Authentic and affordable Cantonese flavors in a no frills setting. They shine in stir fried, fried and saucy dishes over the steamed dishes. The veggies were fresh too. The pork chops in XO sauce were delicious . Pork chops fried crispy and flash stir fried over the sauce in a wok. The crispy pig intestine were clean tasting and cooked to perfection. This is a whole in the wall offering authentic and old school Cantonese dishes that are become rare or fusions into upscale cuisine. If you are looking for a fancier environment, get the food for carry out, they packed ours very well.

The vegetable fried rice did not have much vegetable in it but the combination fried rice was ok. The food did not taste bad but was still not to my satiafaction. The server was impatient with us when we were ordering. It did not feel welcoming. The table we were told to occupy while waiting for our to-go order was sticky. I dont think I am coming back to try other foods in this restaurant.

The quality of the dishes was outstanding. We were so famished that we couldnt snap any pictures. The tastes were delightful and the way the dishes were arranged was remarkable. We finished every single thing on our plates extremely fast. It was a pity that we couldnt capture the delectable meals on camera, but our growling stomachs were more important. Just ate dinner here. We got the Garlic Shrimp, Peking Pork Chop, and Fried Half Chicken. The food was amazing and so was the service!! The flavors hit the palate in the best way. Garlic Shrimp was deeply savory, all the veggies were crisp and texturally lovely, the shrimp was a great size! The Peking Pork Chop was sweet and tangy, had an edge of bbq flavor and just a hint of heat with a delicious mix of onions and peppers. The chicken was moist and perfectly salted. Everything was hot, an amazing portion size, and a great price. But more than anything I want to say the service was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was so nice, totally patient, and our server was so helpful in clarifying how the things we ordered would come out. She even boxed up our leftovers! I just felt so comfortable. It was raining, I had a pot of tea, and there was no rush to leave. Exquisite sense of peace. Ill be back many times.

This is a moderately sized Chinese restaurant. On my table, theres a dish with black spots resembling cockroach droppings, suggesting its dirty. The food served is average, neither particularly delicious nor unappetizing. The air is filled with a strong scent of bleach, which smells bad. An elderly Chinese waitress, appears rude and is seen asking me for more tips when I prepare to leave.

Delicious, great value food! The price is amazing and the quantity is great for the price you pay for. Everything is perfectly cooked with perfect seasoning. Got: combination fried rice, fried fish fillet with black bean sauce, beef flat noodle with sate sauce, crispy salty squid, and salty deep fried pork chop. I will be coming back MANY more times and trying out more of their menu. This has become my familys new favorite Chinese Vietnamese restaurant. Update: ordered more food to go and still just as great as the first time. The quantity is a lot and they even provide white rice! I got: Peking pork chops, beef flat noodles, and stir fried fish fillet with vegetables. Everything was delicious and Im gonna keep coming back for more.

Well it s definitely humble, but the food was indeed cheap and pretty tasty. A little weird that they don t seem to have traditional appetizers like egg rolls, ragoons, or dumplings. Just get some wonton soup and an extra noodle dish. Speaking of which the wontons in the wonton soup were pretty awesome, broth wasn t spectacular, but I d order it again. Soy sauce chow mein is exactly what I wanted it to be. Good texture, good flavor, good portion. Would order again. Also tried the chicken in black bean sauce which came over wide rice noodles. Noodles were good, sauce was okay, chicken was okay. I was least impressed, but I d like to give another protein a shot and try something spicey before I pass judgement. Great hole in the wall place (even though it s a standalone building). I m sure I ll be back.

This is THE SPOT for authentic, delicious, and right priced Chinese food in town! Haven t had a single dish we didn t like. They accompany both big and small parties and can get pretty busy on the weekends so make sure to come early. They also have a drive thru window if you know exactly what to order (no menu sign outside). The interior could be more updated however the food is great!! I have been coming to this restaurant now for over 5 years or more. I can honestly tell you that they are consistent. Consistent flavors of the food and freshness. Sincerely, one of our favorite spots for some delicious comfort food. From the warmth and creamy flavor of the crab meat egg drop soup, to the flavor full taste in the combination lo mein , the sweetness and tangy flavor in the orange chicken, and savory flavor of the beef and broccoli. You will not go wrong with these dishes. There is so much more on the menu to explore, but these are some of our favorites. The dishes are great size to share with family or a group of friends. The service is great, since we visit regularly, the waitresses always remember us and know we love to drink up pitchers or their sweet tea, and always remember I like to put in lemon in my soup and bring us lemons without even asking. Have an open mind, try them out, you will not be disappointed.

She always has an attitude, very rude, and takes forever to give refills. She always slams stuff on our table, She seems to be rude 85% of the time. It is definitely one of those old school Asian restaurants. You walk in you see the aquariums of fish, crabs, and lobsters. You have the old school tables that are slightly stick to the touch, but are clean. Waitresses were super nice and helpful, asked if we wanted more veggies and offered an additional item. The food was fantastic, honestly probably the best food out in Dallas that reminds me of home, havent found a better place yet... But I am very happy with this place.

Please be honest...you either didnt order the right dish or expected a 5 star white table cloth service. This is a local Chinese restaurant with superb quality of food and maybe few waiters with accent. But all of them are genuinely humble and busy people trying to serve a big batch of customers at a fast pace.

The food is nothing you cant find in chain restaurants or even low budget buffets. The prices are through the roof! They want to charge you $10 for noodles wich is just hilarious to me. Also the few times Ive visited they want to give the customers attitude no matter how nice the costumer is to them (might be a racial thing, but I honestly dont know why) I see that this place has good reviews from other people, but I just hope those people who left good reviews get to discover Panda express one day because the food isnt very different, but the service is much better and reasonably priced.

Honestly the rating isn t about the food at all because I ve bought food from this restaurant for years and it s delicious. The rating is about the horrible service. This the second time I ve had a thought owner or waitress either yell or be extremely rude. I just came from picking up a order and got yelled at by the owner for ordering the wrong item. We always get a seafood with steam vegetables and white garlic sauce. We got brown sauce and when we asked him about he got angry and told us that is what we ordered. Mind you we order this plate every time and never had it messed up. Maybe it s our fault for not knowing the exact name of the plate but I wouldn t expect to be yelled at like that. I never write bad reviews on local restaurants even if I didn t like their food but being yelled at is something I don t tolerate.

The building is humble but houses a comfortable dining area. Had the shrimp and egg sauce over rice, my dad had the kung pao chicken, we shared the chicken and corn soup. Everything had wonderful flavors, the shrimp were meaty yet sweet, the chicken tender, and the soup piping hot. It all came with plenty of white rice. A perfect place to share dishes with large portions for great prices. Our waitress was very kind and skilled. It was also nice seeing some of the family children playing quietly to one side. Hoping to go back again soon.

Great food. Staff are tri-lingual: Chinese, Vietnamese, English. For to-go left-over: They box the food for you but always leave stuff on plate behind so try and pack them yourself. They dont ask if you had finished eating before taking the plates from you.

Tons of choices on the menu. We had the fried lobster, crispy (maybe fried) quail. It was really good and the dishes came out super fast. Not many chinese/cantonese restaurants serve those dishes so I was surprised. Highly recommended!
