This is by far the worse customer service we have experienced in the whole DFW area ....went to eat around 9:15/9:20 pm they advertise that close at 10 pm the small young girl with glasses was soooo rude throwing the plates on our table then removig plates with still food that we were eating like the dressing then she yelled at one of the coworkes WHAT ARE YOU DOING in front everybody 1 of the bento boxes she brought it like 20 after the other plates .....RUDEST person to be attending customers in a restaurant and hospitality businesses ......the sad part is that we were coming from the hospital tired and worried because our family member and then this ridiculous nightmare experience in this restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE ...

When I am home, I try to come here at least once per weekend. I love their rice bowls. The serving staff is attentive, and thats all that matters to me. The food is good. Keep my iced tea glass filled.Life is good

May 2024 Had lunch on a Saturday and we ordered Shumai, Kids Katsu Don, Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, and Spicy Pork Bento Box. My son gave the kids meal 10/10. We enjoyed our food and the waitress was great. The food did take a little while to come out overall. Oct. 2023 We ordered takeout and got Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, Yaki Udon Beef, Yakisoba Chicken, and Lion King Roll. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at our destination about 30 minutes later, the food was cold. But, the food still tasted good. We need to visit and dine in another time.

Ive eaten at Ninja Kitchen multiple times and today after I got home I noticed my vegetable fried rice was burnt, not only the rice but the vegetables also. I called and they made me a new order and I found out while talking to the cashier that their original chef left so I hope they get someone as good as him because the fried rice was not good. Ugh

My Ramen and my roll was delicious. It took awhile to receive my drink BUT Ms. Jaina is the sweetest woman. Shes very kind, unfortunately she was the only one waiting 7 tables by herself and getting orders ready. I really hope the owners understand she needs help. Poor young girl works fast AND still has a positive attitude. Take care of your employees.

I had a really great experience at Ninja Kitchen, I was in Mansfield for a work trip and went there for dinner. The food was really good and had a great atmosphere. The only thing that I wish for is for them to have a restaurant in Houston, so I can come back every weekend! Totally recommend it!

The prices for a chicken teriyaki bento box on Uber Eats is $19, but $14 on DoorDash. Please fix! We enjoy the chicken teriyaki bento box. We usually order through delivery services but it would be nice to be able to sub items like adding spicy edamame, fried rice, spicy mayo, extra sauce etc. Sometimes they forget condiments for the sushi and spicy mayo for the egg rolls.

I use to order from this restaurant pretty frequently because it was the closest ramen place to me but it was soo subpar that I just stopped going. Its been about a yr or 2 and I decided to give them a try again and ordered the Osaka Ramen and their volcano roll. The ramen was flavorless as usual, along with their UNSEASONED chashu so I was not surprised. I just season it myself at home. However, this is the first time trying their volcano roll and it was soooooooo TASTELESS and FLAVORLESS!!!! Like it has all this stuff on it but literally has absolutely NO taste. They didnt even pack any wasabi or soy sauce to even help the flavor. Its sooo bad! Not sure how they are still in business, the quality of the food you all are serving is UNACCEPTABLE! Do better! Find better recipes or cooks! I know you are reading these reviews.... change the way you are preparing your food. Your chashu needs to have flavor. Your seasoned eggs, need to be actually seasoned, and this volcano roll needs to be totally revamped. Nothing about the Cali roll, the crawfish, or the sauce is appetising or has any flavor. I actually want my money back!!! This is ridiculous. Ive never been so let down by a restaurant in my life. This place was mediocre before but its even worse now!! Do better or shut down! Ridiculous! Now, I have two orders of these volcano rolls and have to trash it. Thats how bad these are. Smh

Food just really wasn t good at all. I normally always order Ninja Ramen but thought was time for a change. Ordered the chicken rice bento and just had a hard time trying to swallow my food. The chicken was too dry, unflavored and overall I just didn t like the food. I had a hard time trying to eat the chashu buns and they lacked flavor. I dumped the miso soup, I literally could only eat the tofu and seaweed but not the broth. The only thing I was able to enjoy was the egg rolls.

The owner needs to come to terms with the fact that the food, service, and atmosphere is not conducive to good reviews nor good eating. Weve given them chance after chance by going to lunch, brunch, and dinner and its not good. Its nicely decorated, the kids that work there are very nice and professional, but the food is sub-par.

Food came out fast but was totally flavorless. There was literally no one else on the restaurant and I see why. We ordered the shrimp tempura bento box, miso kids ramen, and shrimp wonton ramen. The broth tasted like basic chicken broth, absolutely no flavor definitely not a ramen broth. The Chicken Karaage was fried so hard it was down right gummy and tough. The Chashu Buns were terrible. One bite and it was to the trash pile. We paid $55 and literally went somewhere else to finish dinner.

Love the one on Cooper by I-20 but this one s a no. Food is a hit or miss, not consistent. They re always short handed and take forever. Most importantly though - is food handling and safety after seeing how they prepare the sushi rolls, just leaving raw food out on the counter, not kept cold for extended periods of time I m shocked people haven t gotten seriously ill! The health inspector needs to visit on the regular!

