I love this location and the atmosphere is always so welcoming. The young gentleman, Jacob, was taking my order and He was so patient and kind and very attentive to my needs! He even came to my table to check if I needed any refills! It was very clean and my food was so fresh! I would definitely recommend this location!

Went to get a sandwich for lunch, the lady who helped name is Emily very and I mean rude, didn t listen to what I ordered gave me the wrong drink and basically snarled at me when I told her I asked for somthing else. Totally did not uphold the name that chic-fil-a has made for itself. The food was good but really do think that EMILY needs to be trained on customer service!

Horrible service at this location multiple times. Whether youre getting pick up, delivery or dine in. They mess up orders and forget items frequently. Their solutions to their mess ups are rarely acceptable. Theres multiple CFAs in town, go to them if you can.

Chik-fil-a is known for having kind workers who go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. That could not have been further from the truth today. The manager on duty, Kate, took my order and was shockingly condescending. I needed to take an order back for a family member and Kate would not allow me to place one order to eat there and then the order for my family member to-go even when I told her I was going to eat quickly and just keep the to-go bag on the table until I left. She was incredibly condescending to both me and my mother. I was finally able to place my order, but I will not be returning to this location.

I hardly ever come to this store the first time it was good got my order right and I was in and out. But last night I went and the male cashier took my order and it was right but I noticed about the price for everything was a bit high like I never spend over 35 dollars there. Well I get the the window and there handing me more food then I ordered and I was confused and I told them what my order was. And the cashier but another meal on my order I never asked for. I wasn t gonna sit there and wait for ever for the manager to figure out how to give me a 1.49 refund and leave everyone waiting so I told them don t worry about it and I don t want the other coke. I go and park at another parking lot and look at my receipt and saw where I part for another meal that was over 10 dollars that I never asked for. When I went back. All the cashiers already went inside. So for anyone who goes threw the drive make sure they show you there tablets and what you order because he wouldn t show me that tablet and didn t even tell me about that other meal he put on my ticket

The cashier charge me for an extra item and didn t put the right item on another meal. I didn t noticed until I review the receipt and had to go back in a long line. I had to explain to him three times what the problem was and he still didn t understand and went to ask the manager. While Chick-fil-A locations are generally five star across the board I can only give this one a three. The food was prepared to the Chick-fil-A standard that I am used to, however the delivery staff failed miserably in their duty. when a customer orders and wants a hand off there is a specific reason for this. The delivery person decided that it was okay to just drop the food at the front desk of the hotel and mark it as delivered. This lack of attention of detail does not reflect well on the training at this location.

Waited a long time in line and food wasnt even ready. They had to bring the food to my vehicle and there was still a wait for only two orders. We love chick- fil- a. It is a great fast food restaurant that is very consistent. No matter the location we find good food and service. For our family, we do not go here as often as we would like because pricing is high. We are pretty frugal and 20.00 for 4 at a fast food restaurant, for us, is pricey. But we go here on special occasions. The biggest thing I am going to miss is the Cow Calendar and discounts. The fact that they are not doing this promotion makes me really sad. I will miss the calendar and deals!!

I went threw the drive threw & placed my order and requested no salt on my fries . They asked me to pull to the front and wait a minute for the fries to be done. (Which was fine) until 10 minutes went by, and 2 cars behind me got their food before me! So naturally I figured they forgot about me and I proceeded to go inside. Chick-fil-A is known for saving boxes for individuals who are wanting to move. I unfortunately had to talk to Lexi at this Chick-fil-A. I don t think I ve ever had a rude experience from an employee at Chick-fil-A. I was denied boxes that they were going to eventually throw away because I m not a employee and her tone of voice was disrespectful and when I told her I just recently got boxes from them she Gave an attitude and inquired on the individual who allowed me to take boxes. I did not disclose that individual as I do not want them to be in trouble for something as simple as giving someone boxes, Lexi, then proceeded to put me on hold and never came back. This is not a reflection on Chick-fil-A food s food it is amazing. Anywhere you go this is a reflection on the service and the reputation Chick-fil-A has regarding their employees going above and beyond for the customers.
