Dear chic fila staff , thank you! I come here almost every morning to get my day started and when I order my breakfast with my burrito , cookie parfait and large sweet tea you guys NEVER forget my salsa even when I forget! The staff is impeccable in my opinion if you are understanding so will they be - we are all human. Thank you to the mobile lady who always hands my food and tell me to have a great day when im not feeling my best, or the guys at in the morning to go line who remembers my order or the wonderful women in with glasses who always asks me if i need anything or refills while im dinning in sometime in the morning. Rude management lady who dislikes Hispanic people for whatever personal reason she may have. I accidentally got in the wrong mobile drive through lane so I asked one of the kids who was taking orders if they could please take my order since there was no line and all four of them where just there standing around, laughing and holding personal conversations. The girl said nope, no exceptions that I had to drive around again and get in the back line (by this time 5 cars had pulled in ) or that I could go park in the front of the store and wait for someone to take my order. I was confused that a small exception couldn t be made but I get it young kids lack common sense so I asked to speak to someone else. I ended up speaking with a lady named Chandra (said she was the area director). She came to me acting as if she was ready to help but giving confrontational and ready to show who was the boss there. She pretty much said they would not serve me in that line fine ni exceptions, period. My thing is I was never rude, I never raised my voice, cursed or was aggressive towards anyone but I was assertive in asking to be served, this lady did not like that. We went back and forth for a bit and stood my ground I really just wanted someone to take my order so I could get back to work. Well outta nowhere Chandra says she s going to call the authorities if i didn t leave to the back of the line immediately like what ..why?! for asking asking to be served?!? How did I go from having a hangry 5 yo old in the back seat and to having a woman threatening to call the cops on me. Fine she won I said fine my mistake I ll drive around. But wait this lady then says you know what ..no we re not serving you and yells across to the workers to take my order and not serve me. She clearly wanted to put me in my place and show me a lesson. Essentially she refused to serve a customer for simply being in the wrong line. Her treatment was clearly personal and biased.

I ve been holding off this review for a while HOPING it was just bad days the days I would go. It s been over a month now and it s still bad. It wasn t ever like this the past year I would go. This has been THE WORST location I ve been to. Food tastes off, chicken is rubbery, lettuce and tomato looks like someone took a bite out of it first. Missing food items from order the first time, small quantities of things like fries, small sizes on the chicken. There s always something wrong. Now besides the food, service is generally good. Some of them look like they don t even want to be there. I don t blame them. They have to work in high 90s that feels like 100 outside. In temperatures like this, especially knowing that there are TEENS working there?! No matter how much they re paying, knowing they don t even pay much, it s not worth it. Parking: About 50 spots, there s plenty of disability spots at the front. Kid-friendliness: Little playground.

Friendly, delicious selection of food, fast, and efficient service. Love all of the salads especially with the option of selecting the different types of chicken.. I change it up.. between sliced spicy fried chicken filets and spicy grilled chicken. I get the spicy chicken breast filet, hash brown and scramled eggs or the get white grilled chicken on english muffin. Great lemonade, shakes, Iced Vanilla coffee.

I used the Mobile-thru and got my food promptly, but then got stuck in the lane behind a car that was waiting for something. Must have watched 11 cars go by in the lane to my right, but there wasnt enough room to cut over there and exit. When I could see multiple cars behind me also waiting, I asked a staff member to ask the car in front of me to pull forward. Wow! Last night I was blown away by the friendly, efficient service that we had when we came for dinner close to 8 pm! At least 4 different workers asked how our meal was, could they get us anything else, and asked if we needed a refill! The cashier was super friendly and personable! Of course the food was just as it should be and the restaurant was clean. In an age where it s hard to find good help, especially at a fast food restaurant, somehow they have managed to find young, enthusiastic and friendly individual to work for them! Kudos

I went through the drive thru before work around 6:30AM to get breakfast. I was the only car there and was first sent to the window to place my order because apparently I was in the mobile app lane only. This was no problem because maybe I should have paid more attention. It was when I got to the window I was sent to park in a number to PLACE my order. When the girl came to me to take my order her card reader wasn t working. She then went back to get another one and that one wasn t working either. So then she asked me if she could take my card inside to place the order. At this point I had already been there for almost 15 minutes and my order still wasn t placed when they could ve just taken my order and I paid at the window or the girl standing in the line could ve taken it since there was not any other cars? I left because it was a very inconvenient experience and I never have these type of problems with Chick-fil-A.

