We loved this place. Food tasted delicious, looks beautiful and you can tell ingredients are fresh . Menu is diverse and targets any cravings you might have for lunch or breakfast. I forgot to take pictures but we need to come back.

Bacon was fatty, burgers looked like they were from a frozen bag, french fries looked they had been sitting for a while, and french toast was sub par. Took 10 minutes just to get drinks and 45 minutes just to get the food.

I ordered biscuits w gravy scrambled eggs bacon. Eggs runny cold, bacon good but cold biscuits tasted like Pillsbury and gravy bland. Hubby ordered Alamo omelet. He said good but he pretty much eats anything. Environment loud and noisy. Couldnt here ourselves. Cute place. Service ok but wont be back. Also prices to high for this quality.

If you do not use Uber eats, why are you on the app? Good customer service etiquette dictates that if you make a mistake, you fix it and not give your customer a nonchalant attitude. Asking me to come pick up food items YOU failed to give the delivery driver or telling me to get a refund after waiting for my food is very shoddy customer service and you need to do better

Its been about a year since Ive visited and Im so disappointed. I ordered the Biscuit & Gravy w/scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and a side of potatoes. The chicken sausage looked like it was cooked in water. No seasoning whatsoever!!! The pork sausage was slightly better. Best part was the service and breakfast potatoes.

My wife and I just returned after more than a year because the last time I had the Pistachio French toast my dollop of whatever deliciousness was plopped, not drizzled so I felt disrespected and I hold a grudge. I decided after a year away they must ve learned their lesson so we returned today and the food was good. I had the apple whiskey pancakes with a side of eggs and sausage, which were all good except the chicken sausage was bland. For some reason the manager decided I couldn t just get the cheaper 2x2x2 and upcharge the pancake so he/she got for that decision. Speaking of cost there is NO REASON breakfast should be $90 (with average tip) for 2 people . AND NO ALCOHOL!!?? So with that said, I will again boycott 360 this time for price gouging!!! I may or may not return.

The food was very middle of the road and tasted prepackaged. There was definitely not a made from scratch feel or taste which is ok if you re paying fast food chain prices. However for the price you are paying the food is simply not worth it. Service was just ok as we weren t really checked and every time we needed a refill or anything we had to flag down our server.

I can t understand how they have a dress code and the servers are dressed down. They lady tha brings the food to the table is showing her belly and it was just naughty how they dress. I order fresh eggs not the boxed one and this lady didn t know what an egg is. The pancakes was definitely frozen and so dry and no flavor. The food overall has no flavor, except for the fried chicken. The service is terrible.

Convenient location. Server was friendly and provided good service. Hostess was not friendly and did not say hello upon arrival at hostess stand. Clean facility with full bar. Did not wait for a table on a Saturday morning at 10am, which was nice. Prices were on the high side for food and drinks. Breakfast portions were small and average quality. Therefore, the overall value was not impressive.

This was my first time here at 360 Brunch House and they did not disappoint. The hostess and wait staff were AWESOME!! I ordered the Peaches & Cream French Toast, side of eggs w/cheese and salsa, and chicken sausage. Yum and yum!! The sauce on that French toast was A-1 and peaches were fresh and crisp. The eggs were scrambled well not hard and you could barely see the cheese because it was so creamy and well mixed. I was full after a few bites of the French toast as it was a very good portion for the price point. I love it and I ll definitely be back!!!

I ordered the lamb chops and waffles with a side of scrambled eggs. OMG! The lamb chops were absolutely DELICIOUS! Best I ve had since being in the Middle East. Would come back just for those. The eggs were cooked exactly as I asked and fluffy! The waffles were ok. Nothing special about them. Th service was great and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Overall would come back again! Summer was my waitress and I would ask for her all over again because her presence was amazing!

