Shari, Effie, and the gang were amazeballs. We had a sweet 16 birthday there. Run, dont walk and book them. Beautiful grounds and location. Only a few minutes from Old Downtown Mansfield, but in another world. A lot is included in their fees, including cleaning, room setup, tablecloths, and a lot of decor. Great outdoor spots for pics. Loved our event!!

As a photographer I have shot several weddings here and my experiences with the staff and the venue as a whole have been nothing but excellent. The grounds are beautiful and provide a good variety of opportunities for portraits, and with the glass doors and white interior the barn has plenty of natural light. The staff is always incredibly friendly and eager to help in any way they can- sometimes anticipating my questions or needs before I even ask. If you book an event here you will be in good hands!

This venue is beautiful and had everything we were looking for plus more! We had our wedding here last October and Mrs. Shari really made it super easy for us! There is two ceremony options and a few different arch options, we spoke about the reception layout and tablecloth colors. Mrs. Shari was super responsive and believe me I had so many questions haha but she was very helpful throughout the entire process from the tour to the wedding day. When we arrived for our special day, everything was already set up for us just how we spoke about it! They also have a selection of decorations you can choose from free of charge! The area for the guys was PERFECT and I loved how it was separate from the barn so I didnt have to worry about anyone seeing me or my dress before I walked down the aisle. I 100% recommend willow woods for any special occasion !

Me and my wife Ally were SO THANKFUL we got married here! The venue owners helped coordinate so much and gave such a reasonable price. They are professionals and just great people period. I don t know where else we could have had such a great wedding for such an affordable price. Book them asap! They were so caring for every detail and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. It felt like a special location tailored for us and I m sure they will tailor it for you as well.

Shari and her whole family are awesome. We had the best wedding at this venue. It was the perfect temperature. She has been great throughout the whole process with checking in on details. I love this venue so much. I remember when my fiancé(at the time) drove to tour the barn. We fell in love with it immediately. Took us a while to convince my parents but ended up picking the venue. What a BEAUTIFUL venue!! First off, communication with Shari was absolutely incredible. I had so many questions as I was planning my wedding from Missouri, and she was so patient and kind with me! Secondly, Willow Woods has a ton of decorations and items on site that are free to use when you book. This saved us so much time and money for our wedding! Lastly, the venue is on such beautiful land with trees, rocks, and a pond with a fountain. We had such a wonderful wedding day and we are so glad we booked this venue.

Love love love this property! It was so beautiful and perfect for my wedding. My guests kept saying how beautiful the property was! There s a couple of spots that the ceremony could happen right in front of a pond with a fountain, a beautiful waterfall, and indoors. I loved the style of the barn! It s very elegant so if you don t want the whole barn/rustic/farmhouse style wedding you could completely plan something different and it totally fit. They are constantly renovating and even in the year that we booked and planned they had redid the floors, added a grooms suite, and built a on wall to separate the house on the property from the venue site. The entire family is super friendly and is great with communication. They were very flexible and answered any and all the questions I had. The day of there was a little hiccup with the set up of the arch (the A frame was set up instead). I expressed my concern and stated what the issue was and within 30 minutes the problem was solved. My only other critique would be that I wished they had an inventory list of what decor, tables, and linens they had. They don t mind if you use their items, but some items aren t a guarantee as things get left and accidentally taken. I was a little sad because when I toured the venue there was a cake stand and when we had the rehearsal a few days before it all of a sudden wasn t there and I didn t have enough time to get one. There was also a bunch of stuff they had that I could have used and didn t have to purchase. I knew of a few things but not anything that was added since I booked. Chargers, candles, table numbers, signs, etc. It could have saved me a lot of stress and time and money to just use what they had, but I didn t know exactly what they had. Despite those couple of things my day was fantastic and I 10/10 recommend Willow Woods!!

