I ve been with them for 4 years. They never got to the root of any issues I was having. Was just called to reschedule a second time bc the dr I was scheduled with will not be in the office AGAIN! When I said do I need to just go to another provider the receptionist couldn t have cared less and did nothing to try to keep my business. Do better Wiseman. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This goes for the cedar park location as well.

If you are looking to become a new patient search elsewhere. Ive been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment. The phone tree leads you nowhere, scheduling online is not an option for new patients. I received an email that they will contact me within 2-weeks to schedule a new patient visit. Ive been waiting for 6 weeks now.

I wanted to give a shout out to Weisman family practice! These people have exceeded the limits of traditional western medicine in the BEST WAY!!! What a surprise to have somebody spend more than 15 minutes with you, and actually care about you as a person. I have never seen such care from people at a doctor s office!! Everyone I met in the Georgetown office, exceeded my expectations offering to help beyond what I had presented with. Immediately, I went home and referred them to three other people. I cannot say enough good about them and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great, caring staff who take the time to listen to your medical needs. They are attentive and thorough in assessing health concerns and take the whole person into account. I love the convenience of being able to visit in person or complete a virtual session, as needed.

Existing patient for 8 years at different location. New location opened closer to home. Scheduled same day sick appointment. Was called 10 minutes before appointment and told provider would like me to have a Covid test, was told no locations do Covid tests anymore. I advised I was already en route to appointment and couldn t get a Covid test with my appointment starting in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived I was told the provider would not see me without a negative Covid test and I could be swabbed in office for flu/strep and then go home and schedule a televisit. The entire interaction was bizarre and when asked where information was posted showing in office appointments required a negative Covid test no information was provided. I was also told Management would be notified I was requesting a follow up to this visit but no information was provided to me. Have walked into other locations for same day sick appointments and never had this experience. Would give 0.

I recently switched my PCP to Wiseman Family Practice and I m so glad I did. Everyone who works there is amazing and it really feels like the providers want to get to the root of your issues rather than just treating the symptoms. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention.

The new office in Georgetown is wonderful. You get the same great care as at the other locations, but the building is brand new and has plenty of parking.
