Rude, dismissive franchise owner who does not know how the online ordering from the cinnaholic website works. This owner called and left me a voice mail stating that I placed an order for a cookie cake at 4:10 pm to be picked up the same night at 6:15pm and that if I had read the information online I would have seen that 24 hours notice is needed. I had just gotten out of work, so I called back and tried to explain that I placed the order Sunday and have a text message confirmation showing when the order was placed. This man argued with me that I must mean the arlingron store because he doesnt send text confirmations. I explained it was from the online ordering, and he still argued that it wasnt the case because he just got the order. I understand their must have been a glitch in the system, but he couldnt seem to grasp the concept that I ordered 2.5 days ahead and had text confirmation. He said he couldnt get the cake done in time, so I asked if I could cancel and get a refund. He then said he couldnt do that either since he didnt take the payment because he doesnt take payment over the phone... I explained again that I ordered online and had already paid, so I would need a refund if they couldnt make the cake. He said I would have to deal with that with cinnaholic corporate because he didnt take the payment. He kept telling me he was trying to make the situation right while refusing to listen to the issues I had, which started with his rude voice mail. Eventually, after asking what exactly he could do since it was my sons birthday and he couldnt manage to do a refund, he finally said he could have the cake ready by 7 or 730 that evening. The cookie cake itself was good, but this owner is a joke, rude, and doesnt seem to understand the systems of the franchise he bought into.

For the life of me, I ll never understand why this location in Mansfield opens at 10 AM. I had a family member from out of town who is vegan and has never tried their cinnamon rolls, which are delicious by the way, and she was not able to get a cinnamon roll before she left town because they open at 10 AM! So, as I write this review, I m sitting at the Cinnaholic on Cooper Street in Arlington. They open at 8 AM. These hours make more sense. I ll never comprehend the purpose of you guys staying open later at night, and opening so late each morning.

Waited in line patiently, after the person in front of us was finished we moved up to order spot. The worker spoke towards us so I assumed he meant us (as we were next) and went to order. He ignored us and specifically asked for the person behind us who had just walked in for their order. Completely over looking us who had been standing there. AWKWARD experience, the man working there clearly has no customer service skills and he didn t even acknowledge us or say something in regards to clearly skipping us. Not missing out anyways, cookie dough is about as good as grocery store and from previous experience the rolls are not great either, mine was stale last time. Thought we d give em another chance but no thanks! lol

Omg best desert I ve ever had?! First timer and this does not compare to Cinnabon or anything similar. Definitely on another level! Ordered the strawberries and cream and husband got smores. All was very tasty and too good!! 10/10 highly recommend!

Yesterday was my second trip to the Mansfield location. My first was in March and it was absolutely devine. Yesterdays visit not as much, however. The rolls were cold, dry and a bit stale, although they looked deliciousand were still pretty good. The young lady at the counter was very sweet, but the tall older guy was not very friendly to other customers as they tried to order, telling them he didnt have time for them to decide and implying they needed to hurry up with their choice. We took our rolls to go they were good but we may try a different location next time.

To have something so yummy and so delicious right in my backyard simply isn t good for my sweet tooth. I try to only indulge about once a month because it s sooooo good. Not only are their cinnamon rolls delectable but their customer service is flawless! Tonight, I was a little late arriving. Like 8:30 or so and the bakery closes at 9. Zaniya was so kind and so sweet. She was so engaging and didn t mind that I was coming in near closing. I it here!

My family loves our cinnamon rolls, so when we saw that there was a store dedicated to cinnamon rolls nearby, we were really excited! We came in and told the girl working that we d never been in before and asked what was good but she said she had only tried the original and it was okay, which didn t inspire a whole lot of confidence we just ended up getting the original roll which was pretty dry even with the frosting. The frosting was super sweet (which was expected) and had a gritty texture. The two workers were preoccupied with messing around with one another and not really concerned with customers, which wasn t the greatest feeling with it being our first visit. Between the mediocre rolls and subpar service, I don t think we ll be back

Hubby and I came by today. I got old school with chocolate chips, he got caramel with pecans. Ive got to say they were pretty tasty. Some places like this make their rolls/ topings overly sweet. To the point where you just feel sick after eating a few bites. This was just right not over sweet it was just enough.

The staff is young, so theyre probably still learning. The presentation of the cinnamon rolls was not great. Presentation is part of a food experience, something has to look appetizing before eating it. A glop of icing was sloppily plopped on the cinnamon rolls. Overall theyre ok. They both were kinda dry until you got to the very middle. Not for me but I can see the appeal if they were properly made..and had 1/3 of the icing/frosting. 7 out of 10.

I was happy to receive a warm greeting upon entry this time, yet my mood quickly tanked when I learned that this location was not prepared to deliver as advertised. Just 2 days earlier I received both text and email notifications of Cinnaholics new Fall Flavors menu items, along with a coupon for this location, offering a discount on said fall items. I arrived around noontime on Saturday prepared to enjoy the new Pumpkin Spice Roll, but saw no marketing of such and was told by an employee that none of the fall items would be available until next week. I reluctantly ordered from the standard menu. My irritation reignited when I received my order inside of a black plastic bag (clearly against the franchise brand standard), reminiscent of something one would expect to receive from a small-town, no-name gas station. I called Cinnaholics Arlington location and learned that they were stocked with the full fall lineup. So, as a lady with high standards who gets-what-she-wants-when-she-wants-it, I made the trek to Arlington for a proper experience...and packaging.

I got the cookie monster cinnamon roll which was very sweet, as expected. All four of my kids got a container of cookie dough. I thought the portion of the cookie dough for $5 was fair. I thought the cinnamon roll was very overpriced at $7.50, plus tip. There were five people working and it was quite busy with takeout orders and people in line. While the staff was not unfriendly they were not very welcoming. However, they were very accommodating when we asked for water. It would have been easier if the water container provided was full but, it was empty. Also one trash can made it more difficult to clear our area when we were done. I also thought the papergoods should be sturdier as my fork broke and my paper container was broken down by the end of my cinnamon roll. The tables were all dirty and the restaurant itself was pretty crowded not room for people to stand in line while others were eating. For me, it was good but not excellent. Still room for improvement.

I ve been so excited to try this place and it did not disappoint! We got the Pecan and the Cookie Monster both were amazing! They are huge too so we have leftovers! Not very friendly staff, but worst part was the hard cinnamon roll on the sides, cinnamon rolls are supposed to be super soft. I can make better ones from home but sometimes I want to go to a specialty shop! This def isn t one. The amount of sugar in all their ingredients is unbelievable and gives instant headache. The options are endless and a bit overwhelming. I asked the cashier for help with deciding but she didn t seem interested in helping, said she had only tried one flavor. I recommend having a taste testing for everyone who works there. Regardless, the cinnamon roll was fantastic. The flavors were amazing without all of it being too sugary. Yesterday was the grand opening for the Mansfield location and the vibe was cinna-licious!!! As I was waiting in line, I was watching the faces of others in line. The awaiting customers couldn t resist the smiles that the music brought to their faces or when the beat dropped, to rock to the beat with their children in arms. Once I entered inside, the cool air and the smell of freshly baked rolls greeted me with an inviting aroma. The guy at the register was so pleasant. But most of all, the taste of my ole fashion did NOT disappoint!!! It was actually the best I had ever tasted!!!! Better than one of my long time favorite and their competitor. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!!!!
