Ard Law Firm did an amazing job when my dad became disable they guided me through the whole process of applying for the benefits, securing his properties and the POA. yes they do need to work on responding calls and costumer service. BUT they got the job done in a timely manner, I recommend them!

ARD Law Firm is incredibly good. When my husband became ill I was his only caregiver for about 2 years. I got very ill and almost died then the doctors told me I could not be his caregiver anymore. So I was forced to put him in a nursing home. What I did not realize was ALL of his retirement pay would go to the nursing home and I was not going to have enough income to live in our home. We hired the ARD Law Firm to help and they did a fantastic job of getting him on Medicaid to cover the nursing home which allowed me to have enough income to stay in our house. In doing all of that they also took care of so many other things I did not even know were necessary! They were wonderful! Very professional and now 5 years later things are coming up that I think are going to be difficult but they haver already been taken care of. I highly recommend this Firm to to help you through the difficult legal nightmare that we can find ourselves in as we get up in age. They will take excellent care of you! It was worth every dime I paid them! Thank you ARD!

I love Ard Law Firm. My Dad, a veteran of the Army, is bed ridden and the medical bills have piled up. 3 years ago, we stopped by the VA to get an application and the lady said that if he was not involved in live combat, that he was not eligible. Ive come to find out that was a bold-faced lie. One of my favorite people at Ard Law Firm told me that was our government shooing and shaming our Vets. In fact, the way the VA treated her dad is why she got into this area of law. My dad now has a monthly installment (tax free) from the VA which will end up dwarfing the amount we paid for the service. The fact is, if I hadnt received the tip about Ard Law Firm from my Pastor, my dad would not have received anything and we would be ignorant to the truth. There are date ranges that qualify veterans. If they served one day in during those times, they are eligible, and if the government didnt want to pay out the benefit, they should have never started the program. Im here today to inform you and encourage you to use Ard Law Firm. Thanks so much for helping my dad and our family.

Great attorney and super staff. If you need a lawyer to help with elderly she is tops. They set up all the paperwork and guide you through the ordeal of getting on the medicaid and help with yearly medicare certifications. They are efficient and always there to answer questions and help you assist your loved one correctly through difficult process.

Dont let them assist you in filing for long term nursing home Medicaid because they will put their own address as your mailing address and you will never get any paperwork when its time to renew your loved ones Medicaid and it will lapse and you wont even know it until you need it. They wont even call you or mail any paperwork to you when they get it.
