Dominick Marsala was the WORST lawyer ever. He was not there in the best interest of his client. He was never available when he was contacted. He visited his client ONE time over a two year period. Office seems nice but they have terrible communication. Was told I would hear back from them about something last week, but I had to call them 4-5 times before getting the answers I needed. They wasted my time.

I needed them on short notice, and he showed up for me and kept me informed on my cases I had in 3 different counties. And he took care of all of them at one time. I didnt even have to be in court. If I ever have a run-in with the law, I will be using them again.

Dominick Marsala is by far the most dedicated, hard working, highly intelligent attorney that i have ever met. I have hired four other attorneys to work on my very complicated five year long custody battle and all of them took thousands and thousands of dollars from me, putting me in an even worse situation than when we began. I never felt more heard and cared for with any other attorney. Dominick has kept me informed throughout every step and has always gone above and beyond to brainstorm with me, sometimes for hours. He did everything in and beyond his power to get me not only solutions, but the BEST solutions to all of my legal issues. The time and effort he spent on my case made me feel like i was his only client, when i knew in fact he was swamped with cases. The staff in the office is so kind, and the office space is always clean and welcoming. I honestly believe this man and his amazing team are gifts from God and I m so very thankful that i found him! Dominic is a great attorney. I was fighting a class 2 scound degree felony 2-20 Years. I was facing 10 years TDC. He got it dropped to a petty misdemeanor 2 years probation no conviction. I was wrongfully accused of a crime I did not commit. It was a horrible crime to say the least, and had police knocking at my door constantly for months. Dominick was one 9f the many attorneys I spoke with and the only one who I ended up trusting. My whole life was on the line and through the grace of god he got it all dismissed. For 5 months I woke up unsure of my future, but the whole time he assured me we would be fine. I highly recommend at the very least talking to him over the phone if you are going through a similar situation. His whole team is quick to respond and hes a really good guy to work with. I give him a 10 out of 10!

Horrible experience. He was supposed to take care of registration tickets related to a car from a used car business (MAVS Auto) that he was a partial owner in. Tickets were due to me never receiving the proper information to be able to register it. He never worked on this at all. He agreed to pay me $2500 and gave me a check on his business account. He asked me to wait 2 weeks to cash it. I agreed but when I tried to cash it he had canceled the check. Additionally he sent me many text messages calling me vulgar names and hoping that I died when I demanded he make the payment right. He can be very charming and could be an awesome attorney but you never know which Dominick you will get. Unreliable, con artist and narcissistic

LOST CUSTODY: Retained him for my daughter in a custody case. Sarah was initially the atty, that left his practice within a week of retaining for $2600. No one bothered to notify us of that. They didnt work on her case, it was never transferred to another atty or paralegal. I continually TRIED to set up appts that he didnt show for; his secretary Cindy(?) Met w us and assured us hed get back with us. He never did. This law firm is SO sorry even when he didnt show on the scheduled court date in front of the judge. There was so much mumbling in the courtroom as to how common it was for him to be late, IF he showed at all. Months Later in the case it didnt even show he was attorney of record, as we insisted he had been retained. They called his office during a court recess & had him sign off OF the case so we could proceed without representation, as we couldnt afford ANOTHER retainer/atty. My daughter ended up in court without representation. Needless to say LOST CUSTODY of her son. Thanks to this sorry excuse of a person whos not even qualified to be addressed as an attorney. Hes been suspended in the past, Ive since learned.(Google it yourself) Save your money. Or represent yourself, u have as good a chance without him as with him.

He has taken more people to trial And1 than any other attorney in Denton . He is in my opinion the best attorney Ive ever had and I have been in some major trouble.