Had 360 Brunch House Sunday afternoon. My buddy and I got the chicken nachos as an appetizer, I got the protein omelette, and he got the chicken fried steak. By all accounts the food was delicious. I also had a Manmosa which is not for the weak lol. The place was packed but they still got us in quickly. The food had a little wait, but again it was packed so couldn t expect much else. Nick was a great server as well.

I m giving one star for the LONG wait times. Ya ll need to decide whether you take reservations or use the wait list option but you can t do both for peak brunch times. I signed up on the waitlist and it said it would be 25-30 minutes. Didn t get seated until 1.5 hrs later because I was told they are taking reservations first. What happens when you re running behind??? That means only reservations are priority. It s a waste of peoples time to have to use a system that is not accurate at least within 10-15 minutes but an hour off is unacceptable. Sunday brunch is busy and you have got to figure out a more efficient way and be considerate of other people s time.

I wanted to add smoked salmon to my omelette. Smoked salmon with avocado toast is $17 but they told me it would be a $20 up charge to add that salmon to my omelette. I decided not to order nothing as a matter of principle. This was the managers decision. I guess avocados and toast are free and it cost an extra $3 to put salmon in an omelette. Totally ridiculous. What the menu described and what I received were vastly different. I ordered the breakfast bruschetta, described as being on a baguette, came out on fluffy white bread shaped like a baguette that soaked up a bunch of oil and got soggy. I expected toppings, like bruschetta, but everything was cooked together like an omelette on top of the bread. The balsamic vinegar was the only hint of flavor in the dish.

I was a bit disappointed because I went to this place back in February for my bachelorette. I remembered the brunch being pretty good so I came back today with my husband. I had the fried chicken with waffles. The chicken had a decent crunch to the crust with no seasoning unfortunately and the waffles were cold. My husband had pancakes, eggs and bacon. He said the pancakes tasted like batter but the eggs were okay. We also ordered the lamb chops. I am so sorry to say this but they were the worst lamb chops we ve ever had. No flavor whatsoever. We told the waitress but didnt want the hassle of asking for it to be removed from the check. We paid and tipped (the waitress isnt responsible for the cooking) but we wont be back. Was not worth $80+.

Service was great. Presentation was great. The taste of the food was below average, we were party of five and no one in my party enjoyed their plate. The French toast flight had a flaming Apple whiskey, berry and peaches and cream and the Apple whiskey one had no distinct flavor, the bananas in the berry were not ripe and the peaches tasted like they were fresh out of a jar of water. Great brunch! Fun vibe with the neon signs and delicious twist on standard breakfast fare. We did the French toast to share with the Whiskey apple, berry and peaches with cream. The table favorite was the peaches with cream but the apple whiskey was fun since it was lit in fire (see the video). There were 5 of us and 3 courses would have been plenty to share. The lobster benedict was full of big pieces of lobster and very flavorful. The avocado toast was a table favorite too as the salad in top had a deliciously zesty citrus dressing. This breakfast place was unfortunately not living up to the social media hype. We decided to take my mom for her birthday, the place looked nice and the menu looked intriguing. We like to try new things so we decided to give them a try. The food was absolutely terrible to the point that it was hard to eat. We all got stomach problems after and my wife got a rash on her neck that lasted 2 weeks. I would not recommend! The food is pretty good. I had a bowl. My wife had the chicken fried steak. Thick for a chicken fried steak. The eggs are very fluffy. Just a comment in case you do mot like that texture. The atmosphere is trendy. Yet, the staff are not invested. They take your order, but rarely check in. It appears to be one request per visit. They bring what you need but move on to the next customer before even finishing that customer. It was not just our waitress. Many were doing it. While delivering whatever was requested, they are literally looking off to the next table or back to their friends. Probably good for efficiency; Not good for customer service. If you have any additional request, you will have to wait until they can make their way back. Lastly, as many have stated, they will charge ridiculously. I planned on trendy prices. Additionally, you will pay for any little thing. $1 for cheese, ok. $4 for half glass of tea, ok? No refills because waitress does come back. need more gravy, $5; not okay. I did not see a price to get their full attention.

