Wendy and Nick are amazing! Initially, I tried to do the divorce process myself but I began to get overwhelmed. After reading a few of Wendys articles over custody agreements, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Nick and he was very reassuring and answered all of my questions. They are very neutral and honest about the entire divorce process. While working on my case, they kept me in the loop and remained in constant contact with me. Wendy even gave me a call to ensure my custody agreement was in alignment with my desires. They literally took the stress of it all and finished my divorce without any problems! Wendy is the most genuine lawyer Ive ever met... When we had our consultation talk, I knew she was the right person for me... I needed a lawyer that would be upfront and honest with me about my specific situation. Wendy and Nick both gave me great information and kept in contact with me through emails and some phone calls through out the whole time of the divorce. At the end of the divorce, I asked them for some special help and they came through for me... Not only that, they already had my official divorce decree sent to me in so that I could go file it with the Deed Records at the courthouse. They included the location of the Deed Records courthouse and phone number for me... For real, I couldnt have chosen a better attorney. I would recommend her to anyone with confidence. I live out of state and needed a local attorney for a case in Tarrant County. I searched the web and found Wendy. Between her biography, all of the good reviews, and our initial phone consultation I easily decided that she was the attorney for me. Im glad I did! The Hart team was responsive, attentive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. And very reasonably priced! We didnt quite get the result we were expecting (due to a rogue judges subjective interpretation of the law), but it was a very good experience for me nonetheless. When I needed a divorce lawyer I looked up local lawyers in town. I even took a couple of free consultations to get an estimate of their fees, and more importantly, what would be included in their fees. Wendy and Nick have proven to be the best advisors, lawyers that I have ever met. Nick have been very helpful from my initial call and then visit at their office in Mansfield. Sadly to say, this is not my first divorce experience, Nick and Wendy made this happen in a very professional manner. I feel like I made some new friends with the way they treated me. I obtained Mrs. Hart and it was a bad decision.i chose her because of the great reviews here. But I struggled with continuing with her because of her response to information I tried to present that was pertinent to my case on more than one occasion. I left a 25 year marriage with practically nothing. Mrs. Hart didn t fight for me. She must have been too busy working for the clients that left the great reviews. You get what you pay for. If I d had $5000 to obtain better council I believe my outcome would have been completely different.

I am completely filled with thankfulness as I write this review. I want everyone to know the great lengths that Wendy and Nick took to win my very difficult case. It was an extremely complicated interstate custody battle that took over a year to complete. Wendy and Nick took the time to walk me through everything and stay confident through my storm. Even the judge had said from the beginning, you have a better chance of climbing the Himalayan mountains than winning this case. I will never forget those haunting words. Although, that didnt stop them. There were so many things about this case that were confusing and frustrating, but knowing they were handling everything gave me such peace of mind. A friend recommended Hackler Law Firm and I will be reviewing my interactions and overall experience with the firm. In the consultation, Wendy gave me suggestions and advice as well as a timeline of how things would develop. Cost was also explained and I felt her law firm had the knowledge and experience that I needed and at the price my budget allowed. I used email to communicate with her law firm the majority of the time, and there were a few occasions when I spoke with them over the phone. Aside from an email or two that went un-answered, all my interactions were positive. The quality of service I received was consistently satisfactory. Wendy was present during key moments in my case and she vocalized my stance and my wishes to the judge eloquently. Wendy and Nick were quick to update me as things developed. There was only one instance when I had to ask if there was any progress to my case. Towards the end, opposing counsel was dragging their feet, but Nick took charge and followed up with opposing counsel to keep things moving forward. Closing thoughts...
