Absolutely over priced and found mold on the bathroom ceiling. One of the evening staff members was very polite and helpful. Rooms have an order to them and jacuzzi tubs do not work. Friends stayed in another room and had bugs crawling around. And do not book through hotelbeds. No way to get ahold of them.

Absolutely disgusting. Got woke up at 2:30 in the morning to BED BUGS IN MT BED. Went downstairs to get a new room, no apology was given or anything. The new room had stains on the blankets, the toilet was clogged up. When we called down to the front desk to have someone sent up to fix it they told us to come get the plunger ourselves.

Check in took forever, staff is extremely unprofessional and the entire hotel is falling apart. Woke up at 5 AM to a staple gun being shot off outside of my room because the carpet in the hallway was lifting. Lots of gnats in the bathrooms, and nowhere to sit outside and enjoy yourself. Everything is in walking distance but at night there s a lot of homeless people wandering around. The coffee and breakfast are some of the worst I ve ever had. I d say just pay the extra $30 and get a better hotel if it s available to you. Safety: Lots of homeless people walking around at night, also random customers sitting in the stairwells at night.

Trina, at the front desk is marvelous. The place is SUPER CLEAN. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is PERFECT...all kinds of places are truly just walking distance. Hotel is conveniently located but is in terrible shape. The pool was far over treated to dangerous levels. None of the showers in the pool or our room worked. No towels. The outlets in our room had no outlet covers and cords were dangerously linked together. The smoke detector had a bag over it. It was also super dirty/ dusty. But the worst part is that because of the condition of the hotel We checked out early. We had purchased travel insurance so we would never get charged for a night we didn t stay. The hotel charges me and now will not return my calls to refund me the money they charged for a night I did not stay. What a nightmare. Please Avoid This Hotel. The staff was friendly.

Location was good for why we went, but it lacked cleanliness and hospitality. There was hair in our shower that was not mine and on our towels. My husband went to the front desk and asked for 4 towels because 4 of us were swimming. All the sheets I was given were stained. I had to go to the front desk twice and each time I was given stained sheets as replacements. Housekeeping leaves at 4p so if you need them, you have to do it yourself. The guy at the front desk seemed very lack luster about the situation. Customer service was lacking. I would not recommend this hotel if you re used to better service.

I thought this was a nice hotel and recommended to my friends coming into town. The price was more than expected at 104 a night for two beds, there were dead cockroaches found under the bed and my friends weren t allowed a late checkout after staying three nights without a 50 dollar fee. I asked the clerk if the fee was in their policy but she didn t know and nothing was stated in the sheet when you sign for the room. This is poor customer service and quality of care for a hotel that charges this much. I will not be recommending them again.

We had to stay here for an out of town hockey tournament. The hotel on the outside is not very appealing but the lobby looked decent, especially for the price. My first disappointment was that their store was empty. You can see where they normally stock toiletries, medicines, etc. only thing they had on the shelf was bandaids. Not a deal breaker because there s plenty of shopping nearby. However, the room immediately upon opening the door felt disgusting. The walls were filthy, the bed looked slept in and dingy, the lamps were broken, and the shower looked horrible. Even my children were begging to leave but unfortunately you have to stay where the team tells you. We ended up only staying one night. Nearby activities: Hockey rink Food and drinks: A great pizza place within walking distance called mama s pizza!

So I ve been staying here for the past couple of days. Miss tami the manager is an ANGEL IN DISGUISE. I m literally due for labor soon and I m trying to stay as close to my doctor as possible. This woman has made my stay so comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Literally made me cry! The housekeeping lady is so sweet and has such a warm personality. She speaks and waves. Literally the entire staff is awesome. I m so blessed and thank You Jesus for good people in this world still.

We had 3 different rooms both of the rooms we had on the 4th floor neither of the showers worked there wasnt enough water pressure to push it out of the shower head. So we tried to call the front desk, the phone didnt work. So finally get into the 3rd room and the shower worked but it sprayed every direction and the fridge didnt work. The bed was comfortable but the sheets and blankets were dirty. Overall 2.5 stars not awesome but certainly not the worst.

This was a nice stay. The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast attendant was not mindful of her area but she got it situated after 30 minutes. The breakfast was delicious once we got to eat. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC and the heater worked great. The pool and hot tub were also clean and the kids had a blast swimming. The location of the hotel was also good. Close to many different areas. They decorated for Christmas overnight and our kids loved seeing the tree lit up. We will make this one of the hotels we book on future trips.

