I m totally dissatisfied with the service I received. I was made to purchase the photos despite the shoot being free due to a promotional offer. I made the payment, waited for 3 weeks to see that literally 0 edits have been made to my photo and the photographer hasn t even touched the picture, didn t change what she d promised. This is such a waste of time, money and energy.

So this will be a lengthy one but I truly hope you all read. This is a warning to not step foot in this place. I saw this business on instagram and they were promoting birthday specials for September. I proceeded with making an inquiry about an appointment and they were punctual with responding. They require a $50 refundable deposit. (The first lie) Once I got to the photographer and we took the pictures I felt rushed the whole time and she just wanted to get to the part where we go over pricing. Not only did I feel rushed but I felt cornered to pick a package that was well over $4,000, mind you I only took 30 photos and got rid of half of those! For my birthday I decided to pick the cheapest package they had which was still around $1,500, I kept explaining to the lady that I am a single mom and can t pay that amount. So she pulled up 3 different websites that pull credit. I started to feel very nervous because again, I wanted these for my birthday but I fully regret letting them convince me to go with a payment plan of $80 a month for 24 months. I brought up the down payment which was $156.00 before I could proceed with my purchase which was ridiculous but again I went ahead and did it. Now what I fully regret is the lady did not read the final invoice to me and I was in a hurry so I signed and went about my day. The very next day I regretted my decision and made a call to them to cancel my order. I emailed them and told them I would like to cancel my order as this payment plan isn t going to work for me. They then tell me all sales are final and sent over a copy of the invoice. I was so hurt and shocked that I didn t realize what I signed. But even worse that I continued to stay there after already feeling uneasy about their approach. I have contacted the payment plan business to dispute this so please beware of this place. Even the people that can afford it think twice about what they are doing to people that can t. Thank you.

Definitely wouldn t recommend this company to any woman!! All they care about is their scheduling and agenda and making their money, also very unprofessional! (But what can I expect from a company that offers free photo shoot to not wantin to spend almost 2 hours with them to make big sells on highly priced packages! 3K+ to 1K minimum in tactic high sales, read other peoples experience if you don t believe me) Definitely was not a no-show, was 15 mins late!! If they knew the locations was hard to find, Wish they wouldve given more explicit instructions on finding the building. Instead of having them ready on hand when someone calls about having difficulty finding the building. And definitely Couldnt find the building but its not their fault, I was late!! And tho I understand their schedule & maintaining a schedule, I also would never want to run over anybodys else s time. The company still couldve accommodated me within the 3 hour window they have with me, especially since the photo shoot was only 30 mins!!!!!! Couldve gone in for the viewing and wouldve ordered a package which I intended to, at anytime or other day and saved time. But they MUST have almost 2 hours with you to sell there Highly expensive packages and sell you on ordering lots of different shots/ poses and individual pictures and on their payment plans which is the most important part for them.

I had blasty blast at my first time studio photography session. The amazing Brooklyn amped up my natural beauty with her fantastic make up skills and attention to hair! I also felt super supported and cared for by the brilliant Sheva. She definitely kept my doubts and concerns at bay before, during, and post photo shoot. Would highly recommend this business and the people that personally helped me feel extra confident for this unique model behavior experience! :)

This place is awesome! All female ran and they are all so sweet and efficient. My photoshoot took about 30 mins, fun and exhilarating going thru the poses as the photographer assists. My fav part was going thru the photos at the end and boy oh boy it was hard to choose!!! Overall, I highly recommend Nuovo for your next shoot. I came out of there feeling empowered and beautiful, and I m sure this feeling resonates. I will be displaying these in our bedroom as a surprise to the husband.

Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a total scam. They lure you in with a promo for a free photo shoot and one free photo for a $50 deposit. After multiple reschedules, I finally had my appointment, and everything seemed fine until it came time to select photos. The photographer immediately launched into a hard sales pitch, offering the cheapest package at $2,500 for a photo album. Don t offer the option of additional purchase if you don t really mean it. I was shocked by the prices and asked about digital copies. They wanted $200 for one photo or $750 for five. To put this in perspective, I m paying $1,500 for a full-day wedding photographer who includes all photos, but here they want $750 for just five! I told them the most I d spend is $500. They agreed to give me 4 photos, but even though one photo was supposed to be free from the promo, they refused to count it and said my deposit was void which was supposed to go towards a purchase if I made an additonal one. When I refused, the photographer got rude and tried to blame me for not knowing about their outrageous prices. It felt like dealing with a pushy car salesman. I didn t get my free photo or my $50 deposit back. This place is a complete scam. Do not fall for it.

I want start off that when I first walked into this place, I was only welcomed by my makeup/hair dresser. Didn t make me feel welcomed at all I was offered first to use the restroom before getting started. As time went by, my MUA did make me feel more comfortable by getting to know me. I think she could ve did a better job by offering the kind of makeup/hair style I wanted. Overall my experience with her was great !! I then was seated down and offered mimosas. While waiting patiently nobody explain instructions to me and how the process works. I was then greeted by my photographer. I felt uncomfortable due to her not being friendly she did make conversation but it seemed as if she was just trying to get by with my shoot. Once my shoot was done it was time to look at my photos, I would say that the pricing on these photos prices are ridiculous bc it would cost you $1600+ for digitals and only about 13 photos and it seemed like a scam. I thought this place would help build my confidence however it disappointed me.

This was such a wonderful experience!! I was nervous but Maya was amazing. I asked for her recommendation for the fabric and her choice was fabulous. We chose a neutral color that was beautiful with my skin tone. I just received my photos and I am so in love! Maya and Taylor made me feel so beautiful the whole time and they were both amazing. My husband and I have not stopped gushing over the pictures!! The pictures are so high quality even just on my phone and the one with the design is so beautiful. This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. I ll admit, I was definitely nervous. But all of the ladies there are super sweet and super welcoming. My makeup artist was amazing! I love how she captured exactly what I asked for. My photographer, Sheva, was amazing as well. She guided me through every pose and she was just a whole vibe to be around. I was out of my comfort zone, but you would never know it working with Sheva. I was able to laugh and relax and have a wonderful time. This was a 10/10 experience for me and I can t wait to do it again one day soon.

Let me say this was an incredible experience. I got hair and makeup done by Jazmine and my photographer Sheva. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I was greeted immediately, asked what kind of beverage I wanted and sat down while I waited for my makeup artist. I showed some inspiration photos and and told her I was going for a sultry vibe and she DELIVERED. Next was picking a drape and they had so many colors. My photographer Sheva helped me decide between the two colors I was waffling between. I went into the photo room, she stepped out while I undressed and had my drape. The first photos we took were in the doorway and at first I felt a little nervous but after some encouraging words I felt like a FREAKING GODDESS! Sheva kept checking in on me on my comfort level and that encouraged me to bare as much as I wanted. The direction given to me was so great and I relaxed in no time. Next was floor photos and they had a little green laser cross section which was a good guide on where to center and pose. After all the shoot went back to the front with another glass of wine (and was offered some charcuterie) and about 5 or 10 minutes later was taken back to review the photos that were untouched. I can be a bit indecisive and we did a first look through and deleted ones I wasnt a fan of, each pose had three to four photos. We went over pricing packages, and then once we selected the package went through and deleted some more and selected the ones I wanted in my album. My photographer was great in helping me choose photos when I was inside but ultimately it was my decision. This is such an empowering experience and I adore how this studio is pretty different from other ones Ive seen. The semi nude and drape was so incredible. I cannot WAIT for my digital photos, albums, and big print. They offer financing with Klarna and Affirm. I appreciate that as I really loved my photos and want to cherish forever. Highly recommend. 15/10.

I did a photoshoot through a promotion to treat myself for my birthday, and am so happy I did!!! At first I was nervous, as I d never done this type of photography before, but the ladies there were just so kind, and their fun and confident energy so contagious. I booked hair and makeup, which is something you can add on before your shoot, and Brooklyn did an amazing job - let s just say, when my boyfriend came to pick me up he was very proud and couldn t stop smiling. It was perfect for a little date night afterwards. As for the shoot itself, Trish was magnificent. She made me feel comfortable with my own body, guided me through all the poses, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank y all so much, and I m so excited to see the finished results in 3 weeks - even without touch up, you truly made me feel so proud of the woman I am and what I look like naturally.

