This is one of my favorite places in El Paso! I love the Blue Crab cake Burger, it s sooooo good! It has a very yummy basil aoli and the bun is so buttery and toasted to perfection! The sides are fabulous Fried mushrooms, great! Sweet potato fries, yummy! Onion rings, super crunchy it s a must to visit here for this meal alone!!

Toro burger is a place where you can enjoy a delicious burger made to order out of beef, buffalo, kobe, and other meats you dont usually find at burger places. Service is great, but cooks are a bit slow... I guess to be expected if you want your burger cooked right. Kid-friendliness: It is a bar ambience but kid friendly as it is open from lunch and on. Place does not smell like beer.

Went it last night and out of nowhere it got pretty steady. There were only 4 employees working from what I saw. Our food did take some time but considering how many people came in at the same time. It really wasnt too bad. Both servers were rynning around a lot but still checked in on us evertime they passed by. Great staff and great food.

We had to wait for our food for a while, but the place was packed. We expressed our discomfort to the waitress about how long our order has taken, but her (Linda) and Carlos (from the kitchen) were apologetic about it and the problem was solved. We gotta stay empathetic to the situations like these, and we wanna thank Carlos and Linda for their hard work even when customers are rude. Thank you guys our food was great!

Waited an hour for food. Had to go to the bar to ask for a refill on drinks. The server had a terrible attitude. As I write this, other people have to go to the bar to ask for things. When I received food, the only thing that was warm was the patty. Onions/ mushrooms and even the egg were ice cold. The kitchen is playing music outside of whats being played in the dining area.

Ordered on door dash two times the past two days, hoping to get my favorite burger WITH NO HATCH CHILES . BUT GUESS WHAT?! They messed up both times got green chiles on the burger anyways. & also I only get a $3.32 refund from an order of $16 get it together , it s not rocket science. The service was very good. The burger was the real reason to come here, it did not disappoint. At 3 oclock in the afternoon the atmosphere was rather quiet. But it meant very fast service. I had my food in 10 minutes or less. The salt and vinegar fries were pretty strong but fresh and very good quality.

The service is terrible, the girl who served us was very rude and didnt come over to see if we needed anything. When I paid my bill he gave me a receipt, and he took the receipt and the money and never gave me the change back. I was waiting for change to tip more. I waited like 5 minutes for my change and he never returned it. I only saw her in the back talking with her coworkers. I dont recommend this place at all.

I drove across town to have a veggie burger. I get there and order a Chuco Lager. Server comes back and says we are out. I should have left at this point, because it goes downhill the rest of the night! OK, do you have Blue Moon? Yes. OK, Ill take a Blue Moon with an orange slice. Server comes back with Blue Moon, no orange slice. We are out of orange slices. Im like, OK, I wish you would have told me no orange slices since Blue Moon without an orange slice is not OK, but kept it to myself, even though I should have sent it back. Are you ready to order? Yes, Ill take the black bean burger and sea salt fries. 5 or 10 minutes later the chef from the kitchen comes walking out waving a ticket at server shaking his head. She gets the ticket and heads my way. Im like great, no black bean burger, right? Server says correct. OK, do you have the portobello burger? Let me check. Server checks, yes, we have it. OK, Ill take that instead. While waiting for my burger I see the chef in the kitchen eating his own dinner. I am not sure that is really cool to be eating while you are preparing food, but OK. I finally get my food and portobello burger was OK. Nothing to write home about. Most of the fries were runts, short pieces, not long and were kind of hard, almost like they were cooked once, and then thrown back in the fryer to heat them up again. All-in-all, not a great experience. Servers attitude was emotionless.

I recently visited Toro and had an incredible experience. I ordered the Mi Papas Burger, and it was absolutely amazing. We usually order in and as far as last Friday morning, the burgers were very good. We ordered first thing on Friday, only to receive 2 very dry burgers, the meat was tasteless as though they were leftovers from the night before, the onion rings were definitely over cooked and past crunchy coats on them that looked burnt. Then we both got very sick, being the only thing we ate all day. Just recuperating from a very nasty and continuous bathroom experience. I personally will never order anything from y all again! Some of us are well acquainted with the restaurant business! Our orders were one Toro Burger and one SOB Burger+ Onion Rings.

