Ive used Connell at the Magnolia Law Group for several different legal needs and would recommend him to any small/medium sized business looking for legal work (for example - start up, asset or company purchases, general legal guidance, business and employee contracts, etc.). Hes insightful, very knowledgeable, communicates well, has integrity, and highly effective (not to mention his rates are reasonable - especially given the quality of legal work he does). I have many lawyers in my family (including my grandma who was the asst. dean of a law school), so I know the legal field well and have worked with many lawyers over the years. There are some lawyers who are honest, are interested in doing the right thing, and yet highly effective and can get you down the best path possible. I use Connell because he fits into that category!

A google search led us to Magnolia Law Group and we are so grateful to have found Mr. Connell Hess! While representing us in our business legal matter, his expertise instilled such confidence, that our stress was always at a minimal. Mr. Hess always made himself readily available to us. We never felt out of touch or had to wonder how things were progressing with our case. Mr. Hess is not only incredibly knowledgeable in his field but he really is a caring, honest, genuine guy - a true family man who really does look out for his clients and their wallet. Mr. Hess would explain to us certain avenues that we could pursue throughout our case but he would always be absolutely honest with us regarding the risk/reward of our choices and if our outcomes would be worth the legal fees it would cost us. Not one time did he put himself or increased billable hours ahead of looking out for what was best for us. We are so proud to have met Mr. Hess, had him represent us and will always refer back to him with any matter that comes our way. Although our legal issues werent a pleasant thing, it was our pleasure to work with such a great legal firm and attorney!

We needed legal help with a dishonest supplier. They promised a good supply but we got horrible product. Connell was able to negotiate a fair settlement. The company would not work with us until we retained an attorney. Magnolia law group stepped up to the ring and fought for the little mom and pop shop. Came through and did above and beyond. I would recommend them for any business dispute, business legal matter, or contract review. We look forward to having magnolia law group help us with our business terms and conditions, reviewing legal documents and they will be 1st call when an issue arises. They told us reasonable expectations. Told us our best angle to argue and we got what we wanted. With our settlement we were able to buy another truckload of goods to sell and make some money as honest businesses should be able to do. If I could give 6 stars I would. They deserve it.