This was my first time doing any type of photo shoot. It was better then I had imagined! I took a risk since many of these kind of adds we see on instagram are scams, however I had a good feeling and just went for it. The studio was clean, fresh, and very well decorated. I was offered a drink throughout the time I was there which was maybe over three hours or so. I had my make done by Jasmine. She did amazing bringing out the exact look and feel I wanted to have. No one has touched my hair in two years as Ive been growing it out and nurturing it, Jasmine really brought my hairs length and brilliance out in the light curls. When I looked at myself I saw the woman that Ive always dreamed of becoming. The shoot was incredible! My photographer made me feel super comfortable and I had no anxiety as she walked me through exactly what to do. I had so much fun and the photos came out stunning. Without any edits it took me so long to get the pictures narrowed down to the ones that I knew I needed, I got a mini metal framed photo and my favorite pictures for such a good deal. The cost is steep but it also depends on your intentions in the shoot. I want to be a professional model and this was an investment into myself and my dream career. When it comes to you, there is no price tag. I was able to get what i needed affordably and completely happy with the entire experience. Im waiting for the photos and the mini frame and might do an updated review after I get them Thank you for making my 25th birthday unforgettable

When I tell you I had the most beautiful time here.My photographer angelia was an angel literally! She explained everything I needed and was super kind and patient with me through out the whole process,till the very end of finally choosing the photos i wanted and after. She was beautiful person to connect with and get to know, who took amazing photos of me and to take care of me right from the start with so much words of encouragement and positivity on self love and during my sessions I love her to death for helping me feel safe and relaxed to take my pics and overall gave me beautiful eye opening experience about myself.I appreciate her so much and everyone at nuovo will surely do that for you, highly recommend taking photos here with them

I absolutely loved this experience! You start by getting served a beverage (wine, champagne, mimosa ) and everyone is so welcoming! Next I got my hair makeup done by Brooklyn who did OUTSTANDING and was very easy to talk to. Then Channing did my hair and it came out beautifully. Then it was time for actual photos and Maya was my photographer she was AMAZING! She was so kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable in my own skin <3 After the shoot I got more drinks and a charcuterie board before meeting with the photo editor, Sheva, to actually see my pictures. They were PERFECT! I ve never felt so sexy (especially since I m only 9m postpartum). She was EXTREMELY nice and made me feel like a queen! I 10/10 recommend but it is VERY expensive so just know that going in. Totally worth it though.

I had such a fun time at my photo shoot. I was so nervous when I got there but they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. My photographer was Cheva? Not sure if I spelled that right but her and Joy were amazing. They helped me with everything in making sure my poses were good and they kept giving me compliments and telling me how great I was doing. Brooklyn did my hair and makeup and she did a great job too.

