The karaoke tech available and the room itself were solid, but the prices are too high and the food isnt worth what you pay, Definitely wouldnt recommend eating here. Edit after owner reply: such a useless response, but thanks for the math lesson

My favorite karaoke place to visit in the DFW area, ease of use reservation process, flexible start times, great service and the acoustics in the rooms are spectacular. The music selections are vast, covering many different languages, & taps into YouTube quite nicely. Give it a try.

We went for my friend s birthday. We got there at 11 and stayed until 2. The whole time the karaoke machine kept crashing in the middle of songs. At 1:30 our friends left and paid for the room. A couple of us stayed to finish our beers and went to close our tabs at 2. They tried to tell us we had to pay for extra time even tho our friends had already paid. We told them we weren t going to pay and when we walked out 5 guys followed me outside and tried to intimidate me. We left, and the next morning they called my friend and told him he needed to pay for the extra time. They should have told us at 1:30 that our friends had left and they were going to charge us for the last 30 minutes and we could have took our beers to the bar instead.

Great room prices and a decent selection of snacks and drinks. We had a fantastic time overall. The internet connection (necessary for English songs through YouTube) could have been stronger and the tablet could have been wiped down better before we arrived. Will likely return in the future for group events.

Worst karaoke I ve ever been to in 30 years. I came here tonight (Saturday evening) around 11:30pm with a group of friends. After the male staff guided us into a room, he asked us what language we preferred so we said English and then he said that d we have to wait and that s when he said we might have to move to a different room because the current room only supports Chinese. Soon after, a female staff came in and handed us an ipad telling us that we have to use the youtube app to play our songs. WTH? She left the room without any instructions or providing any explanation on how to use the ipad or to play the songs. We had to figure it by ourselves by clicking around, and we even learned that we had to add the word karaoke at the end of the search keywords for videos with lyrics. (In total disbelief that this place calls itself a karaoke at this point) We quickly came to realize we werent in a real karaoke; we were in a paid private room with a TV and an ipad. YouTube videos were AIRPLAYED on the small tv as we tried to make the best of the night. Then all of a sudden, our song stopped. THE INTERNET GOT DISCONNECTED. For the first few mins we were confused why our song stopped and so we clicked, typed and tried to reset the tv feeling helpless. When we had a suspicion that it may have to do with the internet connection, that s when one of my friends stepped outside flagging for help and the same female staff told us that they are already aware of the situation but she didn t tell us what they are doing about it nor when connection would be back. Even though it came back in few minutes It was still very infuriating that the staff knew of the issue but didnt notify the patrons as if they dont care about our experience as long as we pay for the hour no matter what. In the end, staff never apologized for the technical issue nor offered us any time compensation/ monetary discounts but still fully charged us (with group gratuities added) for the one hour even though we lost at least 15 mins figuring things out and waiting for the connection to be back. The sojus were also grossly overpriced and the lobby bar area was full of friends of the workers hanging out and smoking cigarettes outside of the entrance. Overall the group left feeling very unimpressed and dissatisfied and we ll probably never return here again. Unprofessional staff and below subpar equipments. (No tambourine also lol) Please go elsewhere. ANYWHERE but here. Just use your home tv to sing than give money to this shady business.

My first time going to this karaoke it was fun because me and my friends we singing. It wasn t the best honestly. It was suppose to be an hour but the person there didn t tell us, so we ended up paying more. If they are going to be strict about the times they should have a timer or ask the costumer how much time they want. It s just regular business. Not only that but the microphones gave up a few times and we had to stop it. All the person in the counter could do is tell us that he can t do anything about it. Was was suppose to be a 50 dollar fun turned out to be a waste of 80 bucks .I wouldn t go again since it was very expensive for the microphones to just give up like that.

