App said it was delivered even when it wasn t. When I called to check the manager Sandor says the driver reported the address didn t exist even though I ve ordered from them on multiple occasions. Manager offered No resolution, no replacement, simply a sorry, it was cancelled 20 min ago nothing I can do. Last time I ll be ordering from them.

I ordered a pizza when I left Harlingen, and still waited over 30 minutes for it. It was horribly hot inside, and the guys working here seemed lost , walking around in circles. It s gonna be a long time before I come back , if I come back.

Their pizza is awesome! The sauce doesnt have a sour taste nor is it bitter, the flavor is on point. Everything made there at Papa Johns is just extremely delicious, even the bread itself. Truly recommend Papa Johns, there will be no regrets! Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered all bacon and half pepperoni and mushrooms. They told me half pepperoni and half mushrooms are a two topping pizza. Zero clue at what they are doing and probably they do this to all customers. Just be because it s the only one in town. Terrible service

This is called a papadia! Its basically a personal size pizza taco. Like a calzone almost. The employees were kind and courteous. It literally took less than 10 minutes to make. Would recommend to anyone on the go. Definitely getting this again!

Very good pizza but bad customer service, I ordered my pizza 15 minutes ago and it arrived and they gave me an order that had no name, I told them that I had ordered it 15 minutes ago and they said that that was the only order they had taken out and it was a small pizza plus chili and garlic dressing, I only ordered a large pizza and I had to pay for that pizza because they gave me a very small pizza and they charged me 14 dollars, they should pay more attention to that

Ordered through the app for delivery . Ordered a WORKS and got a cheese pizza the box says works. Called the store LUIS the manager said that he saw the mistake while boxing it and still let the pizza out like that. I asked for my pizza he said it would take 1 1/2hours to deliver . That was not acceptable he said that I was not a priority and that it was out of his control.. I told him I want my pizza but not in that time frame it was the stores mistake or his after admitting to seeing the mix up .. he said he would get it as soon as he can .. call ended. Less than 1min later he calls back even more Rude and said he is denying my request and refunding me for the pizza. Saying I was not a priority and will not send the pizza. It was out of his control.. and hung up.... waiting for a reply from Papa Johns corporate office after filing a complaint about managers behavior and rude language.

Very bad experience. I live 5 minutes away in a new subdivision. It took them over an hour to deliver. The driver said the GPS took him to the other side of town. When I placed the order I spoke with Benji who I told that I lived in a new subdivision close to where they are. He assured me that my address was updated and knew where I lived. I called him several times and he assured that the order was on its way. When it got here the food was cold. This is my first and last time I order from them.

Took an hour and a forty or delivery, the store wouldnt answer the phone when we called after an hour and a quarter, and the driver delivered claiming both he and the manager were calling us to notify us of the delay.. when confronted with my phone and no incoming calls on the log, he also let us know he didnt even know the number for the restaurant. 10 minutes later Dominos showed up with the other order we placed for our guests. less then a half hour before.
