I highly recommend the Tinoco Law Firm. I live in the state of Arkansas and here I looked for a lawyer to process a Military Parole In Place. Unfortunately, I was denied. A little discouraged. But having a lot of faith, I decided to look for a lawyer in Texas and thanks to the reviews they have; I decided on Attorney Tinoco and his Firm. I made an appointment and had the interview with the lawyer by telephone. He explained everything very well and referred me to his Legal Assistant Denise Estrada; who explained to me what documents I should send. She filled out forms and they were sent to me to sign. From then on, they took care of everything. About two months later; I received Parole in Place by postal mail. No interview or call. Apart from being a very well prepared firm with a very professional team; They are also very friendly. Very grateful and happy with their services and results. Dont hesitate to call and schedule your appointment with them!

Horrible experience at this law office. All staff is rude and condescending. They make you feel like you just ruined their day by calling or asking questions. When we complained about this they deleted our comments on facebook and dropped the case through text message. Very unprofessional.

I called to check how much will they charge for a consultation and I was advised it was free. The lady that answer the phone was rude and had no idea what I was talking about, after that she transfer me to Rocio Solis and she was worse. She told me my question was not able to be answer by an attorney and when I ask her why if that is exactly their specialty she said well they go to school and their time cost. I never asked for a free consultation, I was advised it was free which is different. I told her I was able to pay the consult and schedule the appointment, but after thinking about her rudeness, I won t pay to be treated like that and will take my business somewhere else. I hope the Mr. Francisco Tinoco has a good reputation since his staff is obviously not good enough. Horrible service. PS: try to answer the phone nicer, instead of saying law office, curtesy is a plus and apparently you guys don t have it.

No greeting when calling the office. I called regarding a couple of questions regarding a petition through marriage but since i have 2 deportations they wouldnt be able to take my case, so i asked since i was a victim of fraud with my prior Daca permit if that would help me such as filing for vawa but i was told a fraud is not a crime..... But if i commit fraud that is a crime and i would have been hold accountable for that so i dont understand how a fraud towards me is not a crime, why because i should let other take advantage of me for not being legal in the USA? Is that what the front lady tried to advice me. Im very confused how a fraud is not a crime coming from a paralegal......

Our case was handled by her assistant, who was very difficult to contact every time I called her when I had questions. And the receptionist is very unempathetic and too rude, in short I would not recommend her service. I want to appreciate The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco and in particular Attorney Tinoco for helping me with my immigration process; indeed it was an awesome experience. They were professional throughout the process and I highly recommend them. In February 2019, my wife (who at then was a Green card holder) and I contacted The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco and we set up an appointment with Attorney Tinoco. He reviewed our case, explained how the whole process will go and then accepted to take up the case. Before we made contact with The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco, we had been to several law offices (more than 5) in the Valley but after we met Attorney Tinoco, he stood out among all the attorneys we had met (his knowledge of Immigration was exceptional). We filed form I-130 alone in September 2019 (since my wife was a Green card holder) and by January 2021, it was approved. My wife became US citizen in August 2021 and we filed form I-485 by September 2021. We were scheduled for interview in February 2022. Attorney Tinoco prepared us for the interview few days prior to the interview at the immigration office. On the day of the interview, Attorney Tinoco was already waiting for us at the immigration office (we were surprised because we thought we will be the one waiting for him; we got there an hour before the time of the interview). The interview was successful and my case was approved at the interview. I received my 10years Green card exactly 10days after the interview (as speculated by Attorney Tinoco). We have always had the practice of looking at several options before hiring a service. I had a list of 6 lawyers to consult before deciding who would be in charge of our adjustment of status. Attorney Tinoco was the first on the list and after a 20 minute appointment my husband and I were signing the contract. Hi my name is Selene, I want to be start by thanking you for your help in my immigration case for my residence. Living in Mexico was not easy but I had to be patient.
