First of all. The place is stunning. Design is beautiful Met my friend for a girls lunch and was not disappointed. Service was great. Had a few vegetarian options that were all tasty. Will definitely be back. (Dont miss the store next door) Vegetarian options: I had tomato soup and I believe it was Mediterranean salad plus a margarita pizza we shared!

EDITED Disappointing because the place has potential. Unfortunately, the managers and owners openly drink shot after shot at the bar to the point of intoxication. Very off putting and unprofessional. I get having a few drinks to celebrate a new restaurant, but getting trashed at your place of employment around customers is a bad look. Seems like a case of dive bar workers, playing dress up in a fancy space.

This is the best place for a girls night! My bestie and I sat at the bar and shared a board and got yummy cocktails. The gelato dessert is a MUST! I really loved the glassware!

Delicious boards, great service, lovely atmosphere. The pizzeti Margherita was a bit too thick, so the mild sauce was not flavorful enough to balance the breadiness. We also would have liked a moscato option on the wine menu. On the other hand, the homemade Boursin was the best Ive ever had -- rich and creamy and with a powerful garlic kick, fantastic! We will be adding this place to our regular rotation! Parking: The immediate lot is small but adjacent parking is available

Candle Bar is exactly what is needed in west Texas!! From the charcuterie to the cocktails, everything is hand made and prepared on site, including the pastas, sauces, salad dressings, and all the breads. The menu is innovative yet easy to navigate! Last night I had a fabulous lavender cocktail and 2 different charcuterie boards and everything was amazing. I can t wait to back tomorrow to try the pizza and pasta!! And just fyi, you will probably want to make a reservation!
