My attempts to order from The Fig and Flower have always ended in disappointment. Despite its convenient location near my wifes workplace, Ive encountered nothing but rudeness and incompetence each time Ive called. No matter how far in advance I place my order, the staff at The Fig and Flower seem incapable of meeting my needs. Its frustrating to deal with such indifference, especially when trying to do something as simple as ordering flowers for my wife. After multiple failed attempts, Ive found an alternative flower shop that values my business and consistently delivers without any hassle. I strongly advise against using The Fig and Flower and suggest seeking better service elsewhere.

Despite inclement weather and difficulty delivery to the ICU, Fig and Flower went out of their way to make sure my bouquet was delivered to my in laws house after being discharged from the hospital. Excellent customer service and an absolutely stunning arrangement for the dead of January. Thank you very much!

First off the flowers that got delivered to my mothers home were absolutely stunning. Secondly the customer service was amazing!!! The wrong street got put in for delivery which was discovered after they were delivered and the florists went back and delivered to correct address. I will definitely be using them again!

Pay attention to the bad reviews they re accurate. I m very disappointed. I ordered a fall arrangement for a birthday/Thanksgiving celebration for our sons girlfriend. She sent a picture and I didn t even recognize the arrangement. We spent $80 on something that wasn t even close to what we ordered. Very disappointed. The flowers looked wilted and very sparse. I specifically asked the girl I spoke to if they were able to match the picture on the website with those colors and the fullness of the arrangement she said yes absolutely. It didn t.

I ordered online, and then called to confirm since I live far away. The woman I spoke with was professional, helpful, and very kind. I was a bit flustered because I was ordering for a seriously ill family member in the hospital, but she was great nonetheless. The flowers were delivered much more quickly than I expected, and are absolutely gorgeous. I ve been sent pictures and they are stunning. Excellent quality roses, hydrangeas, etc in vibrant colors. It was a blessing to me, knowing that they made such a beautiful impression on someone I love who is struggling. I will definitely order from The Fig and Flower again!

The people I ve interacted with at the shop haven t been very friendly, one time they gave me the wrong order and it was up to me to correct it, and finally, I ordered flowers for my mom s birthday and they botched the customized message and the bouquet was mostly lacking her favorite flower. I ordered this particular bouquet because of how many lilies it had, and upon receiving a photo of the flowers she actually received, it was mostly white roses with a few lilies. I paid like $80 for this arrangement. They also didn t include my personalized message I typed out, but had a generic one instead. I don t think I ll be ordering from here again.

I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet of flowers on 5/5/2022 on behalf of my brother Joe who has been hospitalized since December due to Covid, what was suppose to be a very special gift for my mother was far from it, she has been going through a really tough time while trying to stay strong for my brother, I paid $122 for flowers that were not only poorly put together but were also wilting and way over priced ! I am so disappointed in your product and your customer service, I hope you can make this right.

Literally the worst flowers I ve ever received. My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentine s Day. He picked them up the day before and they were dead and wilted. He payed 50$ for these. He could ve bought flowers at Walmart that looked better

It was a fairly nice arrangement delivered on Good Friday. I intended to use it on my Easter dinner table as my centerpiece. However, the flowers were too wilted and/or dead to put on the table on Sunday. They were, obviously, not fresh flowers or had not been properly stored.

I placed an order by phone on 6/13/2020. I did not see anything that stood out on the website, so I thought that if I called and told them what I would like they could make it, WRONG. My wife is working three states away in Lubbock, and I wanted to make her smile with some flowers. I had searched the area for florist and finally settled on Fig & Flower Co. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she was polite, but it seemed she was in a hurry. Taking my name, address, phone number, and where the flowers were to be delivered even before talking to me about what I wanted. I asked for sunflowers and daisies, yellow and whites, bright happy colors or at least along those lines but no roses. I asked if that was possible, understanding that flowers may or may not be available, she said yes. I told her that I was considering ordering more flowers while my wife is gone depending on how this went. The flowers were delivered on the same day so credit for that. Now, my wife was happy and I scored brownie points. She sent a picture, and when I looked it was nothing like what I requested. There is one sunflower and maybe three other yellow flowers. But it is yellow red and purple with green filler ( I get the green filler to take up space) but what has really irked me was the roses. And it may seem trivial but they do not even put the card in an envelope. Now my message was not steamy, but come on that note is not for the world to see. May be they thought since I was three states away and did not come into the store that it does not matter as much. But they had my number and could have called to inform me about the flower situation. I also understand that when you ask for flowers and leave it up to the florist you roll the dice. But if certain flowers are asked for and one is told it is possible then that is what you as the customer should get or at least more than one of the requested flowers. Maybe I should have took the warnings of the other reviews. I just highly disappointed that what was asked for was not delivered.

I was nervous about ordering flowers for an important event from a florist out of my area. I spoke to Robin and she was very helpful over the phone and asked questions to get all of the delivery details. The flowers were as beautiful in person as online and delivered on time. I want to thank you guys for the beautiful arrangement I ordered . When you live out of town and order flowers, you just hope and pray they turn out pretty. I got a call from my 82 year old aunt today and she said the arrangement was the prettiest flowers she had ever seen in her life. I could hear her smiling over the phone. I cannot begin to express how amazing Fig & Flower is. I called and the SWEETEST person (Emma) answered the phone and helped me out. I had zero idea on what I should send arrangement wise and she talked me through several different options. I gave her complete creative control and she absolutely crushed it (my wife said they were the prettiest flowers she has ever received). Obviously because of Emma going above and beyond and being so patient The Fig & Flower is my go to now. When my daughters get married...FIG & FLOWER! 20/10 would most definitely recommend. Oh, and ask for Emma!

I was calling from San Antonio to see if they could whip up something super special for my niece who was turning 15!!! I was super nervous because I ve ordered long distance before and sometimes it s not quite what they show on their website? However I would love to say they by far EXCEEDED my expectations!!! I had them deliver a wrapped bouquet of peonies, roses, etc. to her High School as well as a Deluxe bouquet to her home.!! The flowers were so fresh and beyond perfect and most importantly my niece just loved, loved, loved them . This is just based off the phone interaction I had with the business. I had called about four other floral shops before I contacted this one looking for a floral arrangement with kale, and none of them were helpful in that avenue. This was a little surprising because I would think more people in West Texas would be interested in rustic floral styles. Quinn answered, and she was immensely helpful. Instead of cutting me off like those at the other businesses I was calling, she immediately offered suggestions and asked me about the occasion for the floral arrangement. Just from the customer service side, I was very satisfied, and cant wait to see what they put together.

BEST FLOWER SHOP IN LUBBOCK!! Will never use anyone else. Not only was the customer service GREAT, but the flowers are BEAUTIFUL! I called in to find out what the deal of the day was, and not only did she tell me exactly what it was, but also offered to send me a pic to my email or via text. After keeping her on the phone while I looked at their website, I found another arrangement I liked better and ending up upgrading. I ordered after 1 on a Friday, and it was delivered around 3 pm. Youve earned a customer for life!!
