I am absolutely ecstatic about my attorney. I was referred by a family friend, but was not expecting much. Just another attorney to attempt to mitigate the chaos going in a custody debacle. But, damn, did Mrs Crocker show up and kick a**. She was quite literally everything I could have asked for: involved, invested, physically and mentally present, blunt with the other parent and with me, creative in mediation and, of course, legally proficient (way above par for the run of the mill attorney). The lawyer may be good for certain cases but I personally am not helped, make sure that she specializes in the marriage, what do they have for me? I assure myself that my marriage will take it to the end and now they dont even answer my calls, there is a Madam, her name is Martha and she is the assistant, but I think she ignores you. I dont know if the lawyer knows that, but Im not going to change the rating.

I had to fire my first attorney who had done almost nothing. He promised me. I was referred to Ali and she took it over and got it moving immediately. I never would ve gotten through my divorce without her. The attorney she went up against was highly decorated And she wiped the floor with him. I would highly recommend Crocker Russell & Associates for your immigration needs. I failed three times to execute this paperwork and I hired CR&A and we pretty much had full approval within 7months. If you need any sort of council CR&A has a highly trained staff that is, responsive, respectful, and understanding of your needs. They educate you as you go through the process. I hired her as my divorce attorney. She was busy (she runs a law firm, so I knew I was not her only client) but she still took the time to tell me exactly what was happening. She was direct and to the point--thank you! I could meet with her and she would tell me what I was doing wrong with my divorce--and I was doing a lot of dumb stuff. But then once I knew I would fix my behavior and attitude. It was tough medicine but this patient needed it. Again--she will not always tell you what you WANT to hear but she will tell you what you NEED to hear! If you want a lot of hand-holding pity party attorneys, do not come to her. BUT if you want someone that has tough-love and GETS IT DONE--no matter what, then call HER! I value getting the job done and thats what she will do. Exceeded my expecations by far! If I could give no stars I would went into the office with my emails from the eeoc. One of the attorneys told me it was to late to sue when I had two months til Oct 5th. And stated she need alot of money to start. I called back and complained because she told me August only gave them a month. Which was not true its 2 months. Glad I didnt listen to her. Got me a good attorney that took my case and the process has started. Had me thinking I couldnt do anything. Horrible lawfirm to give bad advice when she just could have said she didnt want to take the case. I was able to sue for 4 different reasons!!!! She would not take the time read my paperwork.

If I could give this law firm negative stars, I would. Took and took money. Yes they accepted payments. But 400 a month for 5 years really adds up. Plus the initial lump sum of 2000. They did nothing for me. Nothing at all!!! Did not fight when evidence was right infront of their faces. Then took their sweet time on filing a divorce that was uncontested. Waiver was signed in Jan and still not divorced in Oct. So pathetic and sad

these reviews are fake! they are soOoO unprofessional, never responds or lets me know whats going on with the case. no one in the office knows whats going on, and apparently there are different people who are working on my case so its like i have to start over again explaining the whole situation. my end result? i got nothing out of it. its been a whole year to fight this ticket, only to get 90 day probation (which ive been doing fine for the last year), pay a fine, and do community service. They literally did not help with anything except take my money JUST fine. Do. Not. RecommenD!

Ali Crocker was grossly negligent with my case. I caught her in several lies and which she did profusely. If it is a matter of child custody or visitation, I wouldn t waste my time, money, or energy on Ali. She never filed the proper paperwork she needed to file and seemed intimidated by the opposition counsel to the point she would acquiesce on matters that she previously objected to. The communication was totally subpar and her office is ran by people who never know what is going on. The focus was not centered on my vulnerable child but what Ali thought was best for Ali. I wouldn t deal with this God awful lying woman. She constantly backtracked and was distracted. I could go on explicit detail supported bu emails time stamped by Ali.

Ali Crocker is definitely the best lawyer I have ever had to represent me. I honestly couldn t ask for a better attorney, she got me out of a seriously tough situation and got me a great deal with the judge. She tells it how it is and doesn t beat around the bush and from my experience she will put up a fight for her client. Also she will start working on your case the minute you hire her and she will give it her all. Plus her prices are super affordable (depending on your case) but point being she will honestly give you the best deal from my experience. So if you re going to hire a lawyer you should definitely go with Ali Crocker.