This was a delicious Japanese cuisine restaurant with exceptional ramen noodles. I tried the Yaki Udon with fried noodles, vegetables, egg, and chicken and it was so worth it. The waitress told me it was a new dish R13 on the menu. I definitely would recommend it!

This is my first time ever here and Im glad I didnt take my whole family. Low rating online reviews a year ago seems like they havent improved as I would hope today since the owner responds to most reviews and is aware of the poor service. The recent reviews made me think they did improve, but didnt. Normally my wife and I would go find new places to eat and if its good, well be back with everyone. We went to dine in a few hours before closing and we were the only ones there, which is probably the first clue. The lady seated us and took our order. The menu had several X out items, second clue. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen and my wife ordered the spicy osaka miso ramen. The lady later brought all our food in plastic to go containers stack on our table from the appetizers to the noodle bowls. How is this dine in? The soup broth was also in a separate container and not even hot. It was very weird to pour the broth into our noodle bowls ourselves like making our own. It is better to eat our microwaveable tonkatsu noodles bowls from Costco at home. The wakame salad was good and tasted like from Costco. The sashimi mini cup was ok and not fresh because it is also in a plastic to go bowl. Im glad I didnt order 2 other appetizers as I wanted. This is my first experience ever dining in and getting served with to go containers. I was hoping this would be a very good place since it is closer to home.

The Spicy Ramen they have on the menu is my absolute favourite dish to eat from this place. I think its the Hokkaido Ramen. The last time I went to the place was a a few weeks ago and I arrived at 9:50 on a saturday, they had my order ready in 5 minutes. Great service for takeout.

I think this place is new. It took a little while for the food to come out and I mean a little longer than it should have as I was the only one in the restaurant. Minus 1 star for wait time and the shumai which came out a little hard (? Yes hard) on top. Dragon roll and salmon roll were good. Gyoza also was good. Not the best place but I would visit again to give a second shot. Also no indoor dining? Covid is over in Texas...get with the program.

I have never had a bad experience with the Ninja franchise, and frequent the locations in Arlington, but tonight was not a good one. They were short staffed (appeared there was only two working), the food was bland, and all of the tables were dirty. My poke bowl was extremely disappointing, and the rice was crunchy. We also got a bento box which was awful. I hope that this was a fluke, and we just caught them on a bad night. The waitress was really nice, but overwhelmed.

Mediocre at best. Theyre serving all food in to go containers even if you dine in, this includes appetizers, drinks, and entrees. Its irritating and a waste of plastic. The chicken in the ramen tasted like a refrigerator and they served cold eggs. Since everything is served in a to go container, you have to mix your own ingredients at the table and the broth was not nearly hot enough. I always wondered if the Ninja restaurants in the area are any good and I think I just found out. I would definitely not recommend you order sushi from here seeing as how they cant serve fresh ramen for dine in. Ill stick with Piranha Killer Ramen/Sushi in Arlington.

We drove from Alvarado just to be disappointed. We ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen, pad Thai, dragon roll and spicy tuna roll. The only good item was the ramen. Rate 4/5 I do not recommend the Pad Thai, very dry, barely any flavor. Did not taste like pad Thai at all! Rate 0/5 Spicy tuna roll just tasted like spicy water. Rate 0/5 Dragon roll, rate 2/5

I drove here from Duncanville (I just found out they have one in Arlington. The ramen is awesome as well as the sushi and the gyoza. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try a different spot to eat. We went inside ordered. The waitress lady told us everything would be in containers due to covid restrictions. That was fine. We got some appetizers which were edamme (cold) and egg rolls which were almost to cold. They were really small and had barely any veggies and meat inside. The waitress didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. So we were already hungry and starving and didnt want another disappointment with the Ramen we order. So we left and went somewhere else to eat.

Its one of the best places to get Ramen in the DFW Metroplex. They have many other amazing options as well. The sushi is on point. The takoyaki is really good as well. Ninja Kitchen has a slew of Japanese cultural foods to choose from. As of now it only has take out though, but everything held up great I got the food while having to make another stop on my way home. It was nearly an hour until I was able to eat and the noodles in the ramen were still the best part of the meal, I only reheated the broth and poured it over everything and it reminded me of the Japanese Ramen Shops and Stands from the times I was stationed there.

I had the chicken pad thai for lunch. It had absolutely zero flavor!! The chicken tasted like it had been washed and cooked...that s it. The sauce was bland. I m very disappointed!! I m used to a very flavorful, mildly spicy taste and this just did not deliver.

Note: because of covid you can eat inside but they serve in to go containers, that being said the noodle is fresh and tender, the tonkotsu stock is well made. One of the better ramen places in the mid cities.

When the restaurant is on point they are exceptional, very good ramen. However, this happens less and less. I know covid had caused issues everywhere but orders been wrong, long wait times and bugs all over the ground make it not worth going back. Worker in kitchen keeps messing with his hair. Not very hygienic. But, based on the response to this review I dont think anyone actually looks deep into the reviews.

The place was very clean. The food was okay. I didn t like that that waiter didn t check on us. I had to get up out of my seat to ask someone can we order, can they get us the check, and they brought me the wrong dish. Charged $2 dollars for something I didn t order.