Some friends recently rented one of the karaoke rooms at this establishment. We were really excited to be a part of it! Unfortunately, compared to other places out there, this one didnt live up to the hype. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: *Its really nice having a private room to enjoy karaoke with your friends. If youre a bit shy, this gives a little more confidence to belt out your favorite tunes. *The staff was overall nice. Cons: *The building was a bit creepy and seemed somewhat unclean. The bathrooms had multiple stalls with no toilet paper and the sink looked pretty dirty. *There were numerous technical issues throughout our 2 hours there, but it was never addressed from a financial standpoint (i.e. an offer to discount the cost), and it just seemed like business as usual ---not a big deal to them. *We had to pull up song options from YouTube. It worked for the most part, but some songs ended up not having lyrics on the screen. *They add 18% gratuity to every party for food and drinks. Theyre well within their right to do this, just be aware before ordering. *The drink I ordered was not good. It was a basic mojito, but was about 95% lime juice. It was $12 with gratuity, but I only drank about 1/4 of it, and that was after adding water to it. Overall, it was fun and we mostly had a good time. But Im not sure it was worth the money paid for it. Well likely head to other places in the future.

We found Space Karaoke while in town for a wedding. We reserved a medium-sized private room for 3 hours with a beer and snacks package . The medium-size rooms are rented for $35/hr but the room price was included in the package which included 24 beers, various snack chips, and fruit slices. The total cost was $197 plus tax. This is approximately the standard price for comparable services in Asia as well where private singing rooms are plentiful. The medium-size private room was huge and could easily accommodate 10 people comfortably. Space Karaoke is clean and in a well-lit, safe plaza. The business is Chinese-American owned and operated and, as such, the karaoke machines were set to operate in Chinese as a default. However, the manager Casey (dressed in a beautiful hanfu) and staff member Hao (a US Army veteran) were extremely helpful in demonstrating how to operate the karaoke machine in English. We had a great time at Space and would definitely go again. I know that 3 hours of karaoke seems like a lot, but the time flies by when you are in there having fun and having the extra time removed the stress of worrying that we wouldn t have enough time to sing everyone s favorites. Thanks again Space Karaoke, Casey, and Hao for a wonderful experience!

We went here on a Sunday night. No one there. Just me and my husband. We walked in and one of the workers literally was very annoyed we walked in. Then they placed us in a private room right next to rooms where other employees were and they were all hanging out in front of our room watching us. It was very creepy and unprofessional. We asked if they could hear us as an attempt to get them to leave and they laughed them continued to just hang out and watch us through the little door window. Then being their only costumers we went 10 minutes over our time allowed and they didn t warm us or alert us our hour time limit was approaching and charged us for 2 hours. I would just imagine a place that has karaoke machines that mainly read an Asian dialect, had a bar menu that only half was available and literally zero patrons would be a little more gracious and welcoming. I felt creeped out, unwelcomed, and watched. They have cameras of each room displayed behind the bar. As well as the convention of employees that hung out in front of our room watching us for an hour.

I love the atmosphere and decor! The room we got for 6 of us were good size. Has long couch, with long narrow table. The system is touchscreen, has features such as volume, play list, voice on/off option...although, we couldnt find some songs. The 2 mics were great and has the non-rolling feature. There were no instruments to tap to the beat. There is a bell to ring from the room to get staffs attention. Why only 4 stars? Well, the ladies restroom was 2 stars. I asked for soap, and none was refilled or provided, even when I went in there the 2nd time after that. It was not clean the first time I went in there. The bathroom tissue were not in the roller, just sitting on top of it, which made it hard to roll out to use, haha!

Very hard to get in contact with the location. Had to try multiple times to get a reservation, but no one answers the phone unfortunately or their own online booking system. Finally got a booking through google reservation, but then on the night of no one is at the place. It s not even open? Called the store again, text the number and finally got a response 30 minutes later saying there is traffic and for us to wait. We already left, you can t expect people to wait on you especially when you accepted the reservation. Got another text 40 minutes after my original start time saying the employee is now here. I m sure the place is nice, but I expect better service than this.

I LOVE this place. Amazing experience, staff is very helpful, music catalog is great, rooms are neat and look great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there isnt an English option to pick music, but the servers are very helpful with that. Once you understand what the buttons do, its not too difficult to navigate and searching for English artists, just an inconvenience. Other than that one hiccup, the experience is 10/10. Friends, family, coworkers, whoever it will be a great time I can guarantee you that!