Why settle for simple classic burgers when theres so many options and combinations? I love this place. Their fried pickle spears were amazing starters. Drove out from CA to see our Son for his Birthday day. He told us about this truly amazing place. With so many options like ELK, Buffalo, Chicken amazing flavor. This will definitely be a must stop every time we are in town. I even made a request that the Wonderful manager tried to fulfill. Unfortunately due to stock supply was unable. Dont forget the mason jar or shot glass to commemorate your visit. 100% I dont see how anyone would not enjoy this place. Met the cooks outside of the restaurant. They spoke highly of the food. Came back the next day and had one of the best burgers Ive had in a long time. Great prices. Clean and organized. Fast service. This will most likely be our regular spot. Parking: Located in a plaza. Numerous parking spots available. May be slightly restricted during busy hours. But there is plenty of available walking distance lots. Kid-friendliness: Nice booths. Affordable kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps leading to the building. Me and my wife ordered two burgers with fries and the toro tots. We asked for well done on the burger and both received medium rare to rare. I ordered the Kobe burger and it was incredibly yummy! Me and the family came and I was a bit disappointed that they brought out half the fries and they were cold and half of our orders wrong but they quickly fixed the issue! I would not say it s the best burger all of us have tried but it was a good burger. Everyone was satisfied. The chile cheese fries as an appetizer was okay and the cheese that was used in that was the same cheese used for in the Mac N Cheese so I was a little meh. It was still good nonetheless. Definitely worth a try! Not a top 4 burger though.

The milkshake was extremely watery like it was melted and not bad fresh. Luckily when we walked out we looked at the receipt and it was not charged but it had to be thrown away regardless.

This place was really nice. There was only one person beside us. We got there right before lunch. The place looks really good. The food took a bit to arrive but it was worth it. Everything was really good. I had the Elk burger and it was delicious. The French toast were spot on too. I would come back to this place if I m in the area again.

On Saturday my husband and I had brunch here. He got a bowl with chorizo and I ordered the crab cake eggs Benedict. Only I received regular eggs Benedict, wasnt impressed and the ham slice used was very hard. My husband didnt like his bowl either, the chorizo felt like it was made with tendon, very though to chew. The ONLY reason for the 3 stars was because of our server Cassandra. She was sweet, attentive and made sure we were charged accordingly. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable, this was our first time, we might be back to try the burgers, Ive heard good things from friends.

So not sure if anyone read my past review, this is an update since then. New GM Rob has made a huge difference since the last GM left. Food is better and overall moral of staff is outstanding. I had the Burger of the Month today its Philly Cheese Steak Burger, its outstanding I hope they make it a permanent menu item. Come out to Toro Burger if you want great food, cold beer and the best staff around (Naz,Cassie, Linda,Janet) will take care of you.

We went on Tuesday night for their .69 cents boneless wings and 2 dollar draft beer. Great little place in the Airway area, with yummy food, a wide select of flavored brew and the price is nice. I was surprised both their food, and brew menu. They have at least 5 different flavored fries and the brew menu, to many to count. Its a cozy place to have a drink after work, or to hang out with friends. Sports on the TVs and dim the lights in the later evening. I would highly remembered. As for the service.... Thats where it was a bit of a problem. I suggest you do not visit during dinner rush hour between 6-8. Other than that, two thumbs up. Parking: This restaurant is dog friendly with a small outdoor patio, only down side of this, is that you feel excluded from the rest.

I had visited the toro burger on horizon but this time that I visited this toro I dont like the service people they were rude and the guy that help us his approach to clients like he was in a hurry, they mistake the lemonade that I asked for something else was terrible but he corrected himself when I told him about it. Todays included the always fun and funky fresh Tots starter, as well as fan fave the Blue Burger. Today I tried the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Moist and flavorful with just the right level of heat. Went here for lunch and had a great meal. We had the Mi Papas Burger, the Toro Burger, with sides of sweet potato fries and onion rings. Burgers were huge and juicy. The sweet potato fries were crispy of the outside and so soft on the inside. And they were playing classic rock on the juke box.