Before leaving home I read the reviews. My experience was the opposite of all the negative comments. I stayed 5 days with only one complaint--the code cards to access my room routinely went blank. You cannot keep the cards near any electronic devices. Not the TV not your phone. So dont put the card in one pocket and your phone in the other.

Stayed here with my parents and small children due to plumbing repairs being done on our home. I was highly disappointed in every aspect of this hotel and it was absolutely the worst overall customer experience ever. Stayed here because of previous good experiences at La Quinta, and the hotel was close to the wedding we were traveling for! The floor and room had an awful, terrible, super strong wet dog/marijuana smell. My husband and I both woke up the next morning with sore throats. The bed comforter had multiple holes, the mattress and topper was really worn and so uncomfortable. Stains on the carpets, and especially in the hallway. Just made me feel so icky and couldn t relax or get comfortable there at all. Think this will be the last of our la Quinta experiences unfortunately. Definitely not worth what you pay.

I got room 413, it Stank like Feet, I asked repeatedly each day for them to clean the room, (okay we will) was what they said, the lobby smelled like mold, I rented it a room for 5 days, thank God I didnt have to stay there during the day, when the hot temperature brings out the stink even more. I left the AC on, as cold as it could put out. The AC had trouble it wasnt very good. The room stayed about 75 while the AC was set as low as it could go. Im going to try the other Hotels, maybe in a few years, theyll have the room cleaned and have gotten the mold out of the lobby. I also told them about the mold in the lobby.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. The minute we walked into our room it smelt like cigarettes. We then noticed spots on the bedding and there was a disgusting smell, like bodily fluids. We called the front desk lady to voice our concern and she tells us, the cleaning lady is gone for the day but she cleaned this room earlier. The room was absolutely disgusting, NOT clean. On top of that, there was a roach infestation with baby roaches crawling all over the place! We had to go the store to purchase bug spray because the front desk lady who is sadly also the manager apparently didn t have any. She was so nonchalant and did NOT seem to care about what was going on at all. We ended up leaving to a different hotel after finding baby roaches crawling on our clothes and in random places. I checked in to room 302 on August 26th around 8 PM CDT. WHEN I entered the room I noticed it was very warm. I looked around the room to see what the temperature was in the room but could not find a thermostat. The AC said 69 on it but I know it was more like 79. I moved it down to 66 and turned the fan on high. The room temp never changed over the next hour so I called the front desk. I was told they were sold out but that emergency services would be called and they typically respond within 30 minutes. I checked the Wyndham Rewards site and it showed a plethora of rooms available. I called down and explained what I had seen and was told that Wyndgam Rewards was a 3rd party and it was not accurate. I commenced to calling Wyndham Rewards customer service and explained the current situation. They called the hotel and came back with the same line that there were no rooms available. I told the customer service agent I was booking an extra room on my credit card and that I was walking downstairs with my new confirmation number. The customer care rep. asked if I could hold two minutes while she prepared for a formal complaint. In 30 seconds the front desk called and suddenly had a room available for me. It had to be cleaned she said and rudely hung up on me. So sold out = rooms not cleaned. I moved to room 416 where the room was almost as warm as room 302. I moved it down to 61 and could tell cooler air was being dispensed. Going back to Wyndham Rewards customer service rep. I was told they could not do ANYTHING because I booked with points and the points team office was closed. If I booked with a credit card they could have relocated me to a new hotel. She did file a formal complaint and told me I would be. Contacted in a week or so. Additionally both rooms bath fixtures have an annoying continuous drip. Outside of that both rooms were in good condition.

Front desk lady (African American) was so extremely rude at checkin. She has no business working customer service of hotels. I worked at the front desk of one for 6 years and never treated my guests the way she treated me today telling me after I drove for hours that I couldnt check in 20 min early. When your hotel is clearly not booked out there was maybe 5 cars in the entire parking lot. Im guessing she was the one who answered the phone this morning was short and hung up on me. I got to the room and theirs hairs on the bed the sheet and on the toilet. Gross !! I went to take a bath and the stopped was warped and didnt seal so I couldnt. There was pizza stains on the walls housekeeping couldnt be bother to clean before i arrived, and you can definitely tell there is no maintenance done on these rooms. Scuff marks all over the walls that should be a quick paint touchup at most was all over the room. I have stayed here several times before but never again. It felt scuzy and unclean and definitely not kept up like it has been in previous years.