The bar refused to give me an individual tab. I was in a group of 12, when it came time to pay our individual bills, they couldn t break up the room bill and added automatic gratuity of 15% on the bill. I would have tipped better if they were capable of giving me a proper bill for just my part. Would not recommend unless one individual intends to pay for everything. If the bill needs to be split, the staff is incapable of doing anything but annoying the people trying to pay. On top of all that, the air conditioner wasn t working in our room, so it was too hot. We payed more than you d pay for a hotel room just to play our own music on YouTube on their TV. A hotel room would be a better deal and you d get it longer.

It was fine as far as service and food was concerned. However, the karaoke computers are 90% in Chinese leaving English speakers like my friends and I struggling to search for songs. That, and once we did figure out how to use it, the typical selection wasnt readily available not were the songs synced well that we did find.

The KTV environment is quite good, the service staff is very good attitude, very patient to teach me to use their singing system. The bartenders are also very professional and offer drinks at reasonable prices. What surprised me most was that their room couldnt have been better for a party. Ill definitely come back next time.

Horrible customer service. Really shocking that this place is still in business. Not sure if it s the language barrier but maybe hiring someone more fluent in English will help. All the signs are in what I assume is Korean but what s in English is in size 2 font. This place is very deceiving. We were told the room was $40 an hour. But when we cashed out it was $80 an hour because we were in a larger room, which we didnt ask for. Mind you, we were there for 3 hours. Then the gratuity was added onto the bill as well. They dont give you all the information up front. Will not be going again. I see as the owner you replied. First of all we told your staff there was only 4 of us so therefore gratuity should NOT have been added. The server did not mention to us of a larger or smaller room, so furthermore, why would your staff give us a larger room if its only 4 of us?.. Yall are just getting over on people.. #moneyhungry

Got charged twice for the gratuity. Total $90 the 2nd one was $50. How are you okay with still keeping the 2nd charge for tip knowing you got the 2nd tip from someone who was unaware that he was already charged the first time. In response to the merchant. I highly recommend you roll back your camera if you have cctv. please show me where your staff advised of such thing. Also, I did not see the itemized receipt before the card reader was given to me. had I known? i wouldnt end up feeling double charge for such. the more you justify without offering a resolution shows how greedy you get. Ive been to many different karaoke bar but never experienced such uncooperative and unhelpful customer service.

The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we ordered drinks, food, or asked questions. We had a pretty large group and the overall karaoke experience was fine. Most of the songs were not in English but there was a small selection of English songs. Due to the lack of song selection and the rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful wait staff I wouldnt recommend.

The karaoke room itself was pretty neat but idk if the terms cafe and bar are appropriate. You rent a room. The bar area is right by the entrance and theres really nothing to look at. Fries took about 30 mins and service wasnt great. The cashier just looked at us and walked away and then we looked at the other girl behind the counter/bar (assuming shed be willing to jump in) and she seemed annoyed by us asking for fries and drinks. Customer service training is definitely something that should be looked for the future :)

IF I COULD GIVE 1/2 a star I would. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. WE RENTED OUT A ROOM AND WE ORDERED APPETIZERS AND ENTREES AND DRINKS. NOT KIDDING OUR FRIES ARRIVED 1.5 hour later. Never gave us refills. Staff was rude and would not assist us with the equipment. We had to cancel the food as we were leaving. We went next door ate dinner at 10:30pm. Won t be back!

I called and I was told a party of 7 was going to be $45 an hour, we were only a party of 5 so we didn t mind the price. When we got the receipt we saw that they charged us around $73 dollars an hour and that was apparently with a discount of 30% which took off $22 dollars. This is not right, if you aren t sure about the pricing s double check because that s definitely not what I was told. This is a ripoff!

Had Sean as our bartender tonight, first time here and what a wonderful time it was! It is a Asian style karaoke bar not a Karaoke lounge so you rent out private booths to sing but customer service and all staff were welcoming and accepting of all requests! Come here in a good mood and expect to leave in a better one!

Went here for a night out with my sisters and only expected to stay 1 hour, we ended up spending 2! It was too much fun. The food and drinks were great, the staff were really helpful and respectful (they taught us how to navigate the Karaoke machine user interface which is all in Chinese), and they had a great selection of English music!! They had a ton of artists, just not their whole discographies. Lots of classic pop and oldies that everyone knows so it was easy for us all to sing along. They even had some newer Taylor Swift songs!
