Above my expectations. Mike took this matter on his hands as it were personal, I was worries free the entire process cause of his commitment. My family and I relocated from out of state, to Texas. Mike made the entire process so much easier for us than what it would ve been had we went with another realtor. We had spoken to another realtor, prior to meeting Mike, and she tried to have us sign a contract that guaranteed she received 3% commission, regardless of what the seller was offering. Mike did not have us sign any contract, because his work ethic and dedication to his clients will make you want to work with him, not a contract binding you to him. Mike not only found us our dream home in a highly desirable area and negotiated a fair price on behalf, but also helped us get our home under asking, which is unheard of in this crazy market. Mike stays on top of every requirement that is expected of both his clients and the sellers, to ensure a smooth process. This was soooo helpful for us as we were selling one home and relocating our life because nothing slipped through the cracks. I am so grateful we used Mike and am positive our transition to Texas would not have gone as smooth as it did, if it weren t for Mike going above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend using Mike as your realtor.

My family relocated from California to Texas. We were originally going to work with a realtor that tried to make us sign a contract with them guaranteeing they get paid 3% and stated I wouldnt be able use my VA loan to purchase a house. So I googled veteran realtor and Mikes name popped up. I gave him a call and the rest is history. He was there every step of the way and was a huge asset in the relocation process. Mike went above and beyond what any normal relator would have done. If you are relocating to the DFW area, or if youre already here looking for a new home, I would highly recommend Mike. He is hard working, easy to get ahold of and trust worthy you wont regret it.

When we decided we wanted to sell our home, we had an idea that it may sell fast based on the sellers market, but we wanted to ensure we hired an agent who would take the time to properly ensure our home was fully prepared for the market so that we could have the best chance of our home standing out from other homes that we were going to compete with as well as picking an offer that had the best chance of closing and also ensuring we could sell for the maximum price possible with no headaches along the way. Since I am a Veteran, I support Veterans, so I reached out to Mike, and he answered promptly on the first call and was more than happy to represent us. Mike took the time to meet with us and provide a thorough presentation that outlined the selling process in detail, and he made a second visit to walk through our home and give us recommendations for staging as well as any minor repairs and/or treatments prior to listing. Mike also put together a complete marketing package that included high quality professional photos, to include aerial photos, brochures, flyers and a very detailed property description. Mike took the time to do things right the first time! Mike was also available anytime, seven days a week to answer our questions and he even checked on our home and gave the cleaning crew access once we moved out. We cannot thank Mike enough for his phenomenal service and for what he did for our family. We highly recommend Mike; you will not be disappointed!

He has represented my husband and I as both purchasers and sellers, and both transactions were flawless.
