It is unbelievable! 2 times in a row. I order this specialty drink from this location and both times it is not filled up to the top AND the special Boba bubbles are literally not even noticeable. Other locations loooooad it up! Wont come back here. No one cares.

If youre in the mood for a nostalgic foot long with all the trimmings ( relish, chilli, mustard, onions, cheese, and peppers if youre feeling a lil adventurous. What can I say, Im old school. However there are lots and lots of different beverages and shakes and fries, burgers, etc if youre in the mood for something else. Drive thru or in car service its all good!

We stopped quick for food and drinks , only to have the manager tell us they were closed for remodeling. My wife is addicted to Sonic and was almost crushed by the news . Before she could get out a whimper the manager spoke up and said that he would like to test his employees and that we should order what ever we want and to not worry about paying . Man you should of seen the look of happiness and content wash over her face .as for me you know the saying happy wife happy life .so thank you sonic for helping with a great day

This sonic location has really gone downhill. Workers are rude and very short with you, they are always out of everything, and they take forever . Or they just refuse to answer and take your order. Ordered from the Sonic app and when we arrived they were bringing it out to the vehicle within one minute. Id say thats great customer service and the car hop she was very nice and polite. The poor girl even came back to us with someone elses drinks and we had a good laugh so great service and a sense of humor. I had a Reeces Blast the only thing is not enough Reeces but was still delicious.

I ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes and never had a car hop bring me my food. I had to go get it from the drive thru. Food was cold my dog on the chili dog looked old. I believe they were understaffed. On a good note the young lady blonde in the drive thru a very polite and friendly.

Quick service. Stopped here on our way home. Needed a drink. And they tasted good. Slushy was just right. Diet Dr. Pepper was very good. Employee had a nice smile on her face as she delivered the drinks to our car. Location looked clean. Almost last stop as you head to Lubbock or if you head to Abilene. So that is helpful.

I love Sonic drinks and this particular Sonic used to be managed well. For the last 6+mos, the wait is 15-30 mins, the staff is confused and the order is incorrect almost every time. I hope this is just a temporary staffing issue and not a permanent management issue.

Ordered a cherry limeade and nothing about my drink was cherry nor limeade about it! Watered down and tasted like carbonated water with a hint of sugar. Gave the drink back and decided to get a Hi-c fruit punch instead only come to find out this drink was way worse than the cherry limeade I sent back!! Literally nothing but red water sitting in ice; not Hi-C fruit punch! The girl at the drive thru had an attitude and took offense to me not liking the way my drink was made. Coney chili dog was DISGUSTING! The weiner was this weird brown color on the outside and very pink on the inside and had a weird taste to it! Tator tots had no salt on them. Just the worst experience and Sonic location ever!!! I will not be returning! Couldnt and didnt even finish my food! Waste of money!

I ve been here twice . I work in service industry and this place is the worst . Me and my co workers always order and something is always missing . I came back they complained about me coming back. Younger black girl working drive thru was rude. When I asked to speak with management they refused to come to the window . Today I go again and the guy I believe Eric was really rude while I was ordering he also seemed to be in a rush, so I felt like he was rushing me while I ordered. I wouldn t recommend going to this sonic at all i would drive 100 miles to find another one or starve lol

Ordered a dp with sweet cream and a coke zero. The coke zero was completely full but the dp was only half full. Night Kid manager was unpleasant and unnecessarily snarky when THEY forgot a large part of my order. Then proceeded to make me a feel like a liar because he couldn t take 2 seconds to listen to what was missing instead of what I received. Finally to top it off he thought it would be hilarious to return me the missing items while laughing only for me to discover that one of them was completely doused in mustard! Not coming back!

Very unintelligent teenager and young 20s ( maybe) at this location. Need an adult Manager to come in on all shifts and train. Ordered the other night and ordered my kiddo a kids meal hot dog, Plain, tots and a small slush. wait 20 minutes and see 2 cars that came after me leave so we pressed the button to ask an eta and they said waiting on tots and it would be just a little longer. waited 12 more minutes then went inside. The older girl ( maybe 20 ) said we needed to wait because they were backed up and they didnt have tater tots still. I asked for a refund and the half of my order ( the hot dog and slushy) that was on the counter she grabbed aggressively and threw in the trash. When i asked her why she would throw it away instead of offering it for free to make up for the slow service and poor communication she had nothing to say and said she didnt really care because after tomorrow she was quitting. ( left with no food ) and the Canes we picked up before that for the rest of the family got cold in our long wait. This is a terrible location and we will not be back. 0 stars

If you want to deal with incompetent high school clowns and a few days of food poisoning this is the Dump to come grab lunch. I came through drive through, asked for coney meal no cheez and as you can see from the receipt this dumb C$&t still adds an order of cheese fries. I told cashier no cheez I am allergic so he sends them back. I got the order of an under cooked dog and runny chili all over the dog and the fries.
