I want to say, I reached out to this Sam s Club regarding my order and to ask a simple question. Yesterday, I spoke with one of the most rudest, unprofessional and passive person I ve ever spoken to at a business. Not only was she rude. She wouldn t allow me to ask a question. I was cut off. Blind transferred into nowhere. Hung up on and lied about that I was yelling at her????? I paid to have a membership at Sam s and this is the level of customer service??? How dare this person feel comfortable enough to treat customers like, as if we are a bother?? I paid my hard earned money to be a member only to be met with a hang up in my face?? Well was really a hang up? When I asked for her name she pretended as if she didn t hear me and disconnected the phone. ( She knows who she is) and should be removed from the store immediately. I m glad I canceled my order, I will never support this store as long as she works there. Get her out of the store and improve the customer experience. If you ve ever called this store and was hung up on. Treated rudely or if you were a bother. Give my post a thumbs up. I want to get the General Manager s attention.

It s the only way to get their attention to resolve my problem they have stolen over $300 from me and will not give me my money back unless I drive 30 minutes away I m old and disabled and I m not going to. I do not have anything bad to say about Sam s. I love shopping here and the staff at the front door are always so welcoming and sweet. The only thing is that this has been maybe my fourth time buying a box of varieties of chips. No matter what box I get. I m always getting a half box of chips that are opened and taste old and stale. I m don t know if it s because they are smashing the bags down in the boxes. But it s really disappointing when it s constantly happening

I needed help at customer service, trying to get new membership but was having a hard time getting it on my phone. Samantha, employee at the service counter was amazing. She spent time making sure it was right because there was a problem. I wish they had a tip jar, because it would have been a large tip.

CS is my only sams experience in store. Rip off crooks refused to honor the new member deal. Told them to cancel then and there even tho the membership fee was paid up for 11.5 months. They of course refused to refund. But at least Im free. Even that was a lie. Next , they charge my card. I email to complain this time and am told will be cancelled and refunded. Lie #2. It gets worse tho. Next year they stole another $50. Im filing charges with my credit card.

Prices are great on some items and outrageous on others. I thought the purpose of paying for a membership was to save a lot of $. I would say we save a little. I miss the price savings from back in the day. Still better than Costco though. Fuel prices usually amongst the cheapest in town, but always cheaper 45 minutes up the road which doesnt make sense to me.

Found everything I wanted and more. I was looking for some kitty litter for my Mom. They have four choices. The Members Mark was on sale for $9.91, so I bought myself one, too. They also have a new Friskies dry catfood. I am looking forward to trying it and seeing how my cats like it for a change.

Easy to get to the store, parking lot is nice, has a gas station, store is well maintained and staffed. It gets a little crazy at peak times so go early in the morning or later in the evening. Weve been using pick up with good service. The cafe has been remodeled (2022).

What a terrible experience with the tire and battery department. I came in the morning to warranty my car battery and they checked it and said it was fine. I took it down the street to Ford to have everything else checked out and everything was working fine minus that the battery was swollen. I attempted to drive it back home and it died again! I took the battery back the same day to the same guy and he said it s definitely dead but I can t exchange it even if it s swollen.

This sams club is better than ones I have visited elsewhere, including our of state. It is kept up greatly and the options are great to have. However, should you come here it is highly recommended that you get the app. I am not a technology person so, I put it off for as long as possible. However, the lines are usually hectic on most days here. I took the plunge and it took me maybe 10 minutes to set up. I was in and out of the door just 1 minute after set up. I use it now too! Scan as I go and then pay so I save about 8-12 minutes on a slow day and 20-30 minutes on a busy day just by skipping the lines.

Sams for the most part is always clean in the inside. All your basics bulk its are there. There are always some great deals on something. The lines seem to flow fairly quickly no matter how long they get. There are multiple self check out lanes. One scan and go and still quite a few cashier checkout lanes too. Hot Pizza and snacks are always available and smelling fresh.
