Tables not clean. Way too many door dash orders getting skipped. 1 girl wearing airpods, 2 females not wearing hat. Slow as hell. Heres a management tip, if the dude aint making hot subs, bring him to the line. I worked a store with 4 people in it all day and never seen people work so slow. Id rather go back to eating subway than come to this location again.

Went to Jersey Mike s for the first time today. I placed the order online for 2 sandwiches and went in to pick it up. I walked and and was not acknowledged for a few minutes. I had waited for almost 15 minutes when I finally got the order. While I was waiting there was no other customers and the 3 staff members were joking around and taking their time. The woman making the sandwich had already made mine and was just working on the last sandwich. An older woman of the 3 was talking about how she has an infection on her arm, she was scratching over the counter and she said she thought that it was from when she was in jail a few weeks ago. That same lady picked up the phone and hung up on a customer as soon as she answered. Very poor experience and will not be back.

This was my first time coming to this specific location . My brother and I were looking over the menu due to not having Jersey mikes in over a year or so, the lady with purple hair missed to enter the drinks after just asking if we d like drinks.. we agreed to drinks . There s a lady who has visible tattoos with colorful braids that giving other customers attitude when they asked if they could have something something from their side of the countertop . And to top it off we checked out with our missing drinks I told them I was missing my drinks after the lady forgot to enter it and just shrugged and gave me a look as if it was my fault . They don t display name tags so I can t provide that . But my first experience in this store really turned my way of thinking for the staff . Rude and didn t try to provide excellent customer service

This is a terrible location. Every other location has upbeat, friendly service - this place needs a whole vibe uplift. You can tell that no who works here wants to be here. The service is slow, and the people are rude. Its not worth my time or my money. I wont be back, and Id definitely recommend going to another location or another business entirely.

12.17.23 I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering. I ordered from this location for the 1st and last time this evening. I called to place my order, the young man took my order and then told me I had to order on an app for delivery. I ordered on an app. My order arrived and was wrong. I called the store. A man answered the phone saying they are now closed. Online says they are open for another hour. I asked for the mgrs name because my order is wrong. He asked whats the problem. I told him the two sandwiches did not have the extra meat and extra cheese I asked for. I ordered 3 bags of chips, 2 bbq and 1 sunchip I received 2 bags of chips; 1 bbq and 1 baked plain. My tickets says (3) chips. I ordered 2 brownies and they sent 3. After I finished telling the man on the phone he became argumentative and combative, told me he made the sandwiches and fixed the order. I told him I screenshot my order when I placed it. I asked politely was he the mgr and what is his name? He said hes not dealing with this and hung the phone up in my face. I was very pleasant with him. After paying over $68 for the wrong order and delivery I suggest that people go to one of their competitors. No one should be treated this way and given anything other than their proper order and especially paying customers like myself. What happened to decent customer service? I feel attacked and victimized. Corporate will be receiving a call from me this Monday about this terrible experience.

Just left the store with NOTHING. The 3 employees work just as well as the credit card machine. When customers walk into an establishment and no acknowledgement is given, people are immediately given the impression they arent welcome in the store. The employees were busy and could have easily said, we will be with you shortly or something. Nothing was said and we waited for a good 15 minutes. We understood they were busy, but customer service should be key to a successful business. Mr. Gattis Pizza next door was so pleasant to deal with.

Shout out to the 2 ladies handling this location all by themselves tonight, Saturday, September 9th. We had placed a mobile order and the app stated it would be 45 minutes. My husband and I watched and as we waited people just kept pouring in. They handled it well and took care of everyone. Their co workers should be ashamed leaving them to pull a shift on their own. I unfortunately did not get the names of the ladies working but that doesnt mean your hard work is not appreciated. You are ROCK STARS.

