Ive ordered 3 days in a row for a Dash pick, and all 3 times, they are not making per request. Ive ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato, and its gets here with no ice. Very poor management and worker service. Go to a different location or different coffee company for better service.

It is not my favorite place for coffee, I love strong coffee, but I can say that my latte this time was pretty good. I think it has a lot to do with the people that works at the Starbucks location. If they don t use the proper instructions on how to prepare the coffee it s not gonna taste the same. I have been trying Starbucks for years now, and I will never find a place that my latte tastes the same as the other. But great job Pharr Starbucks, it was the perfect latte I will go back to you .

When getting my order thru the drive through the person asked are you ready to order now and we asked for a moment, then like 10 sec later they asked again are you ready now but meaner tone. I said not yet, I went to order a min later but they werent answering, when they did answer they said your finally ready to order now in a rude and disrespectful tone. Absolute worst customer service experience ever. They even got my order wrong but at that point I just wanted to leave.

I was so impressed with Ester, she was both a Barista & the one calling out drink orders that were ready. She was So Friendly, despite that fact that it was Christmas Day & they were slammed!!! Her attitude was Amazing & she deserves a Raise!!! I had gone to the Weslaco Starbucks on Bridge, before I went to this Starbucks in Pharr. The Weslaco Starbucks was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! Lousy attitude & customer service!!! This Starbucks in Pharr was exceptional!! I went to both on the same day. I live in Weslaco, but the Pharr Starbucks is Much, Much, Much Better than weslaco on bridge!!! The location in Pharr is hard to get to, in terms of parking, but the employees make up for that with their great attitude! Parking: It is very difficult to park here, only a few spaces & it s very tight, so big vehicles will really struggle!

horrible experience here every time.. especially in the drive thru. this time the drive thru girly was very aggressive and rushed me in taking my order. then, we waited in line for about 40 minutes, and they barely started to make our coffees at the window? they also gave our order to the car in front of us.. thankfully the people on the car decided to give it back to the batista. disappointing and time consuming as always. rude batistas

Kindly teach your novice baristas about SERVICE RECOVERY & WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE...they lack both. I was given the wrong drink NOT EVEN A SORRY & LOOKED AT ME UPSET! WHAT THE HECK?!!! i prefer this location over any of the rest! they always have awesome customer service. everyone s always very kind, welcoming and cheerful! i love coming here in the mornings in a rush through the drive thru because it s not a long waiting time. and i like dining in when i want to chill. they ve offered us free samples of their new pumpkin chai drink and it was amazing! they also have some books to read if you re bored! best starbucks ever

Took my kids and their friends and there was flies inside the pastry display case and some dead flies on the top of it. At least pick them up and remove the live ones. I order a sugar free vanilla bean Frappuccino like Ive always done and the girl at the drive tells me they hadnt havent had sugar free syrups in over 4 years! The only reason Im rating the food at one star while service and atmosphere is 5 star is because in all honesty the food/drinks are always cheaper elsewhere. Doesnt matter what it is, a lemonade or bagel. That being said the service is great. Ive always have a pleasant time going in. You cant really blame them for being busy and trying to get to online and drive thru orders first making one wait inside for some time. These people really need a raise when dealing with some customers. They are all just trying their best.

Pick up orders and most of them ignore you. Dark braids black sweater girl or woman employee on 10/26/2022. Try to avoid her. Most of the are rude and ignore you, even when u are they only person infront of them. Its a blessing I dont spend money on this company. Its not worth it. Most of the time Im there they have a bunch of food and coffee ready on their little table space getting cold or warm depending on what ur order is and a whole bunch of customers waiting for their food. Ive call corporate and report ed this complaint. They said will bring this complaint to corporate central and local central. Try to avoid this Starbucks. Uber As a partner in their success Starbucks need to improve a lot in their tactics to assist customer in general also in whoever is up on management.
