I would give a 4.9 if I could. Simply because during my Colonoscopy I woke up and could feel pain. I couldnt move or talk. Apparently, the anesthesiologist noticed, and I went back to sleep! Other than that? I have had nothing but 100% satisfaction with all staff members. I even told Husband Dr Waddle is my favorite Dr. She speaks to me in laymans words. And most importantly, she listens! She is absolutely adorable. I wish I could see her for all my medical needs! (Waco Texas!)

Unfriendly, uncommunicative, loose records. Do not listen to the patient. All around one of the worst doctors offices I ve ever had to go to. Only get two stars cause they take my insurance and the waiting room is quiet.

The automatic service sucks. I held on the phone for over 25 minutes and never got to an operator. I also typed in the first and last name of the physician but was informed there was no match. I was glad there was no emergency.

I suppose common courtesy doesnt exist at this clinic. We had an appointment scheduled, and THE MORNING OF, suddenly we find out it has been cancelled. Just out of the blue. No heads up, no reason why, no letting anyone know anything ahead of time or anything. Pathetically unacceptable.

Worst place to see a Dermatologist, the women at the check in/out desk are disrespectful and they need classes to learn how to receive patients, they did not even reply to my good morning greeting. Like why are you at the front desk if you are going to make faces and roll eyes at patients? They had me waiting for my daughters appointment for months and the day of the appointment they were not ready to receive her, they had missed referrals and everything was chaos. I made so many calls to the referral department but nobody answered me, when they answered they hung up on me twice, I left voice messages but nobody called me back.

I have been seen in Family Practice, Opthamology, Podiatry, Dermatology, Gastronomy, the Lab and Radiology. I have been impressed with everyone there from the people that check you in, the nurses, the technicians and the Doctors. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and make sure that you understand. My Primary is Dr. Christopher Grant. I trust him. He includes me in decisions. I feel very lucky to have him in charge of my healthcare. I would give him an A++++

A receptionist in one department gynecology one on the far left as you go in the door was horribly rude I was so shocked I didnt say a word which is not like me at all.. I suppose it was for the best I kept my mouth shut. But it sure speaks poorly for someone connected to the hospital as wonderful as Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest,.. there were two or three other receptionist setting to her left that were just as friendly and cordial and helpful as they could be which is typical of Hillcrest Baylor Scott & White. Remember this is no bad report on Hillcrest Baylor Scott & White at all I have nothing but praise for them. this old gal Im talking about should be fired immediately if not sooner. Thanks for letting me vent.

After three surgery s at BS&W Waco I am convinced they are the best hospital I have ever used! I had a total knee replacement May 3 which went flawlessly and the pain is much lower than expected! Also the nurses and other care givers were amazing especially my night nurse Robin and the PCT Michael were just friendly and you had no doubt they really care about you! I would be crazy to go anywhere else!

My grandmother is a patient of Dr. Grants. She has been using the same insulin needle for the past two weeks because the office does not return her calls to receive more. My mother called the office yesterday to ask to come pick some up and did not receive a call back or a confirmation to pick them up. My grandmother is 82 and it is VERY dangerous to be using the same needle to get the medicine she needs to continue living every day. Id give zero stars if I could. Shame on you.

I was having issues with my refills on my meds. I called in and spoke with someone I think her name was Carrie. (Not sure of the name I know she said her name and said she was the refill coordinator) She was really rude and wanted to argue with me about my refills. I told her never mind I would just run out and have my Dr redo them all on my next appointment this coming month. She said she could do a 30 day supply and I specifically told her do not do that and we ended the call! I get a call from the pharmacy that my meds are ready I go to pick them up and now I have 39 day supply of meds I was supposed to refill on the 5th. Now I can t get those down when it s time because she sent in the 39 day supply. People just don t listen. My refill dates were already all over the place now it s even worse. If I ever have to call again and she answers I ll just hang up and call back later until I get someone else, hopefully that will be Tracy I NEVER have an issue with her.

Customer service has improved. The people meeting us at the reception desk seem to be helpful than in my past experiences. I would like for everyone to go back to pre-pandemic status of not wearing masks including doctors and nurses. I find it so hard to hear masked people speaking to me. We have lived with other viruses for centuries.

My mother had her appointment canceled upon arriving 15 minutes late. We had called ahead to say we might be late by that much. We were told to proceed there as the doctor wanted my mother to be seen due to fall risk. Evidently, there was no internal communication among the staff. As there are serious mobility issues involved, the move to another S&W clinic was quite an undertaking. Some level of accommodation was promised and not fulfilled, and would certainly have been appreciated. Kind but totally inept staff.

I just wonted to say don t get on the staff every one, they are over worked under paid, with the cut backs each one is doing the same as 3 people , so one is trying to do what 3 did at one time. And I know this for a fact. I have friends in Moscow Russia they charge you 100 dollars to come to your house for a swab test. 100 dollars in Russia is about 2 dollars, I am home right now sick for 3 days, I do not fell like going in to get swab test. Thank you it just me just the way I am. I have been going to Scott & White well let s see first time was when I was 11 years old and now I am 78 This was in Temple.

What kind of clinic doesnt take medicaid?!

Review №37

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. The doctors are wonderful but its the administrative staff that needs to go. The staff at this location seems to think just because they work at a medical facility they are qualified to make medical decisions on behalf of the patient. I asked multiple times to speak to a doctor, any doctor and the administrative staff consistently refused. When I asked a general adminstrative question, I was told by Ms. Sain that it is not her job to answer that question, however, she and the rest of the staff took it upon themselves to delay testing for my child and asked me screening questions I dont believe they should be asking. The director of the facility is rude and condescending so its no wonder the staff is the same way.

I made an appt. in Oct 2019. The appt was on March 12, 2020 8am. Keep in mind the hours of operation at this facility are 8am-5pm.. Our drive here was about 1 1/2 hrs. Not being familiar with this city we had trouble locating it exactly. Needless to say we arrived 7 minutes late at the parking lot. We went in the wrong entrance had to wait in the wrong line for appointment check in. We were directed down the corridor to the correct office. Short story long we arrived and checked in 12 minutes late. The receptionist then tells me you are late and will have to check with the provider to see if you can still be seen. Huh? I was confused. 10 minutes later I was called to another reception and told I would not be seen today and had to reschedule. For crying out loud. You opened at 8am. Thats a big ego. I do not recommend this office and if this is the example the rest of this business of Baylor Scott and White are, then stay clear of them. There are too many doctors and staff still think patients first. Heck I should have done my research before coming here but my doctor office made the choice. Ill be correcting that with his office.

Tried to make an appointment to get our epileptic daughter (only 10 months old, they still didnt care) an appointment just to refill her anticonvulsants since we were out and our doctor resigned yesterday. We were told they couldnt accept any new medicaid patients. Its a sad day when you tell someone who can help that a little girl is having siezures and they wont help over money. Thats all i really need to hear to understand that our health isnt their priority, they are lacking in compassion and are thus most likely a poor excuse for a doctors office filled with uncaring health professionals. Id recommend finding a clinic that actually cares about people, one where the employees actually have a little compassion and will treat you like a human being, not a paycheck.