Given that your staff member made the mistake of giving the suite I booked to a guest that just had a regular room that had a/c trouble and she not only did not accommodate us or make any offers to compensate me for my stay, I won t be back. I paid extra for the room because a suite was what I needed. I needed the space and the sofa bed for my daughter. Not only did I get a room with just a king, I had no where for my daughter to sleep. It was pretty ridiculous. You closed down the pool before she could even go swimming. I tried to purchase snacks and was told to get a card from my room because you didn t have one on file. You had one. I just think the entire visit was an inconvenience more than a relaxing stay. I m thoroughly disappointed. Also - lovely cigarette burn holes in the bedding.

An african american lady and an older white lady that worked the front counter were not friendly at all, and I would definitely not have them checking in guests. We arrived 6 mins before 3pm and they told us we would have to wait 6 min to check in, so we took a seat in the lobby. After 10 min we went back to the counter to check in and were told they arent ready for us yet because of shift change and that we would need to wait. This place should be closed down for renovations. Our room was musty, the curtain was moldy, the door look liked something had tried to rip it off the wall, the ceiling was cracking, the tile next to the bath tub was coming up from the floor, and the bedding had holes in it. I would give a lower rating if I could. The customer service is horrible and the side of the building is ripped off right over an entrance, that should be closed off. Do not stay at this location!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Well I was going to give it a few days for the front desk to respond to me but that s been almost 2 weeks now! First and foremost the hotel is in a great location. That s about all I have to say good about it! The rooms are very outdated, the sheets and bed skirts were filthy, the bathroom had little bugs crawling, and the breakfast is a joke! My biggest disappointment was the water! THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!! The first night I gave it a pass, only to have NO WATER the next night! I reported it to the RUDE front desk and housekeeping, nothing was done and nobody came out to see about it! I will never stay here again and I don t recommend anyone else! Where do I start? The top quilt or blanket on both beds were dirty or stained. No battery cover on remote to TV. No water pressure in shower. Shower curtain had several tears in it so water leaked onto floor. Continental breakfast my butt. Didnt have ANY beverages but apple juice and coffee, they were out of bottled water and no OJ. Front desk was horrible!!! We were told no alcohol in the lobby, but continuously allowed other non Hispanic guests to drink in the lobby. When requesting towels or clean pillows it was an argument. They either didnt have any clean or some other excuse. Breakfast was limited because management didnt provide supplies.. the only pleasant thing about our stay was the house keeping manager went out of her way for our group when front desk wouldnt. The water pressure in the showers was ridiculous. The shower was already pretty short for most of our guests, which was not a big deal, but the water pressure would drop or stop completely mid shower. The AC in the rooms did not work. We were moved several times and there was something wrong in each room. I am still waiting on management to call me in regards to compensation. The front desk manager was rude, came off a bit prejudice. I will never stay in another la Quinta again! We travel often with our girls basketball team, we had never had an issue until this location. Sad to say, they will never get our business again.. I do not recommend them at all!

This is the second and last time I will be staying here. I booked online through Wyndham and they claimed I booked the wrong room even though my reservation confirmation said otherwise. They refused to honor my reservation confirmation and told me they would call me back later with resolution options but they never called back... The room had a strong perfume scent when we arrived which quickly faded to a very musty stale odor. The room wasnt very clean with debris still on the floor. The exterior of the hotel looked really rough with a random mattress just laying on the ground next to the door which had a shattered pane with a sign to watch for broken glass.. the landscaping is in bad shape. If they didnt have weeds, they wouldnt have hardly any grass at all...

