I was recently referred to the Deese Law Firm by a well-known and well-respected and Lubbock attorney who, after considering my case, felt Mr. Deese was a better fit. Unfortunately, I was not able to hire Mr. Deese due to the conditions of my case. Yet, despite our having no attorney/client privileges, he still went above and beyond what was ever expected or anticipated of him. Every interaction I had with him I found him to always only be courteous, helpful, kind, professional, hard-working, honest, relatable, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I am so grateful I was able to retain Mr Deese as my counsel in a lawsuit brought against myself for a medical debt that my medical insurance was wrongfully refusing to pay for an emergent heart surgery. The whole situation was very complicated and convoluted. I found him to be knowledgeable and hard working, and it was a relief to know he always had my back, especially as I live in another state. I found him to be trustworthy and competent. I hope I never need his expertise again, but I would recommend his services to anyone in need.

Called to talk about a lawsuit against Shell oil corporation for anywhere from a quarter to half a million dollars and Mr Dees himself doesnt handle that type of case he did refer me to another lawyer who is in his top five, but that lawyer never returned my call Mr Dees was very helpful and he called me after this review and helped me more, was very helpful.

I highly recommend Kyle Deese for any and all consumer law related cases. I had an on going issue of about 18 months that seemed hopeless. I exhausted all my resources, called every lawyer in town and would not even get a second thought from most. Kyle set up a free consultation with me and within a couple weeks accepted my case. A case that I would like to reiterate, seemed hopeless. Kyle explained my options to me and spoke to me like a real person and did not drown me in a bunch of lawyer talk that made no sense. He spoke to me professionally but also like someone I had grown up with. Kyle responded to emails promptly and never hesitated to call or email me as many times as I needed to explain a situation. After learning Kyle works on up to 30 cases at one time, this amazed me how much one-on-one attention my case and I received. Relatively speaking I believe my case was minuscule in terms of monetary gain for us but that did not change his attitude or efforts towards my situation. Kyle told me early on this case could take 2-6 months and he handled it within about 2 months. Even after the case was over and there was a small issue that popped up regarding MY financial institution, Kyle took the time to respond to my email and even got in on a three-way call to rectify the situation with my bank.
