7 Brew has the best iced coffee. It s consistent with every visit, which is not the case for most coffee shops. The staff are always very friendly and like to engage in some small talk as you wait. I also enjoy the music they play. I order and iced Blondie, with oat milk and half sweet. Food

I honestly only stopped by 7Brew one evening because my favorite coffee shops in town close early ..but I can now say that 7Brew is in the list of my favorite coffee shops! Service was exceptional! They made my coffee pretty much exactly how I asked for it (I am a little picky with my coffees). AJ was amazing as he made sure my husband and I liked our drinks before we drove away. How sweet is that?!

I came here for a pina coloda smoothie because I heard they were so good! I got 1/4 of the way done with my smoothie and I spit out paper 3 times & no it is not coconut it s paper. Tried to call the location it goes straight to their corporate office and they don t answer either. I probably won t ever be back. $7 to eat paper.

We had to come for seconds! We just had this for the first time yesterday and had to come back again ! The drinks are delicious and good portions on everything. The staff is friendly and kind , now this may not always be the case but we got out drinks pretty fast both time . Also very affordable compared to other places. My favorite is the blondie we also got the German chocolate coffee and the Caramel macchiato they are all so good .

I have come here several times and the service of the employees has been good BUT it never fails. They always bring my coffee out before the employee can even finish inputting it, so a couple of times, they themselves have sent it back in for them to finish the order. Extremely annoying. The reason for me finally putting a review is that I had ordered a topping and extra shots. Well because I was talking. I didnt really pay attention to my coffee but just got to the exit and took a sip. Clearly, there are no extra shots. Was way too milky as well, as if hardly any flavor and just coffee and milk. Was very disappointed because it has been happening too frequently. I turned around and explained to a young kid with glasses and black curly hair. He was very professional. LISTENED to me and was so nice. Agreed it didnt look right and said he was goimg to take care of it but then the original guy who took my order that has a red/blonde beard came back over and was initially nice and said uh oh what happened?. I explained to him the same, and he was annoyed. Didnt apologize or try to make it right. He took my drink and just had them throw in the extra shots and add the topper. Definitely still tasted like watered-down coffee. He acted as if I was bothering him. I sure hope he wasnt the manager. Previously, I tried calling the number on Google, and nobody ever answers. Definitely wont be back.

I want to love this place..I really do. But the amount of ice they put in the drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Even when asking for light ice, it amounts to the standard ice level at other coffee places. Drinks are decent, except the time I got the German Chocolate. I m not sure if there were expired products but it tasted horrid. Had a couple of other ones and I enjoyed it for the most part.

On my first visit about a month ago to this location the worker took my order then another coworker walked up and they proceeded to make conversation saying yo after everything they said and laughing while doing it. It didnt sit well with me. I brushed it off and decided to go back today to see if I could get normal interactions when placing and waiting for my order only to see the one lady going from the left lane to the right lane taking orders as I pulled up, I assumed in the order the cars arrived. As I waited for my turn a truck pulled up after me in the lane next to me. She took the order from the car in front of the truck and when she finished there she went straight to the truck. She looked up every time a car pulled up so its not like she didnt know I was already sitting there. I just left and wont be coming back.

I have tried the Blondie, German Chocolate, Sweet & Salty, Cinnamon Roll, & the Salted Caramel Macchiato All of them are amazing! I like my drinks sweet with a hint of caffeine. They never short you on the coffee because you ask for easy ice. $6.77 for a large (32 oz) and the longest I ve waited at peak hours is maybe 5 minutes. Everyone has always been kind. Alyssa is always helpful. On more than one occasion, the shift lead/manager has addressed any issue. Definitely recommend!

Went to your mansfield location this morning. Ordered a large blonde with cold foam. Tried to tell them when they gave it to me that there was no cold foam, maybe it was the wrong drink. They assured me it was right. I tried to tell them after tasting that it was definitely wrong, they told me no it was right so cant remake it.. so I just paid 8 dollars for the wrong drink that I just threw in the trash. What kind of company gives someone the wrong order and refuses to make it right? I want my money refunded and will never be back if this is the expectation. Horrible.