Currently staying here. Tend not to take too much out of reviews because everyone has different perspectives but this place is just as everyone is saying. Zero hot water and their excuse is everyone might be taking or just took a shower, just wait. Got it, thats a real thing but at 11 oclock at night? Still out as of midnight. No hot water at 8 am either. Not staying another night, so who knows when the waiting will be over. 2 things any hotel can do to not ruin someones stay. Just 2. Clean sheets and HOT water. The room wasn t maintained and prepared for my stay whatsoever. The bedding had looked like somebody just got done sleeping in it, all appliances were unplugged except for the tv which didn t have the HDMI plugged in, the chair in the room was broken, the water was turned off to the bathroom three separate times, there was no hot water and non-existent water pressure, blood stains on the shower curtain, and the air conditioning unit never got cold the whole stay. I usually love La Quinta s but this stay has brought me to the point where I will never stay at one again. I asked for a refund and my request was completely disregarded.

This hotel needs to be renovated. There were water leak stains on the ceiling and the water damage to the refrigerator armoire was so badly damaged, the door to the armoire did not even close. The tub needs a good deep cleaning and more than 2 towels in the RR would be nice. I would never stay here again. With the water stained ceiling and the water damaged armoire, Im sure the air quality isnt up to standards either.

Some things we didn t report because they were problems that we seen on the Google Reviews and if they were still problems by the time we got there it seems that they know and are going to get to them whenever they feel like it. This place is a health hazard. Absolutely filthy and disgusting hotel. Both mattresses were this nasty and the room they offered instead was never cleaned and no bedding on the beds. The hallways, elevator, walls were filthy and looked like nothing had been cleaned, wiped or vacuumed in months. The front desk was unhelpful and uncaring. They immediately said we booked third-party (which we did not) so well have to follow up with them for a refund. We literally had just walked in and paid for a room and the response was so automatic as if thats the routine, the sham. I dont know how else they can stay booked or in business. On top of that, an additional pet fee was NOT mentioned and the paper at booking says $25-$75. They didnt ask a single question about the pet and charged us $50. My husband asked why $50 and the only response was they want me to charge $75, but its not advertised well so I only charge $50. I have to wait to see that the pet fee is reversed and that the room is not charged, but I will report and follow up if it is not rectified immediately. Do not stop here. Side of the road motels are not as filthy as this place.

I m only giving 2 stars because the manager was extremely friendly.. We had issues walking into the door. We stayed a total of 4 nights..room 401 the first day the toilet was stopped up they said they would fix it. They sent a plunger for us to fix it.. the tub was draining slow at first we said we would be ok but decided to let them know instead.. they came and fixed it. The next night we realized our room door wouldn t close completely so they moved us to room 409. Walking in the room smelled like air freshener which was odd. A few seconds later we realized it was to cover up cigarette smell I have asthma so it was an instant tigger. The shower curtain was dirty and the bed had cigarette burns on them. We where moved to room 407 which seemed ok until I woke up to use the restroom and noticed a bug on my shirt I stood over the sink and shook it into it and realized it was a bed bug. We packed up and checked out at 2am notified the front desk and they told us we would get a full refund . Once on the road to Alabama we called the front desk and they told us we could only get refunded for one night After the health department inspected the room. Today I called and they told me that what I seen was a baby roach and they didn t find any bedbugs in the room so they would only refund part of one night.

I choose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. When I got there the hot tub didnt heat and it was covered with foam, which is an indication that the water wasnt clean. The stool stopped up and I called the front desk then I left in the morning , when I got back in the afternoon it was still stopped up. There is mold on the ceiling in the room where it appears to have been leaking in the ceiling. This room had a chair that was stained with whos knows what. We would not sit in it. I have stayed at Laquinta many times in the past and this is by far the nastiest one .

We reserved a HANDICAPPED ROOM and we got a room with no handrails, no place to hang towels, no hand towels, only 2 bath towels & 2 face rags, only a half roll of toilet paper, and I rinsed a tiny big down the sink. We had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels and whatever else we needed. They also insisted that the room was a handicapped room. Was there for a weekend stay and on the second night I was bitten by bed bugs. Took pictures of the bug and took it to the front desk and spoke with the front desk. Front desk called the manager on duty and she took pic of the bites and filled out an incident report and stated someone from the property would call me the next day. Never heard from anyone and tried to call the property about my refund and the property has a non working number. Finally got in touch with customer care and they can t reach the property also. I just need my refund and will never stay at this property again. I would sleep in my car before I stay here again

The place was a little run down. For the price, I expected a little nicer accomodations. The beds were not well covered(no mattress cover) and they were concave in the middle. This made both my partner and I slip into the middle of the bed constantly. It also made the bed difficult to get out of. The rooms were not clean. There was hair in the tub, a sticky substance on the floors, and there was hair on the bed linen. The worst was the smell of weed that was so pervasive, I thought I was high. We called down to the front desk, but that phone didnt work. We had to call the hotel by its main line number instead of using the phone in the room. One of the days we stayed there was no internet for about 5 hours. If it wasnt for how nice the staff was and the location, I would have scored very differently. Everyone was so nice. And when we finally reached the desk, they took care of the problem and the smoke was gone by morning.

