Food and service is always great. Only drawback is it is way too crowded. Cant walk through without bumping into someones chair. And with the crowding, very noisy. Almost yelling trying to have a conversation. Still enjoyable if you dont mind the noise and so many people.

Started off bad when I got the text message saying to make my way inside at 7:22pm came in and by 7:25pm there was no record of anything. After waiting at the front for 10 minutes continuously being asked if I used the wrong name we finally got put into a side seating area. We waited about 5 minutes before someone took our drink and appetizer order. Finally the drinks came and we had to wait another 10 minutes to see a server again to request peanuts / rolls. We finally place our food order (kids size steak medium and a Fort Worth ribey medium rare). My daughters steak was fine but kine came out between blue rare and rare. I asked to have it retired for a few minutes and got it back without the onions I asked for and the only noticeable difference was the outside of the steak was now charred horribly and the center was not much more cooked. I ended up eating about a third of my steak and ended up leaving to get a burger on the way home. My daughter liked her food, so that was a plus but I definitely wouldnt spend almost $80 there again for what they provide.

Delaney was our server and very responsive to our needs. She made sure we had refills and everything was just as we had ordered which it was. My complaints would be the trash on the floor in and around the seating as well as just the general noise level. We were a party of 5 and it was at times near impossible to converse. The place was packed but the music was too loud to enjoy the company as well as I would have liked.

Over priced and under underexceed any expectations i had thought who sevres kraft mac and chzz at a steak house it was really dry the loaded mash was room temperature cheese didnt even melt the steak was exceptionally good the waitress was very accommodating and the rolls were good but very disappointing a three star rating may stll be too much on my part but im trying to be fair Went back a year later and was excited to see they made some changes the Mac and cheese was delicious this time still a little pricey but it s a steak restaurant and I love steak haha and everything else was on point

My steak was cooked perfectly, the waitress was a sweet young lady, very efficient. I was in town for a cousin reunion and when we get together we like to be blessings to others. We all chipped in and gave the waitress a very nice tip! The waitress. Came back a few minutes after taking the tip and was so thankful! She didnt know how she was going to pay her bills and had prayed about it that morning and her prayers were answered!

Food was horrible. Ordered my steak medium. It came out, medium well. Sweet potato with marshmallows was burned sent it back brought second one it was burned Manager Diana was not very nice very rude our waiter Hunter was extremely nice, but nice doesn t get good food kitchen was backed up. They need to get it together in the kitchen manager. Shouldn t even have brought a burn item out. she needs to retrain on what food looks like kitchen Diana said this sweet potato looked normal. What do you think it s burned even marshmallows were black. Toasted marshmallows are a Tinch brown, not black.

Wow, getting here on Friday at about 4 pm was a good time. Soon thereafter, it got really busy. We chose to order the beef tips dinner with mashed potatoes with brown gravy and buttered corn. The beef tips were a bit overcooked, and the gravy was too salty, so dinner wasnt quite enjoyable. However, the fried pickles and warm dinner rolls with cinnamon butter were great! Parking: There is plenty of parking at the new location on Slide Road.

First time having Texas Roadhouse in a long time. We went before the crazy dinner rush and we were seated immediately. Took about 10 minutes to be greeted at the table and about 15 to get drinks. The cheese fries, ribs and steak kbobs were good. The loaded mashed potatoes was missing sour cream and butter. Not a bad experience by any means. We would return in the future. Parking: Really busy location with a lot of parking.

Went there last weekend. Ordered 6oz sirloin with ribs and wife ordered 6oz sirloin with shrimp. Waitress put in order as 12oz ribeye combos on both. Was an 80 dollar meal instead of 60 dollars. The extra money spent was her tip for not paying attention. Always ask waitress to repeat your order. Prices are getting out of control here. Good food but not 80 dollars good.

Seated quickly, 10 minutes on a wait. Our server Beau, was quick to greet us and gave excellent suggestions cocktails, appetizers and even dessert! Food was delicious, ribs were a tad dry but kind of expected it being close to 9 pm. Easy to see why this location has such a good rating, especially with servers like Beau. Will definitely return when passing through again, and hopefully get the same service Beau gave.

