THE PARKING LOT IS A CIRCUS As Mansfield continues to grow this McDonalds along with its tiny parking lot stays the same size. If you have a Full Size Truck or a Dually good luck pulling in here. This location is constantly busy with a car line wrapped around the building no matter the time. I remember the good ol days when you could actually get in and out of this place with your order within 5 minutes. Now you can expect to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes for your order.

Very poor management, looked like very little interest in working. Waited for around 15-20 minutes for food & it was not done well. Stopped in at McDs. There was a long line of cars that circled around the parking lot. So, I went inside. There, an employee directed me to a machine to enter in my own order. What??? You pay a person, in a store that had no inside customers, to direct ME to enter in my order??? I think that this is McDs way of telling me that they are no Longer a Fast Food, nor a Service provider. I drove to Whataburger instead and got a great shake!! Peace out McDs ! (PS: Elon Musk had a tweet yesterday 6/3/2023 about McDs. He joked about buying it, so that he could get the ice cream equipment working!! so I guess this is a nationwide fiasco)

I had a terrible experience at McDonalds location #10049, situated at 1001 Hwy 287 N, Mansfield, TX 76063, today at 4:28 pm. The manager, Latrisha, who is African American, was incredibly rude. She mocked customers and lacked basic politeness. Despite waiting in line for 15 minutes for unsalted fries, I received salted fries instead. Latrishas response was dismissive, stating that all fries come with salt and I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes for fresh ones. This excuse was new to me, as I order the same thing every day without issue. When I expressed my frustration, she quickly returned with the same fries, showing a lack of concern. I requested a refund, but she insisted I pull over because refunds supposedly take a long time. Refusing her suggestion, she and another Hispanic employee laughed at me while hastily giving me my money back in cash to Emmanuel. When I called to inquire about Latrishas name, the same Hispanic employee hung up on me. The entire staff displayed appalling rudeness, showing a disregard for customers time and the quality of their service. Their behavior has left me hesitant to return, as its clear they dont prioritize customer satisfaction or professionalism.

Absolutely horrible service, prioritizes drive-thru customers over everyone else, even if you ordered much sooner. Saw more than 15 cars enter and leave the drive-thru while I continued to wait curbside for a single cheeseburger and french fry. They will not bring out curbside orders until they have completely cleared the drive-thru No matter how many cars continue to pop up. Even cars who showed up 10 minutes after I placed my order and got pulled forward from drive-through to wait on their order, received all of their food while I still waited. Got tired of waiting and went to Wendy s.

This is the WORST mcdonald s i have been ever been at. The service was horrible, had to wait forever for my food and payment while the workers were having a blast laughing in the back. on top of that, they made us go inside to pay WHILE WE WERE AT THE WINDOW PAYING, which isn t a problem but the attitude the worker had while saying it to us was a problem. Then they proceeded to try and make it better by giving us free food which was two large fries(with out the stuff we ordered and already PAYED FOR) when our order was so much larger than just two fries. then when we did get the food we went through obstacles for, there was a whole it should not have been that complicated in any way shape or form.

Very rude customer service! They had me wait for my drive thru order in the spot designated for drive through and very rude asked me to move out of the line to wait. I called to let them know I was missing the kid s meal and were even rude over the phone. And by the way I speak Spanish and didn t appreciate them calling me mamona . I called to let them know I didn t get my kid s meal and said she couldn t issue a refund. I m not able to go back because I m all the way home about 15 minutes away. I Asked if I needed to call corporate and she said she said she would ask her GM and I clearly heard them call me a name because I asked if corporate could issue refunds. McDonald s do better!

Had to update my review with a whole new one. I ordered a mcgriddle and the big breakfast with hot cakes and got no hotcakes. I understand it can be busy but honestly how do you forget hotcakes. UPDATE. Made another mobile order and yet again no hotcakes and no drink before they even get a breakfast rush I was there at like 720 am and still got my order wrong. AGAIN. First of all, the person taking my order thru the drive thru window had a Hispanic accent so strong, I could barely understand her. I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat what she said. Then my order was wrong! I did not have the extra side order of bacon that I asked for, and was charged for. Plus, the grape jam and ketchup I asked for was not in my bag. Then, they put a pan sausage in my container, that was hidden under my eggs, and I didn t ask for that. I don t even eat sausage! Luckily, the bacon that comes with what I ordered was put in a separate container like I had asked. I did drive all the way back, so that they could correct my order. I was not happy!
