i went to get a sausage egg and cheese croissant because i was hungry and imagine my surprise when i take a bite and it has the consistency of beef jerky. the taste was okay but the croissant? extremely tough. i couldnt even eat all of it. i just wanted a nice soft croissant. the worker was nice though.

Poorly stocked and ran, always out of something. Roll the dice if soda fountain works or restrooms have paper. Pumps when they work never have paper and employees act like you are inconveniencing them to print a gas receipt.

Nice quick stop choice to get snacks. Unfortunately all of their pumps were down, not sure why. Restrooms were very clean and smelled nice. All the food items were well organized and they had some great deals, too!

Terribly long time to make 3 sandwiches, wont order again (20 minute wait). The black mango tea tasted wholly water and not much tea. Spent close to $24 for a long wait and weak tea. Horrible..will never go back to this QT.

Rode my bike at 3 months pregnant no car order 2 subs with turkey. Got ham instead. Never ate ham a day in my life. Asked to get my sandwich remade and they refused. I have to now rode my bike back up to the store and hope to get my money back. This was so inconvenient

Customer service is always amazing at QT, however paying $8 for a stale croissant blt is uncool. It was chewing through a piece of cardboard... The surprise black olive were a bit strange, but a non issue compared to the hardest sandwich of all time.

I have always cataloged the establishments of this gas station, among the most hygienic clean that you can see, but this time I will make the exception, it has already been 2 times that I go to this establishment and the bathrooms are disgusting, messy and dirty, the first Once I thought it would be just a coincidence but 2 times in the same situation that hurts.

Two stars for the people working. The New kitchen sucks. Ideas are horrible. Just bought a sausage egg biscuit with cheese. Bad doesn t begin to describe, can t find a valuable description. As to the owner s comments not calling, nothing gets done. Been there tried that. My review is for the public to know our experiences as customers.

I go to a lot of QTs. All over Fort Worth and up to my hometown of Decatur. I do love my Decatur QT and the Employees, but I have to say though. This store had overly friendly and helpful employees. They saw I only had a fountain drink and one of the young ladies actually bought it for me. Just a simple and kind gesture that can make someones day. Exactly the sort of thing that makes me a QT customer! I very rarely step foot in any other convenience store. Keep up the good work!

All these fake reviews, lets be real, its another gas station, the only difference being 9.50 for a pack of cigarettes, one pack. The only excuse they give is, we dont have someone come and and organize our stock........yeah right.....Im not sure how many customers they have already lost over that price but they lost another. The fake reviews are just like their goodbye and hello as solid as jello, and who refers to it as running trash unless you work there or you are being paid to review. Half the time you are out of my stuff anyway, life long customer lost.

Excellent customer service, especially one of their new managers (I think his name is Leo?). He saw me struggling with my card at the pump while he was running trash and decided to stop and help. He was not only helpful, but seemed genuinely happy to be there doing his job. This kind of customer service is what keeps me coming to QT rather than any of their competitors.

Man I just love this place!! Employees are always nice and do there best to help whenever needed. They can make a long line run fast as Ive ever seen and at the same time be hospitable. Great and well trained people. Only thing is they have signs all over that say ask about discount cigarettes butt nobody can tell you about them . The list is lost nobody knows. Why are they telling me to ask if nobody knows?

This gas station is amazing! The inside looks so modern! When you walk in for the first time, you might think that everything might be more expensive than in other gas stations. But no, everything is at a low price! Like, when you walk in, this gas station makes you want to buy something! Overall, this is one of the best gas stations Ive ever visited! 5/5

Worst customer service ever. This is one of the only QTs that my Discover Card wont work at the pump but today I asked for them to hold my card as I filled up my bike as they have done before but Cameron refused to do it and stated I had to pre-pay. Guess what, I cant know exactly how much fuel my bike will take. I then requested a Regional Managers phone number and he basically ignored me and assisted someone else. Great Job QT, Cameron is making you push business to Race Trac.

This is my fav Mansfield Location because it seems they always have more food out from the Deli/Pizza grill than the other location. Also, their app is awesome! I mean it constantly gives away free things. At Christmas they did the 12 days of giving and it was prob about $30 worth of free items in total!