The pricing of the food at the establishment was deemed excessive in relation to the serving sizes. My selection was a chicken avocado panini accompanied by a serving of fries. However, the chicken panini appeared to be the side dish when juxtaposed with the massive portion of fries on my plate. The fries themselves had a distinct flavor reminiscent of aged oil, almost as if they had been preserved since the creation of the Silk Road. A suggestion for improvement would be to offer alternative side choices without incurring additional costs. Furthermore, the exorbitant charge of two dollars per egg is outrageous, especially considering that the eggs provided were a subpar quality of powdered eggs that even a chain like IHOP could elevate with a touch of seasoning and fresh oil. The taste of the potatoes was equally disappointing, akin to a meal served to King Henry VIII in his final days. In conclusion, I would give my experience at this establishment a 3 out of 10 rating. Too overpriced and overcrowded given the actual quality.

Thoroughly dissatisfied, respectfully. Service was fine. However, there was an overall lack of flavor and quality of ingredients. I ordered the signature whiskey pancakes; my husband got the lamb chops and waffles. Lamb chops were semi cold and bland. The chicken sausage I got on the side seemed boiled not grilled (dripping in juice like at a hotel breakfast). My whiskey pancakes didn t really light, so there was a puddle of rum on my plate, I ate the middle to avoid the outer parts. Our kids ordered 2x2x2 meals. Pancake batter was dry and bland. Waffles were mini that seemed like they came frozen. Meal was missing butter, seasoning, and texture. I m usually easy to please. We didn t complain because our server was sweet and we didn t want to exchange anything, but my family left upset. We all agreed should ve just went to Breakfast Brothers.

This restaurant is not bad, but it also isn t particularly good. I ll start this review with the atmosphere, at first glance the atmosphere is trendy, and cozy hip establishment. I like the initial look, and I really like the setup with the bar. It is cool to see the liquor on the overhead shelf. And I like the pink neon sign and light fixtures with the Edison lights. However upon further inspection it is clear corners were cut and it doesn t take long for the atmosphere to shatter. Standing by the host stand waiting for a table I saw their advertisement for the special, it was a piece of printer paper taped to the wall, this could have been drawn on the chalk board by the host stand, or atleast framed, instead it was an eye sore. taking a closer look at their bubble light fixtures they are either plastic, dirty, or both, just detracts from the visual quality of their decor. Upon being seated my party was served water, their water glasses are plastic, which just kind of rubs me wrong, this may seem kind of knit picky, but ask yourself how many medium end establishments have you gone to recently where you were served anything in a plastic, it just feels cheap. Service was friendly, however not entirely knowledgeable about the menu, and not particularly swift. One of my party members asked about whether or not an item came with cilantro and if it does to not put it on their food. Our waiter tells her the item does not have cilantro and has nothing to worry about. She gets her food with cilantro integrated into her food. (Side note cilantro is a somewhat common allergy, it won t kill anyone but if someone says don t put it in their food it is because it will make an entire item taste like soap to them) we got our food in a reasonable amount of time, but we had not been given silverware. We ask for this as soon as we were served our food. The girl that brought our food out shortly responds and walks off, we wait about 90 seconds, I set a timer. 3:13 later We have to ask a second time for silverware. By the time we get silverware our food has sat in front of us for nearly 6 minutes. The only food which I can speak to the quality of is the chicken and waffles, I enjoyed this item but it was nothing to write home about. I like the variety in how the chicken is served, a leg a wing, and breast, all fried. And I think they have an interesting idea with their approach to the waffles as I believe it was cheddar that there is a hint of in the waffles. All things considered this restaurant is alright, it doesn t really set itself apart from others especially in the area, I would be more partial to first watch next time I go out for brunch in this area, but this establishment is not the worst choice.

