Best experience ever at convenience store. This staff is extremely friendly and went over and above to help me find my missing car keys. Aurora is simply awesome!!! She would not give up until she found my keys. This is now my favorite store by far!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Stopped by to get a drink and chips and see they have protein shakes 2 for $5. Get to the register and employee Anthony has an attitude before I even put my items on the counter. Confirm that the protein shakes are 2 for $5 and he says yes without any hesitation and rings me up. I ask for a receipt and he gets frustrated that I ask for a receipt. I get to my truck and check and was charged $8,50 for the shakes. I go back inside and see Anthony and he greets me with whazzup. I say the shakes were charged for $8,50 and you confirmed they were $5 for both. He responds well if thats the way it rang up, it is what it is. I told him that I didnt want the shakes and he proceeds to sigh and then call over his manager (lady) who was very nice and helpful. I tell Anthony as I was leaving in the future to just confirm the price before running someones debit card and of course he had something slick to say back. 200% should not be working there. It was a bother anything I asked of him.

did an uber order with them. They gave me expired juice, scammed me on my chips by giving me a single when i ordered a family size, burnt everything, and replaced items with completely dissimilar things. They couldnt have done worse if they tried.

On Friday 12/16/22 @ 22:24 (owner look at the video Im wearing an orange safety vest) I came into this location to make a purchase. I approached the register with a drink and notice the associate was sitting down texting on his phone. After about 35 seconds I walked to the register he was sitting behind. The associate gets up and rings up my drink. Associate goes back to texting while Im telling him I need gas. About 15 seconds later while he he still texting I asked if he got that, of course the amount he repeated was incorrect. Finally get my gas entered into register and I pay. Associate was rude,didnt care I was a paying customer not did he thank me. Needless to say I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again.

I pulled in to get something to eat in the morning. What a mistake! I bought a Jimmy Dean breakfast muffin and a Krispy Kreme donut. When I opened the Jimmy Dean muffin it look like it had been reheated five or ten times over. I took the packaging and looked at the date and they had added a new date over an expired date. The donut was even stale it was only 9 a.m. in the morning. I will never stop at RaceTrac again!

I stopped by this race track this morning on a fluke and ended up meeting race tracks most dedicated employee the Co-Manager STEVE. This man literally told me how I can save gas here and how much better the coffee would be from here. He is a sales person and so dedicated you guys are blessed to have him!

I give this place one star because they enrage me every time I go. Meaning the staff does, I have tried to buy wine here several times because it s so close to my home. I am over 21 first they refused to sell to me with a valid New Mexico ID that wasn t expired, then they refused to sell to me with a temporary Texas ID that was valid until my real ID came in the mail. I went down the street and bought the same wine from the grocery store and they accepted this form of ID fine. Because it s valid, when I asked the grocery store why they took it and the this store didn t they said oh well we always look at the expiration date and make sure that the paper is an actually print off from the Texas DPS. The girl who checked me out at this store didn t even take a look at my paper, she saw it was paper and refused to even look at it saying they need the color hard copy. I will never buy anything from here again. The staff is rude and poorly trained.

They used to be on top of things at this location. Not anymore, they seem to be understaffed but the kicker was going to get hotdogs from the roller, only to find no hotdog buns. Both drawers empty. Fed up.

Great place, very clean and gas in Mansfield seems to always be about 10 to 20 cents cheaper than anywhere else, which is nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive and everything is in good order and clean. Nothing broken or causing any problems and there is plenty of space to get gas and move around which I like about these places.

This station authorized an ILLEGAL transaction against my credit card without the presence of requesting ID or a proper bank card or check as proof of a pre-existing account. This illegal activity may be the act of one employee, but this is not the first time they have been accused of allegedly assisting someone in cashing a credit card without proper ID.
