assistance service and their Will service. All were very professional and well done.

I had the pleasure of working with the McNamara Law Office on my divorce case. Ive never dealt with a divorce before and mine was particularly challenging due to my spouse making the process as difficult as possible. The members of the law firm provided detailed explanations of the steps of the divorce proceedings and addressed all of my concerns and questions thoroughly and promptly. I had to pack my patience (due to a non-responsive spouse), but it was well worth it in the end. Im extremely satisfied with the services that I received from the McNamara Law Office. Brian and his team handled a very complicated divorce settlement for me out of court, without mediation. The decree was 65 pages; real estate investments, several pensions/ 401Ks , trusts, many financial accounts, minor children, and so forth. They were very responsive, timely, accurate, with fair and timely billing, and good quality of work product. Much of the financial work was done prior to engaging his team with a QDFA, however getting the decree to accurately reflect the intentions of the financial settlement was not trivial and some details needed to be clarified. I had a dedicated team to interface with which help make the communication efficient. They treated me with empathy and professionalism. I would recommend them to a friend.

Brian McNamara is trustworthy, honest and a devout attorney, who is straightforward in how he thinks your case will go, truly one of kind. We also would like to profoundly thank his paralegal, Jannett Gama, who was with us every step of the way. Helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns, she responded to every email and we got answers to questions quick. She is also bi-lingual and exceptionally fluent in Spanish which was very helpful to us navigate through our decisions in our case(s). I hired Brian McNamara to be my attorney when I went through a divorce awhile ago. While divorce is unpleasant, this was easily one of the best decisions of my life. Id met other attorneys but Brian stood out due to the respectful and professinal way he treated me. While some lawyers can be condescending, superior and even vulgar at times, Mr. McNamara was always starightforward and treated me with dignity. He and his staff explained the process, which to me was completely foriegn, were patient and worked with me. His advise is rock solid and his law firm an anchor to anyone going through the tumult of divorce. He truly has the best interest of his clients in mind.
