We were the only ones there and a ton of tables were dirty. Food was fine except my friends Alfredo was cold?? Also a gross sewer smell throughout the whole place coming from the drains of the drink fountain. Pepsi was straight syrup, no carbonation. I hadnt been in years and Im so disappointed.

If I am nearby, I usually grab a pizza baked spaghetti from here. Its my favorite menu item. I live about 1hr away and when I got home and settled, it was still warm! You will wait a little while, but thats expected because of how they prepare their orders. Definitely will return again & again. DONT FORGET THE BREAD STICKS!

I love Fazolis but today at this particular was not it. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and it wasnt good. The noodles smelt weird and the meatballs were gross. When I went to get a fork, they looked disgusting. I heard a cricket in the resteraunt, which I know isnt supposed to happen. The floor was nasty.

when i went there was a young man at the front with a terrible attitude ! the soda machine on the right side was then out of order as me and my friends did not know and he proceeded to tell us after use and had an attitude about it, eventually he put a sign up. Then to top it all off i threw up after i ate the alfredo ! i do not recommend

My daughter loves the Alfredo and wanted to come here so bad. The place has definitely declined. The chicken on her Alfredo was super dried out and my cheese pizza was burnt. They gave us 2 breadsticks to share. Employee had her phone on the counter watching a movie and ignored us until I said something. Lots of dirty tables. 7:30 in the evening and we were the only ones there. We now know why. Super disappointing. I used to love this place. Probably wont be back.

I offered to buy a man on the streets food, I was paying, he was turned away by staff saying they can t do it. He was not asking them for free food or for anything I was paying for his food. Either it is corporate or management. Regardless of who has made this decision it is despicable! To turn someone away simply because they look like they live on the street, when someone else is paying!

This by far is the worst place to come eat the so-called manager hollered at me and was rude over the speaker when I was trying to order my food. All I said was hello and I got no answer I said it louder and still, there was no answer. When she did answer, she hollered at me saying that she can hear me and that there was no need to holler and then she proceeded to be very rude when I told her I was sorry she didn t proceeded to tell me Are you gonna order or not? so I asked for the Manager she said she was the manager, And if that s the type of management that y all have maybe somebody out to look at that store

The food was delicious and the service was absolutely amazing. I am a very clumsy person and I accidentally burned my arm. Well I asked for a bandaid and not only did the cashier bring me one but they were so kind as to give me some burn cream. Decided to give this a try for lunch lime. I ordered what I believe to be called an ultimate spaghetti bake. It came with meat balls, shrimp and sausage and also a meatball sub. The pasta sauce was bland but not outright plain and I think it could use some more flavor. I wouldve like a few more pieces of shrimp. The meat balls were a nice size but was lacking on flavor. It was a good portion all together and was very filling. I think the pepperoni brought the whole thing together for the meatball sub, I personally liked it more than the spaghetti. Overall I enjoyed it.

I never knew about this place and saw a sign outside the hotel were in. Not sure how I was able to get a baked ziti for 6 bucks with breadsticks!!! It was a great size portion and we all had leftovers. There was great flavor with the meat sauce and the breadsticks were cooked to perfection with great garlic butter flavor. The family hasnt been to a Fazolis in over 10 years. We saw it from the freeway and instantly turned to go there. We walked in, and it smelt like a sewer. We were all so sad and walked back out. We couldnt get over the bad smell. So so so sad we couldnt eat there.

I visited Fazolis in Waco recently and was disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm at 80 degrees inside, there was no ice available, and the place had an unpleasant smell. These issues significantly impacted my dining experience. I m a big fan of Fazoli s because they rarely disappoint, especially for inexpensive fast food Italian. The food was up to par with what is expected, however the apparent lack of concern for upkeep and cleanliness was very noticeable. We were the only patron at the time inside the restaurant, yet we struggled to find a table without dirty dishes, and the floor surrounding the tables were full of food and filth. It was to the point we almost walked out due to fear of what the kitchen must look like. It appeared as though there were about 7 staff members on site of whom 3 were eating, one was scrolling on their phone and the others were either in the kitchen or conversing amongst each other. Very disappointing experience for a place I m a cheerleader for.

I have visited Fazoli s in 5 different states including this location and I have to say, this location falls a bit short of the others. I just visited the location in Wichita Kansas a few weeks ago and they had it down. The staff brought your food to your table, offered fresh grated cheese once your food was delivered (similarly to Olive Garden), and another staff member was walking around periodically with a tray of breadsticks asking if you wanted more while also offering refills on drinks. This location did none of that and did not even call our number when our food was ready. The breadsticks were a bit over cooked but still tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience but it could have been better in my opinion. I hope the management team is able to use this review as a bit of constructive criticism from a lifelong Fazoli s customer.

my friend and I went to the Fazolis in Baylor last night and the service was HORRIBLE. we came in and ordered and at the start the young lady was very rude and acted like we disturbed her night because we wanted some pasta. 5 minutes later a sports bus came through, all of these players received their food within 10 minutes. i also want to add she brought food to every other person in the restaurant. we sat for 30 minutes after this waiting for our food, my friend went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and the young lady completely ignored her (there was no plates on the counter at the moment, and she did NOT call our number.) shortly after this, the young lady rudely came to out table and claimed shed been calling our name for 10 minutes and gave us our food. i didnt get the name of the waitress but it was a young hispanic woman with her hair up in a bun. she looked about 18-25 years old. we LOVE Fazolis and the food was great, i will continue to go there because of that reason only. please get better service so this experience doesnt happen to anyone else.

