I came here after not coming here a long time. Service was perfection. Actually, and not to be dramatic, but almost goosebump worthy. We were immediately sat and then immediately asked what beverages we wanted to order. The new string lights bring a homey yet beautifully lit atmosphere for a nice casual dinner or for a nice date night. Thomas is in my books as one of my favorite servers I have ever had in my life. He brought our drinks fast, our bread was so fresh and hot steam was rising from it. Oh yeah FREE BREAD!! It was crispy on the outside and so soft and pillowy in the inside. Thomas was on top of it the whole night. Drinks never reached under halfway full. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. The lobster ravioli was filled very beautifully with Lobster. The chicken is worth the $5 charge. All around my best experience here at this place. Again, if you can, I d ask for Thomas cause he was so nice and quick and he even had our check ready in his apron right when I asked him for it.

Absolutely amazing food here. Everything that we have tried has been on point. Definitely recommend the shrimp scampi. They brought together the exact right mixture of lemon and butter that didnt overpower each other. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the lighting sets the mood for a great meal. The staff was exceptional and had great advice on what to eat. Thank you, Ayusha, for the great service and conversation. The talented team of chefs in the kitchen delivered tonight. I loved seeing the hand tossed pizzas made from scratch. Will return for another great experience. Oh, by the way, the Karrot cake was off the charts on flavors and presentation.

Let me start by saying I complain and lot and very critical lol. I ve been eating here since I discovered it. In 2020 (4 years ago) and my little family and I have never been disappointed. The food is amazing and you can tell the ingredients are so fresh. No preservatives and not mass produced. Like literally made with love. I ve recommended it to friends and family and they have never been disappointed. And even if you are disappointed, give them a second chance and you will still love it. I always get Shrimp Murphy, tomato basil soup (ingredients unmatched), any pizza, mozzarella sticks, wings are delicious, calzone goes crazy, lavender salmon is so yummy and unique, dessert is perfect, anything with dairy or veggies, etc, etc. The staff is amazing. This is my favorite dining out experience ever. Tops all the fancy stuff you ll spend $200+ on. Lovely ambiance. I could go in all day Kid-friendliness: Staff is so sweet to my girls and they actually eat their food lol

Used to love Parma. Prices have risen significantly, and now they charge $2 - $3 for any substitutions you make. Tried substituting spicy marinara for regular marinara and manager insisted it was their policy because they had to add spices to the marinara, so an $11 stromboli was going to be $14. Watch out for their efforts to increase your check average. I cancelled my $70 order because of it and the manager could care less.

Wonderful server named Selen. Very professional and kind. We were nicely greeted when we came in and left.. Top notch all around. It seems to be family owned, and its nice to see even the younger children working. The chicken picata was good, but couldve had a bit more pizazz in flavor. The chicken was a bit tough. Just being nit picky though cause we still enjoyed it. The rolls they give are FANTASTIC! The garlic bread wasnt great but the tomato sauce was fresh tasting and very good. The calamari was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was nicely done for its small space. They had a nice selection of beer and wines.. We will for sure go back as we want to try their pizza and canolis. The kindness, service and professionalism from Selen is another reason we will be returning. You cant find excellent service industry people these days, so it was refreshing to experience.

I have to say this is by far one of the best pizzas in the Lewisville area. After ordering my first pie from here i havent ordered pizza from any other place. The toppings are always fresh. We usually try different pizza spots all around Dallas every week and this is one of the best o say top 20 atleast in The area. Their pizza is very fresh like none of the ingridents are frozen even jalapeños are fresh n green. We ordered their custom pizza and mozzarella sticks. Tomato sauce was so fresh that was served with mozzarella sticks I just enjoyed the sauce. Their margarita pizza is also to die for, such an amazing taste. They also use fresh dough to make Stromboli so it s fully customizable. This place also had an amazing ambience fresh environment and serving staff was so friendly and effective. I would highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: They have mostly fresh ingridents so can customize any item to be veggie dish of choice.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in Lewisville, even in the DFW in general. But I am firm with 3 stars on this review because the food was average. So the appetizer Calamari was great and we started off the night great. The bread was fantastic as well, so no complaints there. The big problem came with the main entrees, my wife got the Fettuccine Alfredo and I got the chicken Parm. Her pasta was bland and she added salt & pepper that made it better 7/10. My chicken parm was a 2/10 because the pasta was okay but the chicken was raw. I honestly wasn t too upset about it because they were very nice about it and took it off the bill. The chicken was just too giant of a portion and I think they make a mistake by making it too big which led to a chicken being served raw in the center. We then ended up getting the strawberry dessert and it was amazing! We were blown away with how good it was. So overall I rate it 3/5 or 6/10 because of our first experience being served raw chicken and the pasta being subpar. I will say though we plan on returning to give them another try because the customer service was so great!

Excellent quality food, and luxury presentation! By looking at the plates presentation alone, youd think the cost of visiting this restaurant would be much more. But its very affordable and its in a small part of Lewisville. I love coming here with my husband for our anniversary. If you love Italian food, definitely put this one on your list. You will not regret it! Absolutely AMAZING food!! Try the Mozzarella Caprese. Its my favorite. Holiday 2023 After I dont know how many years, this locally owned business is still an amazing place with fabulous staff and atmostphere. If you want something fulfilling, but light; I recommend the blackened chicken ceasar salad followed by the Charcolate Tartufo dessert. The light airyness of the mousse in the tartufo makes this lunch meal extra special buon appetito!