Yesterday, my porkchop came out dry. After we mentioned it, they offered to cook another and the manager even came over after to let me knew they would be giving me new sides as well because the others would be cold. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Stopped by to eat on my way back home from Cali. Decoded to give them a try because it is always great (other locations in Mansfield Texas) Recieved our food. My wifes food had multiple hairs. Manager came by and stated he will have the food remade. 30 minutes later I have to get another manager to put the order in. Flipping ridiculous. The worst Roadhouse experience weve ever had. Not one single time did these folks apologize. Just brushed us off like nothing. Will not eat at roadhouse in Lubbock again, period. Terrible managers. You all need to be retrained. Ended up having to take her meal to go. 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the dish. To the little clown manager... young guy with facial hair, you need to be fired. I had to grab the attention of the manager in a blue shirt to do what you said you was going to do. The waiter was ok. I understand he has other tables but he should have been the one following up on the dish. Once we finally got it to go it was charred. Nowhere close to medium. Been a really long time since we have eaten at a Texas Roadhouse. Menu has good variety of steak, chicken, seafood and burgers. The rolls and the butter are the BOMB!! The steak tips were tender, juicy and flavorful. I was expecting plain white rice, but pleasantly surprised by beef flavored rice. Waitress was efficient with a good personality. As a part of my job, I always travel. And Texas Roadhouse is among the restaurants I visit. Im generally satisfied. However, every time I come to the TX Roadhouse in Lubbock, I always encounter a problem. The meat never comes the way I want, the waiters come and ask questions so much that you get fed up. Compared to other restaurants, the music is exaggeratedly loud. I have nothing to say about the taste. At least they are successful in this regard.

My family and myself were sat in one of the side wings of the restaurant. Apparently, this is the same side of the restaurant that all the servers go to hang out and congregate so they can play on their phones. I ll start by saying I love Texas Roadhouse so choosing to eat here on a work trip was a no brainer. I forgot the girls name but it started with a K and she was working the bar. She was sweet though there wasn t a lot of interaction between her and the patrons. She was mostly talking to her coworker. I ordered my steak medium which was brought over by the manager. He didn t even ask to cut it. Just dropped it and took off. I thought that was weird because usually your server waits until you confirm it s cooked to the right temperature. Well, sure enough the steak was way overcooked. It was so dry. The bartender was good about getting it replaced right away. Another manager came to apologize. I was brought another steak but by that time my baked potato was cold. No one offered to replace it and honestly why even bother to ask at that point. I think this location would be great but the attention to detail is lacking. Parking: There s construction and lots of people parked on the street.

Lubbock Texas Roadhouse. The biggest Roadhouse in the world and they still cant grill a steak properly. Ordered a ny strip medium rare - got a med. well ribeye. Then, the next steak was a strip and cooked properly but it was so tough, I couldnt cut it. Third try - got a strip but this time it was extra rare (raw). Ordered another steak and it was good, not great but then again it is Texas Roadhouse. Also went through 4 sweet potatoes, undercooked - couldnt stick a fork in it. Not sure Ill ever go back to this roadhouse. Yes, they took care of the check but here we sit more than 2 hours and still have not eaten yet. We have been to this roadhouse about 8 to 10 times over the past 6 months and have yet to get a steak cooked right on the first try. Oh, the salad was good. The manager was helpful and the server was outstanding.

We went to celebrate my wifes last final of the semester! The steak was very good, And so were the mashed potatoes. Update Today the food was not so delicious. Mushrooms were salty, cold, and burnt. Steak was warm, and beer was not delivered at the correct brand. Awesome place to take a friend, family, significant other, and even a 3 year old. We had a great time there. Atmosphere was fun, our service was awesome and our son even liked our waiter and the food is amazing. Parking: Depends on the time you go. You can park in the lot straight across or the street next to the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: The wait staff was very friendly with our 3 year old son and made sure he had his entertainment asap.

I love the atmosphere but, it took a while for the food to come out. And we got the loaded steakhouse fries last and we found a hair in it and we had to remind them about it. And the server was not that attentive and we always had to ask for her to come to our table.

The music was so loud I couldnt even hear what my husband was saying to me. I dont mind music but you can tone it down a bit. I dont like to shout to be heard. Main course was cooled down, like it had been sitting on the counter for awhile.

If youre not good with a bit of noise then this might not be the place for you. Its lively and have a vibrant atmosphere. Good food and service makes your evening just right. I dont mind the noise.

I know that sirloin doesnt have a lot of conective tissue but if its cooked right it is the healthier cuts. I can cook much better