Manager was rude, hung up on me when I asked about getting compensation for having to make my own bed with new sheets because room service didnt come by for 3 days was out of towels, tp, kleenex, and rugged needed vacuumed, apparently they dont reimburse when their workers dont do their job and we even ask housekeeper that day and front desk another day specifically to clean our room and completely got ignored, very trashy, tacky place walls are grungy from dirty hands and ceiling in front entrance is tore up and workers are rude but maintenance guy was good he came by and had my ac filters cleaned cuz they were disgusting, wouldnt recommend pool closed off for entire week i stayed and fitness room def not for people who actually work out. Stayed in this hotel for work several times over the years and it has declined quite a bit lately. Booked two queen beds and were assigned one king. Worst bed i have slept on in a long time! Long overdue for a new mattress! Pillows were hard and rubbery. Towels could sure be better, but at least there were 3. Breakfast was back to normal...very tired of hotels only providing coffee and a granola bar; calling it Breakfast. Covid is over and nice to see that Breakfast is back.

There wasn t anything majorly wrong with the hotel, just a lot of little things and a few larger things. First of all the pool was closed for repairs , and judging by past reviews it seems to have been closed for a long time. My bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The free breakfast was kind of terrible although the lady managing the breakfast was very nice. The waffle batter was too runny, and the waffles tasted pretty bad. There were so many things wrong with our stay and unfortunately only a few things that were right. I think any one of these items by itself is understandable, but when you look at the list of all things wrong, you ll understand why we won t return. -We stayed four nights. Our group had 9 rooms. -The pool was closed the entire time for repair . No repairs were taking place that we saw. -There was a leaky pipe in the lobby dripping down into a garbage can from the second floor during our entire stay. -The fitness room was a joke. Just a treadmill that didn t work and a bike. Not sure if the bike worked. -The iron in our room didn t work - not a big deal. -Our room toilet wasn t flushing properly. When we went to the front desk for assistance they said they would send someone from maintenance. No one from maintenance ever came to our room. -the employee at the front desk when we checked in was not interested in assisting us at all. Barely acknowledged us. Never smiled. Nothing friendly about her. Didn t seem like she wanted to be bothered. -our other interactions with other staff were better. Not outstanding, just better. -location was convenient -large lobby/breakfast area with nice seating available We won t be returning to this property.

Well i never actually got to stay at this property i thought by making my reservation a week and a half early i would get to enjoy my room. Everything went smooth until mobile check in.. This could be a great hotel is the staff just cared enough to make it so. I had seen reviews saying the pool was out of order so I called before making my reservation and was told that the pool was now operational... It wasnt. This should have been the red flag telling me to leave and not come back. Upon checking in (early check in for diamond rewards isnt a thing here despite what they tell you) I was told that despite asking for both rooms in my reservation to be nearby that they couldnt do that. First it was because they didnt have that option... Then it was because the hotel was full and that they couldnt accommodate that request.... Then it was because all room assignments were on a first come first served basis. Since I was trying to check in early Im not sure how first come first served applied to our situation. Through the whole encounter the front desk staff seemed very annoyed that someone walked in forcing them to do their jobs. Upon checking in (not early) we were given rooms across the hall from each other so Im not sure why all the drama was needed to begin with. One room had no toilet paper... Seriously I thought the shortage was over already. Someone had to go to the front desk to ask for a roll. The other room had a heater/ac unit that only blew cold air. When we realized this was a problem we were already unpacked and had been told the hotel was full at check in so we decided to just ask for an extra blanket. They gave us an extra sheet instead. The second morning upon arriving at breakfast we found out the hotel was out of plates and forks. Yes they had that signature La Quinta waffle that had to be eaten with a spoon from a bowl... Thats what $100+ per night gets you there days. A waffle from a bowl, no heat, and no pool. If you see this La Quinta just keep driving a little further and find one where they care about their customers.