I took a visit to Fazolis tonight with my family to get dinner, we havent eaten here in a while. We ordered our food through the drive through and sat there for at least 30 minutes waiting, we sat at the window for about 15 minutes of that wait. The manager that was working was really backed up and trying to bag orders and take orders but ignored coming to the window to let us know what was going on. When I blew the horn she then came over slammed the door open and said our total. No hospitality at all, in fact was very rude. I asked her what could be causing the order to take so long and she said to me that she was short staffed and doing everything by herself. I immediately felt uncomfortable. Basically Im just trying to say that the workers need more training on how to conduct themselves at work and with customers. They need training on stress and overload management. I totally understand that it gets that way sometimes but they also need to make an executive decision and stop taking orders until caught up or inform the customer on the amount of time it may take for the order to be completed. Ignoring your customers is definitely not a way to insure their return. Im not sure what her name was but she needs people skills training time management and also hospitality training.

This is by far my absolute best experience at a Fazolis yet. I got the meat pizza pasta, my friend got the lasagna both were the best we have had. We also got 2 Italian spice sandwiches and they were amazing. Highly recommend this store. Also I have to add. The staff that was there that night were awesome, very helpful and kind. Ate at the Fazolis in Waco, TX; 1st time. Didnt know there was one in San Antonio, TX. Only had 30-45 minutes to eat; on chatter bus heading home. Friend & I shared a Double Slice of pepperoni pizza, had 3 orders of Free breadsticks, bought meat sauce for dipping & 2 drinks. All good! Parking: Parking lot was big enough, but more lots nearby. Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp, but no automatic door. Had to hold it open for a wheelchair or rollator.

This place is falling apart. When we walked in the immediate seating area closest to the front door was taped off. Looking ahead to the cash register there was a bucket on the floor catching water drips, but it was a clear and sunny day with not a rain cold in the sky. The restrooms were disgusting and had bugs crawling around inside them and by the restroom entrance on either side of the door. The food was not how I remembered Fazolis (the last time Id eaten at a Fazolis was easily 15 years ago). Of the four people I was with, no one ate more than a quarter of their food. The silver lining is that the bread sticks are still free, but this location doesnt go through the dining area passing them out. If you want more bread sticks youll need to go back to the counter and request more. Fazolis was once my favorite restaurant and I thought going here would be nostalgic, but in reality going here ruined Fazolis for me for a very long time.

Sat in drive through for 10 min before got to speaker to order, another 10 min to get to window where they ask what drink, did not order drink, ask what did you order, key in order give total to pay , run card then tell me to please pull up and park, asked if order had not been put in till just now replied yes, offered no discount just can refund, or wait pulled up another 10 min bring food with no sorry about that or here is a discount for next visit

Its fast italian. The bread sticks used to be good but have gone down hill lately. The food is as good as you can reasonably expect from a drive thru Italian place. The Alfredo sauce is terrible. I do not recommend it. Sauce from a jar is better than that. The food is always hot and good but just stay away from the Alfredo dipping sauce. Thats my only regret or complaint about this place.

The food was cold and did not look fresh. The employees were rude and pushed my family out of the way to get to bathroom first. We ahead a group of 7 and they gave us 3 bread sticks. When we asked for more they got mad. I will not go back to this location.

Personally, I love Fazolis. It may not be as flavorful as authentic Italian, but its basic pasta is so comforting. I always get the sampler plate. Love the fettuccine. We tried the triple chocolate Cheesecake Factory slice. So good! Ill try the strawberry cheesecake next time. Great service and a clean restaurant. Vegetarian options: The fettuccine is my favorite, and you can order it without meat. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly/picky eater menu options.

I have the best memories going to Fazolis as a kid, so when my husband and I saw one while traveling from Austin to Dallas, we had to stop to get it to go. We got there at 10am and were glad to wait until it was advertised to open at 10:30am. However, when we went through the drive thru on time, it was 10:36am by the time a woman opened the window. She did not apologize for being late but told us they re not open yet. We waited until 10:45am and then just really had to get back on the road to be somewhere. Really disappointing time that was wasted and very unfriendly woman working there. Will not be back to this location even though I m a big Fazolis fan. :(

Im a long time fan of Fazolis and was really excited to be in the area to eat here for lunch. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The air conditioner was broken in the dining room. We were admittedly there during a busy period, but it took awhile to receive our order. I might give them another try if ordering takeout, but I wouldnt recommend dining in. Edit: Apparently the A/C was a temporary issue and has been fixed. Ill be down in the area next weekend so I might be able to update then.
