Papa John s has truly gone downhill I continue giving them chances because they were my favorite go-to pizza, on Friday nights, for years! but the last several orders have been ridiculous. The last 3 or 4 times we ordered, we have had flavorless pizza or slices that are burned and inedible. I ve only written a handful of reviews up until now but, after today s order, I decided to leave one for this location. We could only take two slices out of the box before deciding to stop eating. The crust was burned and a few slices didn t even have sauce on them. It was so dry that the crust was peeling off (see picture for reference). We ordered ranch but the side by side slices in one of the pictures will definitely show you which was sauced and which wasn t. The epic stuffed crust was an up-charge of $3 and was also half empty and dry. It s annoying that they charged an extra fee for less than mediocre food. Refund please!

Called to order pizza and was told my card didn t go through. Checked my account to find out the money was taken out my account. The call center asked for another card and I said no the money already came out my account. I asked to talk to the actual store and was answered by a woman . I asked why my order was not placed and she said you money is in limbo. (Very sarcastic). I asked her not to be sarcastic I just want to know why my money was raked out but no order and she hung up on me . I called back to find out the reason I can t get my food and was hung up on again. I drove to store to find out the person that hung up on me was the general manager Leah or something like that. She was rude to me in front of other customers. So I walked out and had my wife order dominoes instead.

I have been going to this location and it has been always a great experience. Today 2-18-24 at around 4pm I order a pickup and older lady stated it would take another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. It was already 20 minutes I order the pizza. So I came back inside after waiting for 15 minutes and nobody would ask me if I needed help. So I had to step up to talk to them and older lady got mad because I got closer to the kitchen. This is unacceptable! 4 people in the kitchen and can t do their job ? The worse thing was My pizza was sitting the whole time ready to be picked up. It was cold when I opened it.

The food was fast fresh and reasonably priced. The manager lady seemed far nicer than the male employee. He seemed aloof and not wanting to deal with customers with how he treated the person in front of me, walking away without speaking or looking at me (did include a dismissive gesture over his shoulder while giving some sort of warbling call for the manager lady) I almost left without ordering but the friendly and competent lady who came out to help me changed my mind. The young man needs training. I smile. A lot. I say yes sir, no ma am; please and thank you. I even go out of my way to try to ascertain if the individual I am about to speak to uses alternative pronouns, going so far as to say things like I use such and such pronouns how about you? Meaning, there is no reason this person had to be rude. Other than lack of training, malingering; or just outright refusal to do the job because of the demographic I look like. Either way, that individual needs to do way better. Or at least find a job where your poor attitude and performance doesn t harm your team or businesses reputation.

Been a while since we ordered from papajohns though we try again. Something changed and whoever changed it should be fired immediately. Placed an order on the app, says ready by X time. Waited 25mins but the tracker wasnt moving so I went into store and asked. Guy at counter says will be 1 and half hour. Doesnt matter if pick up order or delivery. Wow. No wonder dominos is ahead.

Firstly, I commend the driver with Enhlish as his second language for using a translator app. Full order was not sent and store refused to send it, said they would credit our card back instead. Thank you for the credit. By your actions you have guaranteed that is the last interaction you will have with that card again. Dominos is just as close and they have never refused to make their errors right.

I was really looking forward to this place opening up. We ordered by phone around 5:10pm. We were told it would be ready at 5:24. We got there, and to start, they had my name wrong on the order, and apparently, someone else got my order. My kid and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for 1 LG pizza and a small bread stick order. It was not a great first-time experience. Staff was polite, but that doesnt make up for lack of explanation. Sorry, but waiting that long for a small order is just not cool.

Second poor experience with this location. I gave them another chance, but I draw the line at multiple hairs in both my family s cheesesticks and pizza. Other items were also wrong with our order but that was the worst part of our food experience. It looked like it was short enough to belong to a man, brown hair. Received a refund, but I won t be ordering from here again. Manager was accommodating with the refund but honestly didn t seem to care.

Absolutely horrible. Called in an order to have delivered. It was delivered 50min later (without a hot bag) and the entire pizza was cold. I was definitely displeased especially because I tipped generously before it was even delivered. Called and spoke to the manager . I described to her the situation and and she ended up hanging the phone on me while I was talking. I called again, and asked her to please issue a refund, and the process of refunding me. She perceded to argue with me and sarcastically said I pressed the refund buttion without providing me a confirmation number for the refund or an email or when I should receive it. She ended the call once again while I was talking. I definitely will be avoiding this place in the future.

A year ago this location was best delivery pizza. Great hot pizza, cooked to perfection every time. It s been slowly going downhill since then. The last two orders were just terrible. Both couple of orders were to 55-60 minutes to receive, obviously pizza was cold and one order the pizza was over cooked and hard, this last one all dough, little ingredients. I quit after tonight.

We have ordered from this location since 2013. After recently moving, we called to place an order and were routed to a call center in what appeared to possibly be in another country. After communicating to the person on the phone that our address had changed (we moved 5 minutes closer to this Papa Johns location) we were told that we were no longer in Papa Johns delivery area. They then transferred us to the actual location so that we could see if that was actually the case. The person answer the phone asked for our new address. He typed it into their computer, verified the spelling, and then hung up the phone without saying anything else. I guess that answers the question.