Where do I begin: From the moment I walked into the studio I felt appreciated and welcomed. Maya, my amazing photographer, greeted me with the warmest smile, and gentle reassurance. To be reminded that I would be cared for and celebrated, immediately made me feel more bold and confident. I am a full figured woman; who is on a journey of self love and acceptance. This experience was a gift to myself because I deserve to admire and appreciate all of me. Maya made sure to respect my boundaries; while simultaneously encouraging me to embrace and celebrate the skin that I am in (in all stages). She constantly acknowledged, reaffirmed, and commented on my beauty. I especially appreciated her random genuine moments of awe when she deeply admired a photograph taken through her lens. I haven t had others take beautiful pictures of me, they never captured the essence of who I am. However, Maya didn t miss, it was truly hard to narrow down what photos I wanted to keep because so many were breathtaking. Maya made sure that I was comfortable when transitioning from pose/placement, and was very gentle and clear in her delivery. I didn t feel rushed, or self conscious. This was an amazing experience! I was completely comfortable at all times. Ryan is amazing with her hair and makeup skills! To start off on a positive note, I loved the staff! I walked in and was greeted with some champagne :) When I saw the pictures, I was stunned!! They looked so amazing! The negative part of my experience is pretty similar to other peoples experiences. When choosing the photos, I liked 7 pictures and she pretty much said okay! your total is $950 plus your deposit and she rang it up without really asking if that was okay. Luckily I had the confidence to say that wouldnt work due to my finances. She brought up the payment plan, which still wouldnt work for me. The part that made my experience so negative is that she followed it up with, do you have friends or family who can loan you some money? I am all for treating yourself and whatnot, but Im not going to go into debt for a few photos - nor should anyone else. She seemed genuinely annoyed when I asked to narrow it down to 3 pictures, which was still $400 (with a free photo from the birthday package). I know its a sales tactic and having photos taken is a luxury, but it still really ruined the experience for me.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare, marking the worst photography service I ve ever encountered. They lure you in with an enticing sales pitch, promoting a free photo shoot that feels too good to be true. Initially, the hair and makeup artists are friendly and accommodating, creating an enjoyable atmosphere during the photoshoot itself. However, this is where the pleasantness ends; after the shoot, you are left waiting for an interminable period to view the photos, only to be bombarded with a pressure to choose from absurdly overpriced package options on the spot. To make matters worse, youre informed that your choices are final, leaving no room for second thoughts. When I finally received the prints meant to capture the beauty of my maternity milestone they were shockingly poor quality, resembling camera phone snapshots that were fuzzy and out of focus. I had entrusted this company with what was supposed to be a cherished keepsake for my 40th birthday, expecting a beautiful investment. Instead, it turned out to be a regrettable decision. To add insult to injury, contacting anyone in their office to resolve these issues has been a daunting task; they simply give you the runaround, avoiding any responsibility for their subpar work. If you value your memories and hard-earned money, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company at all costs.

No one has answered or returned my messages. My card has been charged for services I never received. I will be contacting until I receive a returned message. It was a good experience overall. I did the birthday photoshoot I got 1 free photo which is 200$ if I wanted additional it would cost more. They have packages. Be prepared! It is very steep! The lowest cost for digital photos 5 photos were 750$ plus 50$ tax. So I paid around 800$ for 6 digital photos! I felt scammed bc it was so over priced but I wanted them! They are never upfront over the phone when I inquired how much the photos were if I wanted additional she just told me it depends on the package. Then (like other reviews mentioned) I got pressured to pick photos within 10min bc she had a client after me! All part of the sales tactics to get you to hurry and buy. I did not like that at all not genuine. I was hoping Id have as much time as needed to decide on the photos i liked and that made me happy but was so pressured to hurry and buy. They sit you down with snacks. She said it was once in a lifetime photoshoot. Treat yourself. These are memories to keep forever blah blah etc you get the idea. It was a fun photo shoot I ended up paying 800$ for 6 photos I wanted them but it is extremly over priced for 6 digital photos. I think 13 digital photos was $1300. Be warned!

