Place is a joke, was hyped up that we had an easy case would win easily in a trial. Then, discovery happened Zimmerman knew the defendants attorney said they played golf together.... well litigation comes I am advised my best option is to settle all of a sudden our case wasnt strong anymore. So I agreed with the terms as long that my future medical problems as a result of accident would be took care of, as in future surgeries I told would be required. The opposite party supposedly agreed. However I never received any additional info about any of that after my settlement came, now here I am needing another surgery as a result from my accident and am fixing to come out of pocket with my insurance. Lawyers are scam artist they make empty promises and dont hold up to what you need, as I said I informed my attorney representing me that I needed the medical to settle was informed I got it, but have never received anything stating so. I advise go elsewhere study your attorney like you are fixing to marry them and make sure they hold up to what they promise.

I was rear ended July 21st, 2023. I knew I needed a lawyer, and didnt have any experience. A little over a year ago I was in a minor auto accident but I was left with major injuries. I had no idea what to do and my insurance was no help with guiding me towards any help with medical. They helped me solve my case! I was always in contact with the secretaries, it was only when there were offers that I spoke to the lawyer on the phone. My case was resolved in a year, I really liked the place where they sent me for the therapies, only that my therapy was not as successful as I would have liked. I called this law firm after suffering an accident on the highway. They were very professional and quick in their communication about my case. I recently moved here from California and have an open work-comp case there. I was told by the adjuster that my benefits would cease if I did not find a doctor. I couldn t be more satisfied with this firm. Mr. Cotner and Tracy kept me updated with my case and were very responsive to my questions via email and phone call. I was hit by an uninsured driver who totaled my paid off car and left me with the burden of a new car payment as well as medical debt from my injuries. My accident had happened in Feb 2018, I was on my way to work when I was stopped on the road waiting to make a legal left hand turn, when I was struck from behind by a person going 75mph in a car. I was rendered unconscious and shoved into oncoming traffic where I was hit by a 18wheeler going 70mph. I had decided to wait on getting a lawyer and thought it would be a good idea to try and handle things myself. So I waited on the insurance adjuster to do everything he was supposed to do and 6 months later when he called me he offered me $1,800 for my pocket money. Obviously I turned that down and decided to get a lawyer. I was sitting at work talking with one of my residents and a commercial came on for Daniel Stark. I wasnt super impressed with his ad and didnt get a good vibe from it either. Then a commercial came on for Zimmerman Law Firm and I got a good vibe from it and scheduled an appointment with them that night. When I went into Mike Zimmermans office I was nervous and scared. He made me feel comfortable and I felt like I could trust him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes over absolutely everything in a way in which you can understand without making you feel like youre being talked down to, lied to or like youre going to get screwed over by them. He doesnt make you feel intimidated, but rather like youre apart of his family. (Also, during our appointment he also spoke to me about my weight. At the time I was 370lbs, and he is the only person that actually talked to me candidly (for 45 minutes) about my weight and how bad it is on my body and mind. He did it in a loving and respectful way. It is thanks to him that I have lost 178lbs and am living a happier, healthier life with my family.) Over the last 2 years I have stayed into contact with Mikes legal secretary Karen Smith. She is an amazing woman that has kept me updated on my case. Any weird of off the wall question I have ever asked her she has answered and she has never made me feel bad or less than for anything. I have also kept her upto date in my weight loss so she could let Mike know as well. I absolutely adore Karen and am so incredibly glad, grateful and thankful that I met her (even though I met her due to a negative situation). She is incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable, and strong. I would absolutely recommend Zimmerman Law Firm to anyone that has been in a car accident, and I would also recommend going to him right away (instead of waiting like I did). Mike is an amazing lawyer and has an amazing staff backing him. You will be in good hands and can rest easy knowing that he is on the case. I am so incredibly thankful that I found them, they saved my life and they got me the money I deserve for the accident. Id 100% recommend him to everyone.
