We visited with my kids basketball team and had a terrible experience with food,service and management. We personally ordered the fried pickels as an appetizer and was disappointed in the quantity for the price. You get about 10 fried pickles in a order then we ordered a 10 piece boneless and a 15 piece boneless along with a kids meal and 2 burger meals. We had several different flavors picked out we wanted to try but only received 3 flavors bbq,buffalo and lemon pepper. Everyones food was coming out at different times like 10-15 minutes apart so some where done eating by the time other people had just got their food. 3 people in this group never even received their food and had to go back and forth with the manager about not charging them for food they never received because they all the sudden had their food made now as everyone was paying their ticket to leave. It was just a mess. This was my familys first time here and our first time as a team to all go out for dinner. It was just a really bad experience all around.

Order a meal with a drink and no drink came. Called to let them know and she said it was still sitting there. Do you want a refund. Yes! For just the drink wasn t trying to get meal for free. Gets her manager and all of a sudden they gave it to the delivery person. I even asked the driver. He said they didn t give him one. No refund although I went through their website. I hate this place. They leave stuff out all the time and take no responsibility. Ever!

Every time I find myself at a Buffalo Wild Wings the song yeah by lil John and ludachris is playing without fail, this one was the first time that was not the case. 5 stars for not making the place a weird night club at 7pm. Tried a take out from here this Tuesday. Ordered 10 Thai curry traditional wings (BOGO) and I regret. This was the worst BWWs I ever had. The pieces were super dry and the thai curry sauce on them was sparse as though it was a super expensive ingredient. For some of the pieces I didnt even feel the taste of the sauce at all. Further to add to my disappointment I found wings with fried feathers attached to them. Did they forget to clean them off before frying ? The take out order included two kids item which was supposed to come with drinks. I opted for apple juice, which was missing in the take out bag. The ambience in the resultant didnt look pleasing. The half wall (black surface) across the payment counter was spilled with food all along and looked as though not cleaned in a while (I should have taken a photo of the wall and posted it here. But if I did, I am pretty sure anyone reading these reviews before going to this place will definitely rethink before going). Clean the wall guys, I am planning to visit you again soon just to take this photo. Overall, very unhappy experience with this order. I am usually a person who doesnt waste food but its first time ever I am throwing away some BWW pieces because I didnt felt good eating them. LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT

1. This location opens at 11am. The servers were not there yet, and one of the employees driving a van almost ran over our car rushing to get there on time. 2. It smells like sweaty bootay, gym socks, and joc straps in there . 3. The guy told us to just sit anywhere there are no servers here yet, we sat down and the menu was stuck to the table from some unknown substance from the night prior 4. From these red flags alone we got up out of there before even being waited on as I knew this was not going to be good service

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 15 traditional wings to go as well as mozzarella sticks, Salt and vinegar fries, and a drink. The wings were hard as rock. Overcooked and old. The fries were stale and not seasoned with salt and vinegar. The mozzarella sticks were just ok. Unacceptable for $45... I would like a refund. Also I filled out their form so they could make it right as seen on other reviews and have received no response.

This location was awesome. We dropped in for a quick to go order and the female manager, on the 700pm night shift on April 11, was awesome. She engaged in chatting with me and my grandson...we had traveled for a funeral and were tired and exhausted...she got our to go order out quickly and got us on our way. We will definitely return to this location in Mansfield. BTW... I dont even go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Houston...most of the time they are not inviting/friendly and the wings are not tasty for the price charged. So glad to have taken a chance on this Buffalo Wild Wings...

Went in today, not greeted and no service up at the front. As soon as we walked in we got stared at and ignored. Approach a tall bald man at the front and asked if it was open seating and he nodded then walked away. We sat then they asked us to move, and all the servers just stared us walking to the new seat and gave bad looks. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Train your staff to not just be huddle in a group and actually serve.

