We recently made the change to LEAP for our legal software, and Sherri Fossati was assigned to train our staff on how to use it. I cant say enough great things about her, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and if she didnt have an answer, she would go to great lengths to find one, she was responsive, friendly, and just all around great to work with.