This venue was such a magical experience for our wedding day. The owners were so responsive and answered all our questions completely and in a timely manner. They were so flexible and made the whole process so smooth and easy. Plus, the property was gorgeous and that helped make our wedding beautiful without us having to spend extra money on decorations, etc. Fantastic experience, I couldn t recommend this venue more.

I hosted my husband s SURPRISE 30th birthday at Willow Woods barn + studio and it was amazing. The team is so great to work with and they were super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. This event location is beautiful, affordable and they took a lot of the coordination efforts and pressure off of me by providing their recommended vendors, who were phenomenal. I had my bridal shower at Willow Woods Barn + Studio. It was absolutely beautiful. I can t recommend this place enough! The white barn is so modern and has a beautiful pond that is amazing for pictures. The owners are the absolute best! They are so helpful with planning, setting up and making the clean up process easy! They allow for outside decor but also provide items such as linens, tables, chairs, ect. I would definitely recommend having any event here. It is very spacious and they even have a cute bridal suite to get ready in and store personal items during the event. Will be booking more events here!

My wedding was in June, we met Chris July 2014 when we started our wedding planning process and he was very personable didnt try to over sell us on his One Stop Wedding Shop which actually made us want to use his venue even more. I loved the barn, the only complaint about the barn itself was the dance floor being very narrow, not a lot of people danced at the wedding and I would say its because there wasnt much room to do so. I was the one who emailed and called Chris when we had questions or needed to make a payment and he always got back to me in a timely manner but when my husband would try to contact him he never got a response. He was very understanding and helpful while planning the wedding but as it became June he had more and more suggestions and comments. Chris originally told us it was MANDATORY to us Kool Kegs in Arlington (I do not recommend them either) but then the weekend before my wedding told us if they werent doing a good job we dont have to use them, which would have been AMAZING news since we have other bartenders we could have used but werent able to because its now a week before my wedding. The day before my wedding, at rehearsal he was telling everyone how it was going to happen and instructing my husbands family what they needed to do as if he had planned my wedding for me. He started to get a little rude towards the end of rehearsal, and seemed frustrated about all of the people who came to the barn but there were a lot of people involved in the day. My wedding day, or the most stressful day of my life, Chris only made things worse for my family, guests and vendors. The whole night he was smiling to my husband and I, telling us how great everything turned out but behind our back was causing so much drama. He YELLED at one of the girls helping with the food, she spilled a little grease on the floor in the barn, and I understand that its grease but it was easy to clean up. Two friends had to step in for the poor girl he yelled at and then he tried to get them to mop it up. He continued for the rest of the night saying how Unprofessional my wedding was and that if we would have gone through him to get catering it would have been better. The food was everyones favorite part of my wedding so I thought that was a bit ridiculous. After the ceremony Chris wouldnt let my husbands grandfather go through the sliding barn door because it would let too much AC out, which he told us from the begining, but we werent expecting grandpop to have triple bipass surgery a few weeks before our wedding, so he made him walk all the way around the barn. When it came to the alcohol he didnt allow shots, which again, we understood, we told the bartender to make sure everything was a standard pour and no shots. (Which again this is the bartender HE MANDATED) People were still taking shots, my husband said he would take care of it so Chris didnt have to get involved with his friends and he responds No I will take care of it because this is my venue and what I say goes. After everything that happened that day I was ready to leave my wedding a little earlier than expecting, apparently after we left he told the bartender to stop pouring because he was closing the bar even though we paid for the venue and bartender until Midnight. RIGHT, before I walked out for my grand exit he was trying to convince me we didnt need to have the wedding go on until midnight becasue guests leave after the bride and groom leave and he also was trying to cancel the last hour he already gave us and said I know we talked about that last hour but you need to make sure its okay with your vendors as if we didnt already talk to them about it before the last moment of my wedding. He also got into an arguement with my husbands aunt at the end of the night, I have yet to hear the full story but I can only assume he did something very wrong to make her mad. OVERALL, HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
