This is a must if you are expecting. We had a great experience as grandparents. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely need to come check them out you will not be disappointed. Loved my teddy bear. We will be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Saw them at 32 weeks pregnant, and Dakota was amazing! She got so many photos of my little girl (even though she was stubborn with her hands in her face 99% of the time) The room was nice & cozy, I would definitely recommend someone to go here for extra photos of their little one!

I had the best experience at 16 weeks pregnant. The technician took her time and took picture after picture to ensure I got the best images to take home with me. She knew all the tricks to get baby to move to the right positions for the ultrasound. The room was quiet and cozy. I highly recommend 4D Moments!!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience the young lady that did our ultrasound was very interactive and has such a great personality, definitely gonna recommend this place to everyone I know that s expecting and we will for sure be returning in a few weeks.

We had two ultrasounds here in the second and third trimesters and have had a great experience both times. I was a little nervous the second time because I was having an ultrasound to see if the baby was breech, but the atmosphere is really relaxed and Dakota was professional and calm which made me more comfortable.

Went to a doctors appointment and they couldn t pick up my baby s heart beat and that made me so nervous because they said I could be under 12 weeks or baby just too small and no heart beat could be picked up. I have been stressed out the last couple of days as they couldn t do an ultrasound till after thanksgiving. Anyways went and made an appointment with 4D moments and explained the situation and they were so kind to get me an appointment the same day I called. I had an awesome experience while they did the ultrasound and she picked up the baby s heart beat and movements right away. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back to get gender revealed. Very friendly business and staff and makes you feel so comfortable during your visit. Check them out you won t be disappointed.

Took my wife back in September and the experience was cool, especially with my in laws in the room. With our first born we didn t get to experience the excitement with our loved ones due to Covid but this 2nd time we got to experience it with them thanks to 4D Moments!

We absolutely love this place. Their new location is wonderful. The bed is extremely comfortable. Christin is amazing!! We have been visiting this Lubbock location every two weeks since week 6 and we have never been disappointed with the service. Our baby doesn t always cooperate but she tries everything she can to get good pictures. She takes her time and the prices are more reasonable than the other place in Lubbock. There s so many packages and add-ons to choose from. I will continue to be a regular client.

I went in today as a Mothers Day gift and left disappointed I paid for the whole spring package that s 30 minutes and the technician only did it for 12 minutes she didn t take her time to get good pictures of the baby I felt as she rushed me out since my toddler wasn t in a good mood, I had went to the one in midland 3 years ago and had a way better experience with attitude, and better pictures

I had an ok experience the quality of the pictures wasn t too good paid over 100 dollars the workers was good but I wish the trainee would have been more knowledgeable about the work my baby was facing my back so we got only a few good pics

My first appt was great, which made me go back a 2nd time. 2nd appt I was completely dissatisfied with the experience. Paid close to $100 for a not good ultrasound and useless photos. The sonographer (training and didnt know what to do, didnt know what buttons to push, etc.) knew they werent getting good photos but kept printing the photos so I was stuck paying for it even after they said my babys face was facing my back. 4D Moments literally is about money and your appts are so rushed. My 2nd appt was so terrible I wouldnt recommend any family or friends to go here. Also beware they charge you an extra $5.00 to use your debit/credit card. Side note Storks Nest here in Lubbock was completely wonderful!!!
