Where to start . Pros: pricing isn t too terrible, staff are generally nice, generally pretty easy to get prescribed T, clean office. Cons: the way they go about things is ridiculous, cookie cutter approaches, don t seem very knowledgeable or up to date with research, poor communication This system of come in for blood work, then have a telehealth appt with some random doc a few days later is pretty whack. They may or may not give you meds based on your labs. And if they don t there isn t much communication about different approaches or what to do next. Maybe some generic text messages with emoji explaining the reason. They used to prescribe a shot every 4 days, now they are back to once a week. Pretty sure it was from a cost effectiveness/work load standpoint. Levels are kept more stable with increased injection frequency. Sure you can still buy your own needles and break up the dose as you please. It s basically a testosterone mill. It s kinda embarrassing sitting in the waiting room for blood draws with a bunch of dudes that are there for all the same thing, HIPPA?? hello! The cheapest way to go about trt is through endocrinologist or primary doc if you can find one willing to treat you (if you truly qualify). As they will give you bulk vials which are super cheap and you can draw up and inject your own meds. It s not rocket science. Diabetics do it with insulin and insulin is arguably more dangerous if messed up aka too much or too little. Check out the anabolic doc on YouTube and educate yourself first. Because this place won t teach you or really be able to do much other than herd dudes in and out for cookie cutter prescriptions. $$$

Horrible experience. I am disappointed in myself for putting up with this level of customer service for a year. I was hoping the new ownership would resolve the problems. But theyve actually capatilized on the delays in medication delivery. When they dont fill your prescription on time now, you have to take off work to go in for a shot. And they charge 75 dollars. The shot itself is 26.38 without insurance. So this company wants to charge extra to administer a shot that should have been delivered so I can administer it myself. I recommend finding another provider!

New system but still extremely slow getting prescriptions. This has been going on for months and no improvement. May be time to find a new provider. Injections are sometimes 2-3 weeks late causing a lapse in treatment. They still want their payments on time every month even with the poor customer support.

I honestly believe once there are more TRT choices this one will be gone. Consistently getting injections late. Every month is a fifty fifty chance my meds will arrive on time. Communication is horrible. I have been charged for service that I did not receive that I am disputing with my bank. Do yourself a favor try to find another TRT provider

Initial visit, all was well until the so-called consultation. Lasted not even 3 minutes and assumptions were made with no opportunity to ask questions about anything. Management recently changed policy to have practitioners spend time with patient every visit. Way too much burden on them and is a price gouge for customer and insurance. I ve called billing and their regional manager with absolutely zero response from either. Love the staff and I ve felt better thank I have in years.

The staff from the front desk to the doctor is very friendly and seem to really care about what theyre doing. The doctor is very knowledgeable and doesnt shroud his explanations in a whole bunch of medical jargon. As someone who came into this being very sceptical, I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with this clinic. Its basically a one stop shop for mens health. Id recommend them to anyone. This place was horrible, first they messed up on my pin for the watchone sleep test and waited nearly a week to be abke to use it, and on the paper from low t center that comes with the watch basically states you already have sleep apnea qnds says the treatment is included, also states that on the website, then comes back im slightly apnea so i would have to purche a machine that cost thousands, and i needed the test for a dot physical, so basically its a set up, u spend 160 bucks kust for them to tell u to purche a machine that cost thousands even if you dont have symptoms according to them you do, then they messed up on my dat of birthday, horrible experience for me will never be going there,

Im really sorry to whomever needs treatment from this establishment. Unfortunately I do need treatment but my experience has been the opposite of great. Horrible communication, you wait in the lobby for 30-45 minutes each visit and overall horrible experience. Update: nov 25th 2021. Traveling out of town and running low on my prescription as I have not received my delivery before heading out of town for the holiday. I asked them to write me a prescription so I could go to a local pharmacy (whom already said they could help) and low T said that they cant help me out because they could only use their own pharmacy. Patients do not come first here. As soon as I get back into town I am finding somewhere else to go. So done with this location. Funny enough, I called another low t in a different city and they were able to help.GO FIGURE!!

The shot is effective and helps with an overall sense of well being and I will continue to receive it,just not at this location. I was paying monthly and paying at the rate of 250 a month not bad considering the benefits, but I inquired about my coworkers using insurance at another location and they were paying less than $50 a month . They stated 3 times that they verified my insurance and it would be cheaper for me to continue on at the 250. I said I would look into other options and the clerk then stated I was being difficult and was no longer welcome at this location. I switched to a nearby location and have yet to have a weekly bill of more than 27 dollars. Great service and most are polite but overall using this location cost me over a 1500 dollars needlessly in the short time using their services. Overall the treatment helps and most of the staff seem knowledgeable but I feel they should have been honest in regards to cost .

The staff and doctors care about their patients. I like that they do regular blood work - every 6 weeks. Wait time varies from in and out to 30 - 45 minutes. However, they do have an option where you can get your medicine delivered at your house. Overall, I have gained 20 pounds of muscle in the last 2 years as measured by DEXA scan and InBody machine and I have more energy. I would recommend to a friend.

I do love this place BUT I havent been able to get in for three weeks. Standing room only. Visits used to take me 10=15mins but now they take an hour. Going to have find another option.

The last 3-4 visits I have had to wait anywhere from 20-30 mins even when arriving at different parts of the day. Moved to a different location that doesnt have the same wait.