This Papa Johns location is my favorite because of their friendly service staff. Me and my 3 sons have ordered from here at least 4 times in the past 7 months and have been served with honest courtesy, from smiling employees with perfect pizzas, breadsticks and twice we ordered brownies that came made to perfection. Please keep up the great attitudes, production and fair prices that keep my family happy and satisfied every visit. I highly recommend this Papa Johns location specifically if you like great pizza offered with great attitudes.

I ordered via online for pick up. My order was ready within 15 minutes. When I arrived I was shocked to see only one spot for curbside pickup. I tapped Im here from the confirmation email & an associate was to my vehicle in less than 2 minutes. She was very friendly & enjoyed that I had my dog & asked to pet her. Food was hot & delicious!

So I just want to start off by saying this is my first time having Papa Johns pizza. I arrived at the store close to closing time and the first thing I noticed was how clean they place was which is rare to be a pizza place. Also, the staff was so friendly and greeted me with a smile on their face and I loved seeing how professional they was with each other. Now the pizza I didnt have high expectations in the beginning because I always known little Caesars they have always been my go to when I need a pizza. Well its fair to say I was WRONG because after I took that first bite I my taste buds went off. The pizza was cooked to perfection and yes I have had pizza under cooked. I originally got the pizza for my husband well now its mines. So I wanted to write this review to say thank you for exceeding my expectations with my first experience with Papa Johns pizza. This place is my new go to when I need a pizza.

Ordered a pizza and it said 77-87 minutes for delivery. Called when I saw the pizza was ready for delivery (tracking). I was told door dash was delivering it. Door dash finally brought the wrong order so I refused it. Called Papa Johns and was told that they were sending me a new order and Id have it in 15 minutes. Told me I would get it free plus receive a credit. I called back later to see what happened to my pizza. I was told it just left. Got a call later from door dash wanting to know if I had received my pizza. The driver went to pick it up and she was told it already left. That pizza never arrived. I dont think this is a door dash problem. This is a Papa Johns management problem. Sending out the wrong orders and losing the orders drivers attempt to pick up for delivery. This Papa Johns needs a new manager, and door dash drivers should avoid working with this store.

I hate making reviews like this. I was excited to try these new Papdias, the ads are everywhere. Im pumped! I order at 9:50pm, tell me why I dont get my order until 11:26pm and I had to meet my driver at the corner in front of my complex to pick up the pizza out of his car because he drove around aimlessly instead of calling me. There is a reason we put our numbers and special directions on our orders right? Look. I get it...its dark, but call, or a courtesy call? Sorry we are running late, we are on our way! Instead I call the store around 10:50pm wondering where the delivery was to find out they were late and when I asked will my order still be fresh (cause Im pumped!), I get told yeah, they are under heating lamp To say the least, my first experience with Papadias, not so fantastic *shrugs*. All Im saying, some common courtesy might have really softened the blow to this. You better believe I still aint it! Im not trying to waist my money but room temp Papadias, wouldnt recommend it.

I usually love Papa Johns, especially this location... However, my pizza was undercooked, cold and had an overwhelming amount of Alfredo sauce on it. It was so hard to eat, falling apart and the Alfredo sauce was drowning out of the pizza. It was so bad I ended up giving the whole pizza to my bloodhounds and they enjoyed it. I also ordered Garlic Knots and they garlic sauce was spilling out of the box all over the pizza box. It was terrible, there was garlic butter sauce everywhere. I couldn t even get the pizza out of the box without the butter sliding off the box onto my countertops. I understand people make mistakes but this order was highly disappointing especially since I order from this location all the time. I usually love the way they make my pizza but unfortunately this was not the one today! I am highly unhappy, and highly disappointed and probably will not return.

So I ordered a pizza from the app which stated it would take 45 minutes... ok fine. I get the pizza and it s as cold as if I took it out of the damn fridge. Try to call they are closed, I heat the pizza up in the oven and feed my family. I call in the morning to talk to the manager and as I am writing this is have been on hold for 24 minutes..... I called in a pick up order. I had no clue what I wanted or what any specials were. The gentleman who answered was more than patient, had no issue answering all my questions, he was very knowledgeable about their product and specials. The price was fair and my order was ready in an acceptable amount of time. The store was very clean and welcoming. I ended up ordering A large meat lovers, easy on the sauce and their special which was a large 2 topping for 7.99. on that pie I wanted half cheese and half pineapple and bacon. The pizza was delicious even though the entire pie was pineapple and Canadian bacon. My fault for not checking the pies before I left the store. I do wish he would have told me it would be CANADIAN bacon instead of good ol American bacon. All in all it was a worth while experience.

This place always makes mistakes like this and their difficult when resolving the problem. I am giving this papa johns 0 stars. I am furious. We ordered 2 pizzas online which was $29.21. Come to find out they charged my bank over $52. I called the customer service line and they proceeded to tell me that it was something i ordered. I said well i only ordered 2 pizzas. They said they arent giving me a refund nor wanting my proof of purchase. The customer service keeps telling me its my fault and not theres. Its outrageous.