My wife and I did a mobile order with the new Mobile Thru option for a quicker experience. Yes it was quick, but we wanted 2 avocado lime ranch dressings. There is no where to add that on the app, so I typically ask for it and pay for it extra. When I got my food I asked for it and the person who brought my food grabbed two dressings but then was stopped by what looked like the manager who told him to tell me that I couldn t order that unless I got a salad and I would have to go around the drive thru since I was the in the special mobile thru line. So the guy put the dressings back and told me I couldn t order them. So I parked my car, went inside and ordered the extra sauces. The guy at the register went and grabbed the dressings from the fridge and the same manager asked what are you getting as he looked over at me and didn t say anything. Very annoying and unprofessional experience. I understand my issue is over 2 extra dressings, but it s the fact that I was willing to pay and had to park and go back inside just to get them after the manager telling his team I couldn t. And in the end, THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME, so what was the issue with it anyway??

This is my favorite location by far. I frequent here for my morning breakfast and even my lunch break from time to time. During the day, they are stellar. Love the employees and my food is always sublime. Today was the only lackluster experience I ve had with them and I d be lying if I said it didn t disappoint me. By far the worst experience ever had at chickfila ever, and the first at this location. I placed an order for my mom to pickup before work. They didnt have the order. The manager argued with her about the baby amount of food in the bowl. I get these bowls all the time and its never been like this. And Ive never had a rude employee. Manager was rude the female that was helping my mother threw a bunch of stuff in the bag. 6 silverware and like 20 packets of jelly for 3 bowls this size. Will not be going back to this location. Came through the drive-through as I usually do on all chick-fil-a locations. I was the only vehicle there waiting and noticed there was a fantastic 5 driver-through employees on the other lane having a wonderful time. I finally got tired of waiting on them so I rolled my window down and asked if I could get some help. This chick fil a never gets our orders right. Every single time they forget something from our order it never fails. They have good customer service but it is really tiresome that everytime we order from them we get home and we are missing things such as dressing for salad, a burger, mac & cheese etc. I like the convenience of this chick fil a being down the street from me but at this point I think I rather drive to the one on walnut creek to avoid the hassle of all the back and forth. They should definitely double check that the order is complete before giving it to the customer. Honestly I don t understand what happened to this location literally if doing to much but not enough was an establishment you have ONE DRIVE THRU LINE. But a mobile order line and curbside pickup that s literally two of the same pickup option now you have the drive thru line that has lines of cars blocking the Main Street which kinda an inconvenience to the cars trying to get to the other establishments. I would honestly either get rid of the mobile thru line or switch the mobile side with the regular driver thru. Have the second line on the furthest right be a passing lane so customer can drive around.In doing so the drive thru line still stays in the actual Chick- fil- a parking lot while mobile orders can successfully pass through.

This is the first Chick-fil-A Ive been to that the Chick-fil-A sandwich was not as good as they usually are. It was greasier than normal and had the taste of older grease or that it was definitely time to change the shortening. I come to this location regularly but about a week ago got my food bagged wrong which regularly happens, so I had to pull through the drive thru lane again. I was assisted by two of the drive thru workers who I regularly see outside, had a wonderful experience with Philip and Lesley. They were helpful and communicated with the drive-thru to make sure my order was taken care of. When I pulled through the lane was immediately asked again to check my bag. I was only missing a parfait and instead of replacing it the employees inside drive thru we re all talking amongst themselves. If I had my parfait I wouldn t have took the time to come back or even bothered. This location is the only cfa I ever have problems with. I probably will not be coming to this location again. I ordered through door dash and when I received my order my drink was incorrect. I ordered a frosted coffee and received an iced coffee. I called the store and spoke with Kimberly who said she was the manager and she advised I could come and get the free frosted coffee, but she would need the iced coffee back (never heard this before). I never have an issue, there is a black lady that will usually bring my food out to me and I never have to wait longer than 3 minutes after I get there. hell one day she was already outside waiting on my car to pull up (because she knows me by now) oh but today 12/07/23 the absolute most horrible service. I waited in curbside for approximately 10 minutes trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they were busy inside. After 10 mins, I walk inside and it was absolutely silent, & the black lady was not working this morning so I ask the white man is my order ready, he looked right at my order and said oh here they mustve thought it was a doordash order I said ok thanks, he says to me would you like a cookie .. A COOKIE? Does it look like I want a cookie sir at 9 AM? Lol the disrespect. God is working on me, so I did not curse him out while I was inside, I said no thank you and walked out. As much money as I spend on Chickfila and all you offer me was a cookie, lmao Im just disappointed with the whole team at that chickfila.