Gave this place multiple chances and today was my last time giving them my money. Customer service is terrible! The workers have horrible attitudes (male and female)! And they have the nerve to ask for a tip at checkout! Yeah no. The only menu available is at the very front so if youre waiting in line to order and you dont know the menu then you have to wait until you get to the front to see what you want. Was waiting in line at the end of the line and of course could not see the menu since they have it at the very front so once the worker came to take my order w/her tablet I asked if she could show me the menu through her tablet since I dont know whats all on their menu and she said that she didnt have one to show me (I called b.s.). It is very inconvenient to customers who do not have this menu memorized for yall to only have one menu at the very front! - I guess the people at this place expect you to have their menu memorized whether youre new or not. Smh. The drinks are very mediocre at best! The customer service is what really made me stop going above everything else! Gave this place multiple chances and decided that Starbucks will continue to get my money instead. Starbucks drinks run circles around 7brew and their customer service is way better! My last drink from 7brew was so disgusting I couldnt even finish it! Such a waste of money! Do not recommend!

This place is AMAZING! They have great sugar free options! The staff was so nice and just a joy to be around today. We ordered 3 drinks, and we had both our dogs. They offered us pup-cups, which our dogs loved, and then we accidentally left one of our drinks. We turned around and were a block or so away, and a guy comes running to us with our beverage! I stopped going to Starbucks after trying here. My oldest daughter doesnt like coffee but gets the Brunette! It wasnt sweet as I like while talking to the gentleman I told him how I just seen a horrible accident and I was shaken up.. He came back with my drink and said and hope my day gets better. LOVE this Mansfield crew. My husband and I moved from AR to bring 7 Brew to DFW. I drive down from Richardson whenever I can bc each barista at this stand is thoughtful, helpful, and kind. Great drink recs, super creative, and team supports each other and their customers. Pro tip: if all breve (half and half) is too creamy for you in the Originals, try half breve/half oat milk! Vegetarian options: Alternative milks! Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks, sugar free options, smoothies and decaf (remember to ask!) Kid-friendliness: Music is always appropriate and upbeat (plus they re happy to see and play with kiddos who are having a tough day)

Music was wonderful, coffee is better than Starbucks..... But I waited at the walk up window for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. 2nd time Ive waited here for more than 10 mins for a cup of coffee. I wont do it again.

I am very picky when it comes to coffee and love my coffee strong. For the last few years, I have resorted to making my own iced coffee because I could never find a place that had strong enough coffee that also tasted good and didn t break the bank. After a doctor s appointment the other day, I saw this place and decided (on a whim) to try them out. Let me just say- I was not disappointed. First of all, the employees there are awesome!! They are super nice and seem really genuine in wanting to get to know their customers and are so helpful. Enrique has been there every time I ve gone and he is so sweet! He even remembered my name! Enrique and another employee helped me figure out which iced coffee best suited my taste, even down to how much cream and sugar should go in my drink! Not to mention, they have the best coffee prices around!! I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for great tasting coffee (that doesn t cost an arm and leg) and a friendly experience!

I love this place, I kind of prefer their fruity drinks over there coffee as the coffee can be a bit too sweet. You may need an extra shot to balance it out at times. But thr fizzes and energy drinks are great, even the teas! I also love that they post their secret menu drinks on their social means you can ask them them by name. The baristas are pretty awesome, especially when they first opened they were good about keeping up conversation while you wait, now a days its a little hit or miss, but some days I may not want to be too chatty either. I enjoy when they have deals going and love that double points are every Tuesday!

I was never really one for retail coffee... but thought id give this place a try... I got the default 7 shot.. Just a GREAT cup of Joe. When getting expresso you automatically understand that its a strong Bold the taste so I dont drink it often But this one had a perfect blend of the bold flavor but still tasted Of chocolate and Irish cream and it was awesome

Drive thru only coffee spot that stays open late and has various drinks. The coffees are delicious and complet6custamizable without turning your cup of Joe into a $20 drink unlike other coffee spots. The smoothie are also great and the service is the best.
