Thank you to the owners Patty & Julio for making our event a memorable one . EVERYTHING was absolutely beautiful. The service was perfect. Our package provided everything we needed plus more ! It was Very well organized we did not have to worry about a thing . Recommend 100% ! Im glad we had our daughters quinceanera at Cosmopolitan Event Center . they did not follow clear instructions on music and photos were terrible including the pic we had put up in the event center dj was not hyping no one up they messed up the sister dance with wrong music, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Place es nice but the decorations are ugly they have that green wall with cheap floral decor , waiters take sooo long to pick up the trash from the tables after dinner , if they remove that wall place will look better also that ugly fire place didn t match the cheap entrance of the venue.

I would say they paid attention to detail with a very nice decor although service was undeniably poor. Went with my family for a wedding only 20 minutes after the dinner service and the waiter said they didn t gave extra jugs of sweet tea because there was already one for a small family. We did eat but with thirst. Also at the end of the event the guard kicked with no respect. The music who was part of the event plan was horrible, the sang about 6 songs and took a 30 min break 3 times. Very poor service indeed, never planning an event there.

The place is nice Beautiful bathroom arrangements Large parking lot. Butoo.... I didnt like the banquet The stuffed breast was a strip of chicken stuffed with a pinch of cheese and a sprinkle of bacon. Neither does rice. They only gave tea and it was a jug for a table. It started at 6 and at 6 they started serving. They finished at 8. And without exception they removed the dishes at 8. People arrived at 8 and finished at 12. The bathrooms were dirty from the bowl and the floor. The harlequins arrived 30 minutes late and finished at the indicated time. The package was paid for for the photos, they did a photo session for him but they never told him that he could only choose one, and the others couldnt even be given to him digitally, he had to pay more to have them given to him, I think they were like $ $$ just from the photos. The room was more than $$$ In my opinion, I do not recommend it, very expensive and bad service.

Very nice attention i got today from the owners. Definitely booked our wedding date. The place looks beautiful the decor is also very nice. I am soo looking forward to our event day. The explanation they gave me through the phone was very good. I currently live up north and the fact that they are going to take care of everything for the wedding is the best part. Definitely recommend this place.

Searched online for business hours and it shoed it would be open from morning until 6 pm. Got there a bit before 3 pm and it was closed. Called a few times and no answere. It was a long drive for nothing! My rating is not necessarily for the venue or service since I was not able to see it or get info, its basically because the business hours on the website are definitely wrong and unreliable!

I went to a xv it was a disaster, starting with the owners of the salon. They talk to you very nicely while the contract is being made,,, and they promise you and dont keep it,,, The food was raw and tasteless. And the people got sick, the food that was for the children was forgotten, they recognize that they did wrong but they do not want to return the money, nor reach an agreement, my niece and the entire family were very affected. Thats why I dont recommend that place. Dont waste your time or waste your money.

PÉSIMO servicio !!! I don t recommend you to do any quince, wedding , etc! They charge too much and promise you an unforgettable night with your family , and end up making uncooked meals to your families not caring if they get sick the following day ! My friends family paid also for the kids meals which was burgers etc , and did not serve anything cause they forgot abt it it was an unforgettable disaster!!

Pésimo servicio! Absolutely TERRIBLE service! my friend s cousin had her xv here, it was a complete disaster thanks to them. Very disappointed on how they treated us. YALL HAD ONE JOB!! The family put SO much to make it a great unforgettable night. INDEED IT WAS UNFORGETTABLE. In the worst way. They really served undercooked food. The parents specifically paid for the children s meals. Oh but they forgot to do it. Aren t these people supposed to be well prepared & organized? If i could rate this place from a 1-10 i would say negative! If anyone asks me, i would NOT recommend this place!

I dont recommend this place for your special day. My cousin celebrated her xv party there and it was a total disaster. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! and the owners didnt try to make it up to them. They gave the kids the same food as the adults after they had already payed for the kids food because they just forgot to do it. The owners act nice at the beginning to convince you to get it, but its terrible service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible experience. We had my daughters xv at this place where they serve undercooked brisket and undercooked rice. We let Mrs Garza know yet she kept serving same food. Some of my guests got sick. The day after we went to request a partial refund. Mrs Garza got very aggressive an insulted my wife. I took sample of the undercooked brisket and couldnt pull it apart with my two hand. At this point she admitted that food was badly cooked and still she refused to give me a partial refund. These people dont care you or your family or guests. Their attitude before and after signing the contract is night and day. Dont do business with these people.

In 2010, we had a horrible experience with this company. The building is beautiful, but the management style is not. The owner was very nice at first, and offered us a great deal, so we paid off our contract immediately. 3 months before our wedding, we attended a food tasting & it was bad. We didnt like a single dish that was served. The owner offered us a private tasting with other options, but the food was also not acceptable for our guests. We asked if we could have it catered, & the owner agreed, but would not refund us the portion of our payment for dinner. So we would have to pay for dinner eating that would not be served, plus the catering from another place. We said no, & did not end up having our reception there. It turns that other people who have attended events there got food poisoning from eating dinner there!

The place is big and beautiful.... But the waiters were unorganized and the place suddenly turned hot. Left me the impression that they wanted to make the guest thirsty so they could sell water and $3dlls sodas.The place is expensive and on top of that they want to make more money out of the guest by selling only 3 types of beer at 3dlls each and if you dont drink any of thoes brands of beer your night is messed up cuz you are not allowed to bring your own. I would not make an event there.
