The ice cream is quite good but why serve a hot fudge brownie sundae in a paper dish? If its not to-go, then put it in a dish. Their cotton candy ice cream doesnt taste disgusting like most (cold stone) and the brownie sundae is really good. The tables and counter could use cleaning once people have finished, we sat at the counter and it was definitely sticky. Theres a tiny dirty trashcan by the door, probably should upgrade to a regular foot pedal trashcan. The restroom is very small, mostly clean and should be checked regularly for restocking.

This is one of our favorite places in Lubbock. Its owned by a young entrepreneur and often employs high school students. Their food is great and theyre about the only place in town that can do a great malt. Theyve got lots of ice cream flavors, and the sweet BLT is pretty awesome too, as is the Reuben.

Literally the best thing about Lubbock. Old fashioned 1950s style ice cream parlor complete with photos of Holly and Jennings and nothing but oldies on the stereo system. You see all stripes of people here: families, elderly couples, college kids, tough guys in motorcycle gear. My service dog and I come here once a week for ice cream and we love it. They even have puppy cones (to go) for dogs. Service dogs welcome (no pet dogs). Veteran and mil discount.

Our favorite place to get ice cream. The atmosphere is so nostalgic! I love looking at the pictures and the old gadgets and memorabilia they have on display. I took a group of 13 here for an ice cream social one afternoon..and despite the long line it created, the employees were so kind and so patient with my group. If you are in the mood to cool off with a little walk in the past, this is definitely the place to go!

A cheerful 50s style ice cream soda shoppe with a small lunch menu consisting of sandwiches and hotdogs. I would have said finger food but the Chili Dog I had was more chili than dog. I will definitely be back to try the homemade ice cream, shakes and malts as everyone I seen with creamery seemed to be lost in indulgence. Very friendly and good prices.

This is the cutest little ice cream shop they have a small menu of sandwiches and Frito pie but my favorite is the candied bacon BLT on the wheat berry bread with a ice cold old fashioned glass bottle of coke and we get the banana split after our sandwiches. Be Ready to be swept back in time!!! The best part about this place is the huge variety of items on the menu and in the ice cream case! The flavors range from basic vanilla all the way to my personal favorite, watermelon sorbet, which is so hard to find! All hand-dipped into whopping portions so you get every pennys worth! Great customer service by the cashier guy ( I forgot to ask his name) awesome uniforms! Received the service that I give which made me feel welcomed by the young man at the register which seems like he enjoys his toil, such great smile and service by him makes you question the Pennies in the tip jar which ticked at my heart and I put a generous tip from my heart, the guy washing the scoops can pick up a little bit of the great energy and the girl serving the ice cream can smile, other than that I really appreciate the guy at the register and his willingness to brighten peoples day, he deserves a raise! like seriously Root beer that tastes amazing! Clean scoop every time for a different flavor, very clean and sanitized! keep up the great work! Would not recommend if you have food allergies!!! Got the duces Leche and noticed something green on my ice cream. My husband realized that they cross contaminated the pistachio ice cream in it. I have a tree nut allergy so I didnt eat it. I did asked for a refund and I was told they dont do refunds but they would get me a new scoop. why would I want a new one when I cant trust the scoops or the ice cream tub wasnt fully contaminated?

Love the old diner look. We went in as a group of young kids were being served and waited with a long line to the door. Me and my sister both ordered a mini banana split with our choice of ice cream. It was so good. It had been a minute for me since I last visited there so I took my sister to introduce her to holly hop ice cream and she loved it. When I (black male) went into this establishment there was a group of people ahead of me, they all received their ice cream then we re asked how they were going to pay. When it was my turn I was made to pay even before they scooped my ice cream. Came in the next day to speak to the manager about it, I asked for the policy on paying for your order first. He confirmed the process was to scoop the ice cream then pay at the register but after explaining my experience he changed it to the other way around.