We have wanted to try this place in the past but it was just too busy every time. One Saturday AM we drove by and saw it was not too busy, so we decided to check it out. I had made online reservations and we were seated right away. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food came out pretty quickly and was very delicious. I truly appreciate the food not being too salty. The potatoes were so good and I had to stop eating them because I ran out of room. We will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anyone for breakfast or brunch.

We were a large group of women dining together for a Galentines outing. We were unimpressed by two of the more expensive items on the menu as they were not very flavorful, but just OK. It was, indeed, very busy and remained full the entire time we were there but as far as the food quality it was mid compared to other brunch spots we have visited. Wheelchair accessibility: While there is handicap parking and I believe accessible entryway, maneuvering inside with a wheelchair would be cumbersome.

You ve got to come here! Everything is so good! I ve been here a few times, and I ve never been disappointed. The breakfast stuffed avocado is highly underrated. Forgive the picture - I was only able to eat half because it was so filling. My husband had the chicken fried steak and loved it! My favorite, though, is the mimosa flight. The atmosphere is wonderful and modern. I love the touch of plant life that is everywhere, although it is fake. There is an outdoor seating area, but I cant comment on how it was because it was cold outside, so everybody was inside. The service was a 9 out of 10, the missing additional point having nothing to do with our waitress (kitchen staff), who was wonderful & deserves a raise; I wish I remembered her name. I got the lemon poppy seed pancakes made gluten-free (GF) and the crispy breakfast potatoes. The pancakes were some of the best gluten-free pancakes Ive ever had and I had absolutely zero reaction to them. Things were a bit more on the pricey side- it was $5 for a side of bacon & $6 for a side of 1 pancake. However the portions were pretty big. I only stopped by because I was in the area, but if Im ever in town again I will definitely come here. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free and vegan options. Parking: Kind of a small shared parking lot with other busy establishments nearby. May be a small walk to get to the restaurant from wherever you have to park.

There was a 45 minute wait. We waited patiently in the car for 50. Went inside and asked why we haven t been texted yet, and they said the machine hasn t been sending texts. They went ahead and sat us down (party of 2) and left to get us a water which never arrived. The other half of the restaurant was empty where they sat us. A party of 5 came in shortly after us/ next to us and they had the luxury of getting water and their order taken after we sat and waited for 10 minutes. Arrived today at 11:10am to be exact as a party of 1 for brunch. Upon my arrival no one was waiting to be seated & the bar was full so I figured it wouldn t take long to get a small booth. Soon as I sat on the waiting bunch it seemed like 30 people started arriving all at once getting put on the waitlist. I sat for 40 mins & watched every group ranging from 2 ppl - 5 ppl get seated before me. Not once did the hostess engage in eye contact, give me any update, didn t even ask for my name but was quick to seat people who just walked in. To be a party of 1 & have to wait for over 40+ mins is ridiculous. Even if the host forgot about me I shouldve been at the top of the list. I will NEVER attempt to visit this place again! I just wasted my time while starving to be completely disregarded. Although I m sure management doesn t care, I hope someone else who just wanted to have a simple brunch at a place people rave about doesn t experience what I did.