The brisket burger was AMAZING!!! Juicy, tangy, sweet and fresh! I will skip the fries next time. They were cold and cardboard like but we were there at the end of a Tuesday supper rush so they may have been sitting in the pan awhile. The server was clearly stretched thin and his service was minimal and kept us waiting longer than expected but he was very friendly although not very present. Its a loud place with tvs and music blaring so conversations are difficult if youre wanting to visit with your companions. The staff is friendly and I saw a lot of smiles which was very refreshing. The burgers at our table definitely earned a follow-up visit. Now that I see what type of of restaurant it is I will be better prepared. If you are looking for a place to drink and chill we saw lots of that happening so this may be the place youre looking for. Try the messy but so very delicious burgers!!!! But I would skip the fries. They were a letdown and the tots were fried to a crispy crunchy experiment type bite with no potato flavor. The potatoes were clearly bar food meant to soak up alcohol rather than be enjoyed as a side.

This Is a great place for hanging out with friends and watching the game, or games there are a bunch of TVs and they all play different games like college football, football and more. Wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Mansfield on a Thursday night. I thought we were going to a restaurant but instead we walked into a Rock concert going on at BBW. This spot I had to try twice, but I had a similar underwhelming experience each time. Who stops serving alcohol at midnight whenever you were open till 1 AM? The four-star rating (instead of the five stars) goes to the Buffalo Wild Wings mobile app for not pushing my order through to this store. I had ordered an hour in advance and was ready to get it when the server named Eden said it was not in their system. I was upset about not having the food when I needed it, but after getting an explanation from the manager Naomi about why I couldn t be compensated for having to wait for the order to be made, I was OK. This is a mixed review. The food is always great at this location - fast, hot, and delicious. 5 stars Where I am displeased is the new ordering and payment system. What a joke. The company has literally removed a major part of the restaurant experience. As a customer, I am now required to scan a QR code, place my order, AND pay. All through my phone. The only interaction with the staff now is my drink order/refill and food delivery. Ive always been a great tipper when eating out however, this new process makes me feel obligated to tip while simultaneously not wanting to because the server has interacted with me minimally (per the new process). As I understand it, the store is forcing the wait staff to implement this change despite numerous customer complaints. If the staff acts like normal, they will be punished by losing out on work shifts. This is unacceptable. This behavior discourages me from returning. I am against this unnecessary implementation. I will be visiting a different location until this restaurant acts like a restaurant. P.S. Buffalo Wild Wings need not reply with Michael, thank you for your feedback. We hope to see you soon! Overall, its a good sports bar type restaurant. You order solely through the app, which was overall ok, and they bring your food. The server made rountine check. This company is despicable, disrespectful, unsanitary and every manager under the leadership of Homer Vasquez is a complete disaster including Homer Vazquez himself, who is an absolute despicable, pathetic person and a joke of leadership for this company and management team and all around just an embarrassment. I spoke to Homer Vasquez at length, giving him details about the incident/ management (timeframes, presenting dined in receipts) on duty about my experience and not only how they treated me but others around like garbage, trash, that you would throw away in a dumpster and the food that was served was a complete disaster and on top of the unsanitary conditions of the bar top, the tables in the dining room and most importantly the restrooms in the facility of Mansfield Texas and Fort Worth Texas were absolutely disgusting! I took my top 12 performers in my company out to the location in Mansfield, Texas and the location in Fort Worth, Texas for cocktails and wings before a flight to New York to take them all to dinner at Peter Luger s steakhouse and needless to say the experience that we were given, I don t think actual words can describe how awful it was and how embarrassing for me to have chosen such a disaster of an establishment and the food in my CFO s own words looked sickly again just comes down to leadership, that s all and yes, it s really that simple. How dare you serve me food like that, not one request was fulfilled on ALL of those orders and how dare you allow me and the others in my group to sit down under those disgusting unsanitary conditions and be served that way in two different locations! This company has had up-to-date in 2023, 928 emails or communications regarding the sanitary conditions of the restaurants/ Food quality/ Service just in the DFW area and the leadership that surrounds this entire area of DFW and yet nothing has changed. You still have the same leadership. You still have the same failing fiscal numbers each quarter and there after. Let s not forget about the absolute horrible/ unjustifiable prices on your menu, and the fact that your restaurants are absolutely disgusting, and the quality of this company s food has plummeted so badly that most of your food comes frozen in bags If you want this brand to continue, I suggest you change your leadership immediately if not, it is my professional and expert opinion, that this brand will die out and cease to exist in less than five fiscal years in the locations mentioned above and most likely most of the south region. The leadership of this corporation can t figure out why they keep closing locations across North America, it s not rocket science! This particular company does not do a good job, the leadership does not care, and it shows in the quality of the food, the quality of the service, the quality of the atmosphere and most importantly THE LEADERSHIP and so on! As of September of this year, I have acquired 1.7 million followers on my social media accounts. I think it s best if the truth comes out and I post, not only this email, but my entire experience from start to finish in both locations. Was seated instantly, was not at all busy. Sat for over 15 minutes and was never talked to by a server. Another family came in and was seated near us, was instantly given silverware and drink orders were taken. We got up and left. EDIT- Compant responded and asked to email to make things right . Chicken sandwich is great. Come here for beer after work. Sam and Shelly are absolutely amazing. Not all bartenders/servers are created equally but that is okay! Those two though will always take care of you to the best of their ability. Fast friendly service that will make you come back time after time if you eat or go to the bar during the evening it would be very wise of you to ask for either of them! That should have automatically raised a red flag. 15 minutes after we ordered They brought out our kids food which was a burger and wings. 20 minutes later waiter tells us they just started on my wife and my order, which was also wings . How you gonna cook half an order bring it out and then tell me that you are starting on the rest of the order .Had to cancel rest of order and leave . I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place which has horrible service and obviously poor management , and yes they were fully staffed they were absolutely empty , so no they where not busy.

