Just got a bag of their spro bot and oh my goodness it was earth shattering. Absolutely crazy how spot on it is with peanut butter and grape jelly. Its wild!!!! Pulled 21.5g in to 48.7g out on my first shot and wow wow wow!!! One of my all time favorite shots Ive had in my life. Just made an affogato with it. Really good stuff! Update: I have gone far enough into the espresso rabbit hole to officially call myself a full blown coffee snob. Gas station coffee will always have its place in my life. But if you want good high quality medium roast specialty coffee that is consistent, freshly roasted, unique, and delicious then this is your place. They rotate too. I dont know how but spro bot continues to be my favorite bag of beans regardless of what they throw together it just stays the most delicious shots in my house, even up against all local and global roasters. Whoever they have blending and roasting the spro bot is a flavor profile magician because its ALWAYS so gooooooood. Thanks for Tuesdays! Gold Stripe is just all around fantastic!

Really cute little coffee shop in a courtyard shared with other business. Dogs inside, but sitting outside is definitely preferable. I just drink Americanos so I m not the best judge, but that was pretty good for me and everyone else seems to be having a nice coffee. They give you an appropriate amount of cream cheese to go with the bagel. If this was in my neighborhood, it would be a daily stop for me. Parking: Plenty of parking outside for all of the businesses and street parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe a little tight to navigate a wheelchair inside, but plenty of room outside and a paved patio.

My husband & I discovered this coffee shop today & had the best experience! We didnt really know what we were doing, but Conrad was AWESOME & explained the different coffees & brewing processes, as well as making us some perfect drinks. I ordered a mocha. It was perfect. Not too sweet but not acidic either. Perfect balance of chocolate and coffee. Hubs ordered regular bold. He was worried because the guy put 2 sugars in and hes a 1 sugar kind of guy but it turned out amazing. They got a record player going and the music isnt loud at all. Really cool brewers to buy. Its a good thing they dont have a couch in here because I would sit on it and never leave. Outside theres a green area with seating and a pond. Oh and some bakery I need to try.

This is kind of a hidden coffee shop with beautiful outside scenery. The coffee is self grounded by the workers every day. There was only 1 worker when we went and we ordered 5 different coffees. She made them all in 5 minutes and was very well mannered and joked with us allot! She was awesome and had great customer service. The coffee is very unique and tastes amazing. They did seem to have run out of several coffee flavors but maybe it was just a temporary thing. Try this out!

This place is a milestone in the evolution of Lubbock s coffee scene. It s a small menu in a small space, but the coffee quality is top-notch. They do pour-overs, any standard espresso drink, and will take custom requests if you know what you like. Some drinks, like a cortado (my go-to), are served on a little wooden branded platter, with a small cup of seltzer, a golden spoon, and a little cookie. It s a very nice experience although most coffee shops here provide a good experience, Gold Stripe seems to have the edge on this point. Decent prices, nice courtyard outside.

Just found this Gem. I get into town every few Months as we have a fitness center in town. I always look for local coffee establishment and found this one today. The young man was terrific and explained what choice he had made for me and provided a pour over method. The coffee smells incredible and tastes even better. I would highly recommend it. I now have a local coffee shop that I can call my own in Lubbock.

A hudden jem in Lubbock. Highly recommended. Tried the espresso. It comes on a gorgeous engraved wooden board complemented with a palate cleansing bubbly water. Drinking it between sips of the espresso makes each sip feel like the first one. Also tried an Oat Milk latte- . Excellent. Not sweet. Most lattes are sweet, this one was wholesome - absolutely amazing. Hambela organic coffee was awesome: it has apricot, dark chocolate, and raspberry. The banco gotete coffee I tried had citrus, floral, jasmine tea-like flavor. I preferred the Hambela over the Banco. The shop is one of 2 locations. Large open space. Nice for an afternoon coffee or a study sesh.

Loved this place! The staff were so friendly. When we walked in, it looked like they were assembling bags for party favors for a wedding. They let us try/smell different things, were very knowledgeable when we asked them which coffees were better for different types of preparation, etc. I ended up buying whole beans and also a latte. The latte was delicious, but I havent tried the beans yet. Based on what we tried the though, Im very optimistic!

Great staff and great coffee, and the ambience is also very gucci. Perfect place to bring a book to pretend to read or do some homework that was due last week. The coffee aint some regular coffee. They had good coffee. However the barista seemed like she didn t really know what was going on. She was surprised when we ordered something off the special of the day menu, then hadn t tried enough on the menu to give us a recommendation. Furthermore they stop serving waffles at some unpublished time because it is apparently too much trouble to clean the single waffle iron again. It was a chill spot with a good atmosphere, but also looked like they had just opened. Would go back to give it another try.

Always can count on these guys for some truly amazing coffee. Locally roasted beans, and a super friendly staff make this a staple for me. Go by and have a cortado and sit out in the courtyard, you wont regret it.