When we arrived for our first day of our four day stay they initially said we didnt have a room. After being for one they magically came up with one. Room was not clean when we arrived and they refused to clean it until your third day of staying with them, so it remained filthy for the remainder of our trip because they still refused to clean even on the third day. Master class in excellent guest service. We showed up at our designated check in time and was told we would have to wait half and hour. We waited and then we re told we would have to wait an additional fourty five minutes. This completely ruined our dinner plans, and we were very frustrated and were about to cancel and go to another hotel closer to downtown with availability when we were called thirty minutes later to be informed our room was ready. However, because of these struggles, we were given a room upgrade and a room at the end of the hallway. The bigger room and location/proximity to the stairs allowed us to easily take our dogs out so we didn t bother people and we had no issues the rest of our stay. Times are tough, staff is hard to come by, and stuff happens. I m happy LaQuinta worked to make things right. I will make sure this hotel is at the top of our list the next time we come to Mansfield.

Hotel was clean and the staff all very friendly. Stephanie in house keeping was amazing. We had issues with are keys to our room. But she verified it was not the keys. Think the door battery must have been dead. Instead of sending is down to go get a new room. She let us pick the new room (same type) and took care of exchanging everything down stairs. Upon arrival I had booked a deluxe king suite but when we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk stated that all of their king beds were taken mind you that my reservation was done 2 weeks in advance for a wedding we were attending. Booked a double queen bed room on August 5th to check in August 6th. Arrived at hotel only to be greeted by a receptionist that was new and knew very little and was told the room I booked was no longer available and the only room left is a King bed with a pull out couch. (not her fault) I had no other option. I already paid $134.00. We get to the room only to find the A/C was off and the window open. It is probably around 90 degrees in the room. We shut window and turn on A/C and it takes 2 hours too cool down enough to finally go to sleep. The pull out couch didnt have any sheets or blanket on it and the bathroom only had 1 towel. There are 4 of us, this is why I needed the double beds. I go back downstairs and ask to speak with a manager and was told they are unavailable. I retrieve the blankets and towels and go back to the room. My kids didnt not sleep good on that pull out couch. The springs were in their back all night. At checkout next morning, the receptionist was too busy sitting on a stool playing on her phone to greet me. After waiting a couple of minutes, I finally said excuse me I was not greeted very friendly. I once again asked to speak with management and was told they are unavailable. The water pressure for the shower was horrendous and my daughter killed a cockroach on the nightstand by the phone. We were in town for my daughters softball tournament and should have just stayed home and drove in and saved our $134.00.

This hotel has a great location but unfortunately the upkeep on this place is horrible. Thankfully there were two ladies that were working one younger black lady with beautiful hair and then there was a short older black woman with a glowing personality. If it wasnt for them we probably would have located another hotel but they tried to make us as comfortable as possible. They were very short-staffed, the air conditioning in the pool area was broken and made it unbearably hot in there, hot tub was out of service?? I wouldnt recommend this hotel unless youre just looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night and have no desire to enjoy the amenities they offer. Management needs to take a serious look at what theyre doing, and both of those ladies definitely deserve a raise!!

Room was clean but not what we reserved. Broken tiles in bath floor, loose grab bar in shower, pool closed, no laundry facility as advertised, internet did not function propertly. No room refresh during a 4 day stay. This property is in need of repairs/upgrades.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Bathroom fan broken, black mold on ceiling, door lock broken, bathroom faucet broken. Pool broken. Breakfast served in a bag.

Ive been a member of their Returns Club for decades and usually dont have any problems. This trip however proved different. The young lady who checked us in apparently didnt complete the process correctly. At 3AM Saturday morning we were awakened by someone trying to open the door. My husband jumped out of bed and slammed the door shut. We had thrown the door bolt and he saw a hand trying to open the bolt. We called the desk and found that the room was listed as clean and empty. We went back to bed. In the morning my husband went down and found that the clerk had incorrectly done the check in. The morning clerk corrected things and apologized. She said that the clerk would be retrained as to correct procedures. We had to have our key cards reactivated. Normally after a stay I receive an email asking me about my stay from La Quinta but as of today I havent. Now the manager did give us a discount on the night and the clerk at check out did apologize again. The room was clean and well taken care of as was the whole location.