Shella is an excellent waitress in the bar area. We go here every Thursday for the bogo boneless wings. Shella will see us walking in and immediately pours our drinks (she knows what we order!) and bring them to us with a smile. She is so friendly and provides excellent service. We have never had bad service in the bar area and the food is excellent. Shella should get some recognition for the great service she provides!

Do NOT go to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I have been to this location 3 times and every single time has been a nightmare. The first time I went, there was HAIR in my food. The second time I went, it took an hour to get my food. The third time I went, which was tonight, it took 45 minutes to get my food and my food was cold. I told my bartender that based on the wait, and the temperature of the food, I didnt think I should have to pay full price. After I was done eating, the bartender told me that her manager yelled at her because she asked him if I could get my food at a discounted price due to the inconvenience that it caused me. The manager made me pay full price for my cold wings that I waited 45 minutes for, and claimed that it was busy when it was probably at 25% capacity. For lack of a better term, the manager on shift tonight was a loser. If youre going to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, do not eat at this particular location.

We were super frustrated after we picked up our order , which were 80 wings and a few other things, to find that we got ZERO dipping sauce. No ranch , no dip for the onion rings and no salsa for the chips that came with my wrap. I called to get some sort of refund because I m sorry, but everyone knows that the dips/sauces is a huge part of the meal. Who wants dry chips, onion rings or wings?!? We were told that they remember putting the ranch in the bag, no mention of the other 2 dips that were missing, and basically all they could do was refund us one of our fries! We spend over $100 on this meal that was so disappointing and we didnt enjoy, due to it being dry. And the best they could do was refund us fries?!? They even had the audacity to say that the sauces are complementary, so they weren t sure what I wanted them to refund. I m sorry but if the dip and the sauce are part of the meal, then I paid for the dip and sauce as well. You might say it s complementary but we all know the dips/sauce is calculated into the price.

When it gets too busy, this place will get disorganized for example new EEs not well trained to care for customers especially on Tuesday. Need improvement on customer service. We were regulars and then Last time the service was so bad and we ended up leaving early and headed to Wingstop instead. Disappointed.

Overall its a good place to eat. For me it gets pretty loud when eating inside. Its better for me if the weather is permitted to eat on the patio. I personally dont like that the dishes come out one or two items at a time. Some are almost finished eating before others arrive. Its a hit and miss the food temp when getting it. Friends like it, so I still go on occasions. Better more often than not. Vegetarian options: I dont remember if they have many vegetarian options. I believe they do have salads. Maybe a couple of appetizers. Parking: Large lot around the restaurant. Just like other places, it depends on the time of day. Kid-friendliness: Yes, its a family friendly place. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, was handicap parking and easy access to the sidewalk and the entrance.