I receive better service at waffle house than this place. I have never done a review in my life, in this case I had to. The server took my order and basically hid in the kitchen the whole time. It wasn t busy and I noticed he was doing that with all his tables. Im usually a great tipper(25% or more), sometimes tip more than deserved just like this case and I don t even think it was worth the 5$ tip honestly. Update : September 2023 I wont return here. Calvin, the manager, is the reason for the review going down from a 4 star to a 2. It was his frugality. I ordered a twisted sangria which was advertised as fresh fruit, peach juice, and champagne It was terrible, had muddled fruit and fruit debris that looked like seaweed or bug wings floating around it. Every sip I took, I swallowed fruit chunks. I asked the waiter could I exchange it and he went to get Calvin, the manager. I asked Calvin could my drink be exchanged for the mojito, which was not the absolute best (liquor-content wise), but better than what I currently had. He gave me a run around answer, and I had to get him back on track: so for clarity, youre telling me no I cannot exchange this drink. He tried to give me a run around answer again, but at this point I was tired of talking about it. He finally said no, and explained in so many words that since thats THEIR recipe for the Sangria, and it was no fault of theirs, that I would have to pay, regardless of if I drink it or not. I asked him to remove it from the table. He said he wont remove it from my tab. Irritably, I told him I dont care about that, and that I just asked for him to move it off the table because I did not want to drink it. There must have been some language barrier there, because at the end he asked if I wanted him to remove it. YES!!! This will be a $12 lesson for the business, because I wont be returning. Its not just him as the reason either. The food is mid, and the service is tier 2 mid. I may just be one person, but they lost future business with me, my guest (who did no like her food. Chicken unseasoned. $20 flaming whiskey pancakes MID) and whoever else decides to read my review and wants to visit a place whose service and product matches the aesthetics. Im tired of mid food and service but Instagram worthy establishments. Calvin, sometimes the temporary dollar isnt as beneficial as repeat customers. My next bill there couldve been triple the amount of the beverage you refused to take off of the bill. But again, this is a $12 lesson. Oh yea - chicken bacon ranch wrap- more lettuce than anything. 3/5, if that. Fries were good. 4/5. Service -- he was very forgetful and had to be reminded a few times of things we requested. Sweet though. But no- Calvin absolutely sealed the deal. Update the menu that we cant send back drinks we dont want. Oh, and be prepared. Never mind the 50 minute wait on Sunday, the place is very loud and you cant have a conversation with your guest at the table. The menu has a lot of choices and we only tried 3 items out of about 40. No one was overly impressed, but the food was okay. Table of 4 with tip expect to pay close to $100 for full breakfast or lunch. Would I go back, probably just to give some of the other menu items a try. Should you eat here? Yes, you may like it if spicy breakfast is your thing. Just dont expect a 5 star experience.

Our service for a party of 2 was absolutely on point. Laura took great care of my wife and I. I wasn t impressed with the flavor of the lamb chops, but the presentation was solid. My wife is still gushing over the French Toast with Peaches and Cream. We will definitely be back. And soon. Like next weekend! I would not eat here if I were you! I am completely disgusted with this restaurant! My aunt and son ordered the chicken and waffles, when the food was received the chicken was damn near bleeding! The owner had the nerve to advise when you fry whole chicken that is how it is supposed to look! His ride behind even advised me to google it! As a black woman I have been eating and cooking chicken alllll my left and neverrrr have I heard of such foolishness! I asked for cooked chicken! This man took the chicken my son have touched and ate off of. When he returned it was the same chicken re-cooked! They took the chicken that was touched and bitten on and put it in the same grease/pan that is used to cook other peoples chicken (insert vomit emoji)! I advised him that is unsanitary and to remove the meal off my tab and since he directed me to google I would be happy to leave a review! My wife and I ate brunch here recently. My food was good, albeit a bit pricey for what you get. My wife however, ordered the Korean pulled pork, egg and quinoa bowl, but when it came, it was couscous and not quinoa. Our dissatisfaction was not so much in the food mistake, but the reaction to the error. My wife continued to eat, just leaving the couscous, but when our wait staff came and asked: Is everything alright with your food and I pointed out the meal was couscous and not quinoa. He said, No, I think thats quinoa to which we said okay (to not cause any kind of issue after he insisted), but then he never returned. He literally never returned. We finished our meal and sat talking and trying to get his attention for 5 minutes trying to signal we would like the check (seeing him, but being ignored), then ultimately we stopped another wait staff. They said they were going to get our waiter, but the same person later came back with the bill themselves. What would have otherwise been an okay brunch outing, ended up being spoiled by significantly subpar service.