Service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lovely. Felt more like an inner Dallas restaurant than a lunch spot in Lewisville. Ill start off with saying there was nothing technically wrong with the food. Tasted fine, cooked great, well executed dishes. That being said, the pricing was unjustified. Shrimp Scampi was $19 with only five shrimp, and was somehow more expensive than Lobster Ravioli? Fettuccine Alfredo was $13 with a $5 for Grilled Chicken, and for appetizers the Mozzarella Sticks were $9 for just four sticks. The portions did not justify the price. They were not small by any means but most Italian places Ive been to (in this area too might I add) serve enough to fill you up and take some home for cheaper. Parma served just enough to leave you satisfied, but not stuffed. Taste also did not justify the price. The sauces tasted good, just a bit too mild/bland. Alfredo was almost watery? Or oily? The cheese flavor was non-existent and the cream flavor barely there. As for the scampi, same thing. Very oily/watery, could barely taste the lemon flavor. All in all, Parma did nothing technically wrong, and they executed exactly what they wanted to I think. If you have the money to not look at your bill, then this is a very cute spot for lunch and judging by other reviews, their subs and pizzas are probably good heavy hitters. However, for the price conscious among us, or for those wanting near explosive flavors, Id suggest looking elsewhere.

Greeted and seated immediately upon entering. Waiter, Nick was prompt, courteous, informed, and accommodating. Started with fresh delicious bread. Then Greek salad with balsamic- crisp and fresh. Also fresh mozzarella fried with marinara. So good! It s smooth marinara with a slight kick. Entrees of baked ziti and cheese ravioli loaded with Alfredo sauce which I added instead of pink vodka. Pasta was al dente. Ravioli was packed with cheese filling and the Alfredo was good but perhaps a little too much pepper for me. Cannoli for dessert which was authentic and decadent. The restaurant filled completely about 10 minutes after we arrived. This place is hopping!

It was empty when we walked in. Staff appeared to want the business. No one was there. When we left, there were maybe 5 tables being used. The sauce needs to be championed. Its not salty or sweet, its delicious. I had the chicken parm that had a very nice crust. Did not taste frozen. I like how they stacked the pizza on their table pan, which saved table space. Never seen that before. Server was attentive, kept the glasses filled, no complaints.

Pizza is poor, chicken parm was ok. Marinara sauce tastes like canned hunts tomato sauce with a bit of red pepper flakes. The fettuccini alfredo was an actual crime. A great bread and a good tomato basil sadly do not make up for the rest. I could go deep into detail about how and why things were poor but I wont. There seems to be a profound lack of care or a deep attempt to save money on the establishment. The place is clean but it feels like they dont want to spend any money on butter or oil in an italian restaurant. The place has a diner feel with some artsy additions. There is a very conspicuous vine of fresh tomatoes on the counter. Its not an unpleasant atmosphere but it feels out of place for italian food. I withhold an actual closing statement in an attempt to be charitable.

What a great find! In a small shopping center, this place was packed. Their homemade bread is so yummy! I ordered Chicken Parmesan. It is served on a bed of thin spaghetti and marinara. The chicken cutlet is battered and perfectly crispy with parmesan cheese melted/baked on top. So good! My server was so sweet and helpful. Dining in at this establishment was a wonderful idea! From the friendly staff to the fresh food, dinner was more than delicious. Taylor was very pleasant, warm, and everything we could ever ask for in a waitress. She took excellent care of us the moment we stepped into the door until the moment we left. This was our first visit to Parma. The food was good. We had the caesar salad to start while the dressing was tasty there was way too much. Our entrees were the egg plant parm and spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce was watery, like the spaghetti was not drained properly. The rolls were good. We shared a slice of the chocolate cake, which was moist and very yummy. The waiter was friendly and efficient. Over all the visit was good and we will visit again

Ordered the Supreme pizza, had delivery issue as the original driver had an accident, he was fine, but since I was at a place where I was unable to get dinner other than delivery, they remade my pizza and it was there in no time. I dont know who the well dressed man was that delivered, the owner or just front of house, but so professional it was really great, and I have to say, the pizza was worth the wait, I hope I get sent here to load again, this is my first call from now on. I would love to dine in if I can get the chance, I am pretty sure that the atmosphere will be fantastic.

I love Parma Pasta Pizza. I worked here for two years. My favorite dish is Chicken Murphy. The ingredients are chicken and pasta, with mushrooms, artichokes, onions, red and green pepper, and jalapenos. The jalapenos add a lot of flavor to the silver. The sauce is the best part of that dish. The sauce is marinana and alfredo sauce combined. The service is always good and the people who work in Parma are very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and charming. There are always old movies showing. When you go to Parma, ask for Martina!

If you were expecting your granda in the kitchen forget about it. I ordered a chicken Piccata and the chicken was soo dry and pale and the sauce was too limely and watery. My friend ordered the baked zitti not sure if the sauce was done in house but it was bitter. The best part of the meal was the bread. Not a place I would run back to.

This is our favorite local Italian restaurant. I usually order the Chicken Murphy, Pizza or Stromboli. My wife usually gets Lasagna, Chicken Fettuccine alfredo or pizza. All of them are very good. Salads are good, Tomato basil soup is very good. BYOB if you like to do that. Good service. Weve been coming here for 20 years and its been consistently good over all that time!