I do not recommend purchasing meals from this branch. I have lived in the Mansfield area for more than 4 years, and I have never purchased food and my order was complete in the bag. Today it actually happened again, and I called the manager and told her what happened. She suggested that I come again to pick up the missing meal, but that was almost impossible, because my three children had started eating, so I said to her: Can you bring my missing meal through the delivery service? ? She said no, this will not happen. I really feel sorry for a restaurant like this that employs an entire unqualified staff, from management to the youngest employee.

This must be the worst chick Fila restaurant around. I have been there few times but on few occasions I have had issues with their services; on one occasion I bought a spicy southwest salad; the green veg were yellow and some were dark; I brought it to their attention instead of replacing and apologize; the lady supervisor started arguing with me; I requested for refund she wasnt happy and just threw the money to my hand. The today 11/15/23 I bought 4 count strip chicken large meal. The French fries was only 6 pieces and my large drink was filled with ice. I made a complaint again no remorse instead they were just indifference. Is this the new chick filla way or thos is just a one off??

I get off work every weekday about 930p. This Chick-fil-A is about 15 mins into my 25 min drive home so I get there pretty close to when they close at 10p. I feel guilty (probably the Catholic guilt) but their always happy and never rush (probably the Christian atmosphere, though I dont think its that really. Theyre just good people regardless... Im still in parentheses...). Anyway, theyre good people and the foods good too. Addendum: As if this is not long-winded enough, Im not a monster... I order ahead on the app. I wouldnt just roll up and order right when theyre closing. Okay thats all. Eat here. Kid-friendliness: They got this whole kids play area. Its a family restaurant... have you never seen a Chick-fil-A?

While I always enjoy the food of Chick-fil-a, the service was sub par. They got my order wrong and made little effort to correct it. They wanted to charge me more money than if they had got the order right. When I asked if I could get what I ordered, I was told, we just cant give away free food. She seemed to miss the point. I did not want to be late for work so I left. I called and management was no help, only saying, Im sorry, but offered no compensation. I told her that while I will dine at the two other Chick-fil-as in town, I will no longer be dining at this location. I usually give praise. Chick-fil-a is supposed to be the pinnacle drive thru experience. Based on the other reviews here, I do not think my experience is unique to myself. There are better Chick-fil-as around. I would suggest dining at those locations. Do not let one bad location tarnish all the others I love Chick-fil-a, just not this one.

Line appeared long. However, I feel that Chick-fil-A should host a drive-thru master class! I was in and out in no time. My order was 100% correct. And 1000% DELIGHTFUL! THIS location rocks for sure! Terrible I will never return shame on the manager chabria Hughes I went to return my sandwich s I got on broad thinking it would be no problem she would not return them . I was in drive thru she asked me to move forward I said not till I get my sandwich s replaced for a new one not the 2 old ones I received chicken taste like it had been sitting in there Warmer for quite some time . She called the police on me I was in line less the 2 minutes and decided it s not worth it I drive away keep in mind my 3children are home waiting for me. As I leave 2 police cars follow me pull me over I received a Crimean tress pass the officers if I return to location don t worry I never will. No toilet paper in the women s bathroom and it took awhile for someone to correct this. There was a young lady sitting across from me who had received her order but she had to wait 20 minutes for someone to ask if she had received her shake. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to finally get her shake. Someone kept yelling at the crew to just let it go, and then go, go, go. She just kept yelling at people.

The line for this location at Debbie and Matlock was very fast. We had a large order and they had it ready almost as fast as we arrived at the window. The food is fresh and hot. Only downfall is not opening on Sundays but thats a religious thing. Kid-friendliness: This location doesnt have a playground but its kid friendly.

I really like this location, I like the space and the people. We just tried it a couple weeks ago and have came back three times already- sort of bypassing two closer locations on the way.