Walked in at 8:50 pm your door says y all close at 9 I was informed bye staff that they turn off the grill at 8:45 so they can get out on time I have never in my 25+ years heard of being in the service industry told my guest that walk through the door that I can only serve cold food. This is mirror image of poor lazy management. I will be calling this location on the morning to speak with a manager that just might have a better concern for guest and there experience..

Absolutely my favorite sandwich is the #6 Mikes way minus tomatoes (allergic ) Add mayo. I eat half of this amazing sandwich when I get it & save the other half for my lunch tomorrow and lord the flavors blend and I swear slightly soggy edges and all Better the next day. I hate that I didnt get the persons name, but I went on Mar 13th around 1pm. Ordered the cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese. And the individual who made my sandwich had blondish hair and told me they made it with love. They werent lying, Im probably going to take a nap for the next 5 hours. Jersey mikes. Horrible customer service. I m currently at a store on temple Texas on 31st street. They are out of bread and many vegetables. I asked if I could get a few more slices of turkey since the store was out of so many items. I was told no that it s not possible to accommodate me with extra slices of turkey. I was told by the young lady that I could only receive a free drink. I didn t want chips cookie or soda since I came only in for a sandwich after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. And making it to the gym. The young lady was polite but that is not how you treat your customers when the store didn t adequately prepare for the day. I m very disappointed.

The 1st time was wrong because I ordered my sandwich with no onions and my sandwich had onions. This time I got no onions but my choice of bread was wrong. I would go here more often if the service were better. I work across the street and call in my order when I eat here for lunch. Sometimes I have to call 5+ times before I get anyone to answer. Today I cant get an answer so Im just going somewhere else for lunch. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a training issue. Also when paying by card they have a tipping option and every time I select no tip i get a rude look from every single employee. Sorry/not sorry, counter service employees should be making a full salary, not a wait staff salary. It is not my responsibility to cover your wages and if you are not happy with what you are making here then take it up with your employer and dont take it out on the customer. Finally, it would be great if they could figure out a way to wrap my philly cheese steak sandwich without dumping 1/4 of my cheese and toppings out of the sandwich and stuck to the wrapping paper

I finally got to go to the best sub shops in Temple. Jersey Mikes is fantastic. Fresh grilled Philly cheese steak hot of the grill is great. Service is welcoming and ready to help and serve. Area exceptionally clean. Will be going back. Highly recommend this place.

Jersey Mikes on 31st Street is wonderful. Stephanie Williams is awesome she greeted us with a positive attitude and a smile and her service was worth 10 s. I will go back and send everyone I know there I love the service and how friendly they are.

This Place Is Amazing. The Food is Freshly Cut and they are always making sure I get my cold sandwich Mikes Way plus extra. The Staff is friendly and they didnt mind Taking my order even tho they was about to close. Great Customer service Jersey Mikes!!!

Just finished eating here on Thursday July 12. My husband and I came in around 8:45pm. There was a lady and younger man working. The lady working was incredibly rude and it was obvious she was annoyed we came in so close to closing. Then she got my husbands order wrong. She assumed we were getting food to go. Didnt ask. We intended to eat there and we did. And then didnt bother to give us our cups. No one has ever been that rude to me for buying a sandwich.

Today was my first time ever stepping foot inside Jersey Mike s so I figured that I d give them a try. From the moment I walked into this establishment I was greeted with silence and nasty looks. No welcome to Jersey Mike s how can I help you. When I placed my order I was asked countless times what I wanted on my sandwich even after I clearly stated what I wanted. I said that I did not want any dressings on my sandwich more than once so what does the women do .... tries to cut my sandwich with a dirty knife. When I asked her to cut my sandwich with a clean knife everyone gave me a look as if I killed there pet. Then the large imposing women who tried to cut my sandwich with a dirty knife went back in the back and they were clearly talking bad about me and giving me dirty looks. I couldn t wait to get out of this place and will not come back. You would think that a place that just opened in a great location with medical professionals in the area would have more customer friendly people operating this location or anyone for that matter.