By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a studio and Ive shot with some of the worlds best. A lot of unknowns and forceful sales tactics. I initially signed up for this from a very deceiving instagram offer that stated one image would be free and a complimentary shoot with an experienced, well-trained photographer. This was not the case but Ill come back to that. I spoke with a representative to schedule my date for the shoot. I also divulged to the rep that I was expecting and would require my daughter driving me because I am unable to do so, per my doctor. I advised if that wasnt an option, I would cancel all together. She said its fine and my daughter could sit in the waiting area (there are couches and some chairs). Im uncertain why they suggest theres nowhere for one guests to sit, but I digress. Upon entering, the photographer (a young black woman - she never stated her name), an assistant, and another woman (I later learned was their muse for the day) were on the couch having casual conversation. NONE of them spoke. The makeup artist spoke to me and asked if I was there for a shoot. I replied yes and gave her my appointment time. I had arrived 20 minutes beforehand. The makeup artist got me some tea, a nice gesture, but it had a long hair in the tea mug so I stopped drinking it once I saw it. Another lady walked in looking rather frazzled, she put her things down in the back and then asked if we were okay. I was honest with her that we were 45 minutes behind my appointment time, I had hair in my tea, and I was really not having a great experience. She brushed me off and offered more tea. I declined. After the photographer was done with her previous shoot, she came over and said, are you excited about your shoot. I was honest with her and said, I was until there was no respect for my time. She clapped her hands and said, lets pick out some fabric. Youd think after me waiting an hour shed exercise empathy and patience but I felt as though picking out fabric and shooting was a fast and furious process. I expected a creative photographer, instead she used the same poses I saw on the walls, Instagram and in their portfolio. There was no variety and nothing that accommodated someone 7.5 months pregnant. I even told her some of the poses were painful and I wouldnt be able to do them. At the end of the shoot, she said, Ill take the fabric from you. She got the fabric and left the room. She didnt offer to help me up. I struggled to get up from the slippery floor. A floor Im uncertain was properly sanitized between me and the other client. My daughter and I went to the room to review my images and they were awful. The biggest issue is she kept throwing packages at me and even suggested, in her words, you said it was a surprise for your husband so just surprise him with the bill. Hell be fine. This was after divulging to her that we were on the hook for senior photos and activities with our youngest. I quickly told her I do not conduct myself in my marriage like that and wont be purchasing a package. I was considering getting the 3 photos that someone tickled my fancy, but she was so combative and forceful it was a turnoff. She got an attitude once I declined and disassociated with the meeting. She was obviously inexperienced in sales and photography. She argued about whether a deposit had been taken from my card and told me if I didnt pay $50 for the one free image to be HD, I would get a low resolution image. Again, Id spent over 2 hours there, who wants to leave empty handed or with a useless image. I asked if I could have time to think about the 3 images I was interested in. She told me no because they immediately delete them and purchase must be done right then. I felt bamboozled. Im uncertain what takes 15 days because my image looks exactly how it did on the computer screen. In fact, its pretty awful and I wont dare share it with my husband. There was no post work, as she eluded to and explicitly stated.

Lexy, was amazing, she guided me the entire way. I was a little self conscious but after talking wth her she relaxed me and made me feel even more relaxed. She an amazing photographer. She caught angles I didnt know I had. 100 out of 10 . Please if you are ever in Dallas and want to take amazing self love photos ask for Lexy. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. June 22,2024 I arrived at Nuovo for my photo shoot. After completing my photo shoot I was hurt to be told that the lightning was bad and that someone would be contacting me to reschedule. Never received a phone call regarding reschedule. Why did you do the photo shoot to the end and not notice the lightning was bad as she stated!!! Just very disappointed and hurt all at the same time!!!!

Wow! This was amazing experience. I beyond happy I chose to visit Nuovo Studio for my birthday photoshoot. The staff was awesome. First time having makeup done Brooklyn did an amazingly fantastic job with my makeup. My photographer was also amazing (apologize cant remember her name) she walked me through each pose and was very sweet. The photographs are breathtaking and beyond great quality. What i want to know when do you get your pic i took my shoot in jan 28th or so and ive been making payments since april the lady told me i will get it in less then 3 to 6 weeks its been more then that i keep calling them on what happen to it man and they still havent call me back at all left voicemail in all 2 times this is not good at all and they sell on the pic too i spemding about 5, on it man so why i havent gotten mt pic at all not even thw downloard one from digits one either

I don t even know where to begin as I walked in the door I was greeted by JAZMINE (Mua) and offered me some drinks. She made me feel very welcomed. I was unsure how I wanted my makeup done. I just told her which color chiffon I wanted to use and OH MY GOODNESS, she did not disappoint!! I fell in love with my makeup look! She also did beautiful curls on my hair. As I was waiting for my photographer, I was greeted by NINA. She talked me through the whole process. I had to save the best for last SHEVA, my photographer. Her positivity, her energy, and her beautiful attitude made my session so easy, that I was able to find my confidence in myself to do the photo shoot.
